“Hey, Kurosan. You okay?" The figure asked Leon.

“How do you know my- !! You're...." Leon was shocked. The person who stood in front of Leon was someone he knew very well.

“Jack! Why're you here?!" Leon was shocked. He never thought he would meet Jack, his childhood friend here, in SVO, a death game.

“Don't be that shocked. I do play this type of games you know. But I didn't expect it to turn out like this. Putting that aside, are you okay?" Jack then let his hand out to help Leon up.

“Yeah, I'm alright. Thanks." Leon then decided to glance at Jack's HP bar to see his level and he was stunned. Jack was Lvl 16 and judging from his huge sword, he seems to be a Warrior class.

“Woah. Jack. Your level. It's so high." Leon was a bit stunned.

“Leon-nii chan!!! Are you okay?!" Yuki then came running over.

“Yuki! Yeah. I'm alright. Jack saved me." Leon then explained everything to Yuki and Yuki understood it.

“Thank you for saving Leon-nii chan."

“Don't mention it. You're as kind and gentle as always, Haru." Jack then stood up and Jack invited them to his party.

“Party invitation? Sure! As long as it's with you or Kirito, we wouldn't mind, right Yuki?" Yuki nodded and they accepted it.

“Alright. Let's continue." Jack said.

“Yeah. Just like we always have." Leon then drew his long swords. Yuki readied her staff. They then continued to grind at the low leveled creatures until Leon and Yuki were Level 15. 

“Oh hell yeah! We're finally lvl 15, Yuki! We're ahead of everyone now!" Leon quickly ran back to town to sell his items.

“Leon-nii chan, wait up!!" Yuki chased Leon, leaving Jack behind.

“I guess that side of him never changed." Jack muttered to himself and made his way after Leon.

“*Scroll* Hmm.... I saw a very cool sword just now.... Where is it? Ah! There it is! Bevel's Sword. Able to wield at Lvl 15. Yeah! I just hit 15! Gonna sell the rest... ... Alright! All sold for 1200zel...... I've gotta buy some new armour as well...... Noel's Leather Plate. Sounds cool. Hm.... Woah! It gives a 20% HP boost and +100 to defense. I'm getting this then.... Wah! I'm all broke now...... To think it would cost me a bomb...." Leon pouted.

“Well, you win some, you lose some, Leon. Are you already done with what you need to do?" Jack asked Leon because he got tired of waiting.

“Yeah. I'm done. Just give me a sec.... Equip.... Alright! I'm done! What's the rush? Yuki isn't done yet-"

“Leon-nii chan.... You really take longer than a girl when it comes to shopping..... I was already waiting here after I was done buying my equipment." Yuki pouted.

“Eh.... Ahahaha! I guess that's true...." Leon started to laugh it off because he didn't want to be embarrassed any further.

“Ahem. You two. I hate to ruin the mood but I've got to bring you two somewhere and it just so happens that you both just hit the minimum level needed to enter the place." They then walked towards north of Arch Land.

“Oh? The mininum level? Where are we going?" Leon asked while walking.

“Guild Hall. I've made some friends here. I didn't expect to run into you here though." Jack was still surprised by the fact that Leon actually is trapped in SVO with him.

“Oh! We're going to form a guild?! That sounds so cool! I can't wait!" Leon got excited and started fantasizing what he would do if he had a guild.

After a while, they reached Guild Hall. “Woah! This place is huge! I can't believe I didn't spot this when we first arrived." Leon was shocked. The Guild Hall was thrice the size of a normal house and it had a sign saying “Guild Hall".

They entered Guild Hall. It was crowded with players. It appears that during the time they were grinding their level, players had arrived and some were already high level enough to enter Guild Hall. 

“Woah... Check out the number of people here..... It's amazing, isn't it, Yuki?" Leon was stunned at how many people were in there.

“Now, now, Leon. Stick close to me. Don't want you to get lost amidst this huge crowd." Jack said, trying to grab Leon and Yuki by the hand and squeezing through the crowd. They were heading to the reception to apply to start a guild. Leon got all excited since he never started a guild before.

“Ahahaha! Oi. Check out that little kid over there! So weak and is already thinking of starting a guild? Muhahahaha! He's gotta wait a decade before he can start one himself!" One of the groups of people laughed and teased Leon.

Leon heard them and ignored them but what they said next was something he could not let go.

“Say, have y'all heard of Kirito? Yes. That Kirito who survived SAO. Do you think it's worth all that effort? All that just to survive? What a pointless struggle he had done. I don't get what and why people admire him."

“Leon-nii chan... Just ignore them. They're not worth our time...." Yuki tried to stop him but Leon stomped over in fury after shaking Yuki's hand off.

“Hey!" Leon shouted. They paid no attention to him. “Hey!!" They still didn't attend to him.

“HEY!!! YOU BASTARDS!!" Leon shouted at the top of his lungs through the noise of the hall.

They finally heard him and they all glared at Leon. “What do ya want?" The one who insulted Kirito slammed the table.

“Apologise." Leon demanded.

“Huh?! Apologise? To who?"

“Kirito. You better apologise!!" Leon started to clench his fists.

“Kirito? You mean that Kirito? Why da hell should I apologise?! He's not all that worthy! He is just a useless coward who tries so hard for no- *Punch*" Leon snapped and gave the guy a punch which sent him flying to the wall.

“Bastard.... You've crossed the line..... You whole lot!! I challenge you all! You scum don't deserve to live!" Leon declared a duel with them. They had five people, including the one who got sent flying. Jack stared at Leon and remained silent.
