You've got the egocentric fuckwit who acts really cocky at times but sc racing we see he too has a split personality type thing at times, taking a look at the screenshots with various guests short bald guy who can't do shit and an asshole who could have been portrayed better if activision but I'm not talking about him.

Anyway Pander seems a lot different based on the situation we know him and Sharpfin the salt god have problems which I'm thinking based on their lines of work I feel like maybe they worked together or pander being Pander conned him.
When alone in the cutscenes he seems really cocky and really upbeat but throw Flynn in and what do you get? That's right a different side to Pander, it's clear to the dumbest of people Flynn is like blue cheese(think that's what I'm thinking of)he gets worse as time goes on. Taking a look at Pander in Superchargers and Imaginators he's obviously a hologram this may be due to him being possibly brittle boned or being a con artist doesn't want to get caught but then why have your airship at the academy as you'd have to be there to fly it. The reasoning behind my brittle bone theory is that if you look at his clothes compared to the thickness of his arms and how much space he probably has behind his coat, he wears baggy things to possibly protect his bones from damage.

Overall Sc Racing and the main games we see two different sides of Pander mainly in SC racing at times
