As I walked away from there house it dawned on me that I was wearing Clyd's clothes.

I wonder what they will do with my clothes. I hadn't even put my shoes on yet. I didn't want to stop to put then on and decide to go back to apologize for acting up. God how am I going to deal with Clark? She isn't one for listening or so I heard.

I was a third of the way to my house when I heard shouts. I ignored them as I continued to walk. I stared at my shoes that swung with every step. Surprisingly that distracted my mind from feeling guilty.

"SKYLAR!" Someone screamed. I looked around startled. I turned around to see Clark running. I continued walking not wanting to deal with Clark, not after dealing with Clyd. I sighed as I realised Id have to argue with her .

"Skylar. Stop ignoring me. It's obvious you heard me!" she said as she came to a stop next to me. "Skylar" she said again catching her breath. "Talk to me." she said again. She pulled on my arm trying to stop me from walking any further.

"Just leave me alone" I said as I yanked my arm from her.

"No! Your my friend, I'm not going to let you leave upset" she stated as she grabbed my arm again.

"We aren't friends Clark. We just met today. You pushed me into being your friend without asking if that's what I wanted. You don't know me and I don't want to know you or Clyd!" I shouted as I yanked my arm from her.

"Sky... You don't mean that" she whispered.

"But I do! I'm sorry but leave me alone!" I shouted yanking away from her and walking. I felt the tears build behind my eyes. I've never been the one to hurt others, I've always been the one to get hurt. How could they hurt me so easily, when it's so difficult for me?

"Sky?" she whispered.

"Just forget you ever met me!" I shouted as I kept my back to her. I kept my voice hard as I continued to walk. Forget me just like he did and forget me like the monster didn't .

"But Sky!" She shouted again I could hear her feet thump against the ground behind me.

"Forget me!" I screamed as I whipped around. "Forget that I exist. Forget that I go to school with you! Forget that I'm in this town. Just forget me Clark. It wont be that hard since you don't know me" I screamed at her. I could feel the tears running down my cheeks. I wasn't meant to be this mean. I didn't like how I couldn't get them to stay away.

"I can't!" She screamed back. I stepped back startled. "Your the only girl that my brother was ok with. Your my only friend. If you leave me ill be stuck with the boys again. Sky I need you!" She screamed as she clutched my shoulders.

"Clarke... I cant" I whispered as I tried to push her back. There's no way I can have friends not with monster still running around. It was better this way and my ex best friend decided that on his own. Now I realize he was right.

"Why? Why can't you be my friend? Ill be there for you forever!" she said.

"Because I don't want you to get hurt!" I screamed. If the monster came after me and she got in the way he would hurt her too. I cant let her get hurt for me, it wouldn't be right.

"What do you mean? Why would I get hurt?" She asked as she stood straighter. Alarm flashed across her features.

"Um I'm a bad friend?" I said in a questioning form. I cant tell her about my monster, if she found out then she really wouldn't leave me alone or she would tell Clyd and I don't know what he would do. I don't know what either of them will do since I don't know them.

"No your not. I've known you for a day and you have gotten along with both my siblings, made me laugh, and ran away with me. So please be my friend"

"Fine, but I cant be near your brother." I said in a whisper. He witnessed a nightmare and he knows there's something wrong with me. That something has happened and that I'm not normal.

"Okay?" she said as she nodded her head. "Come back to my house? You can hangout in my room." She said as she hooked an arm around mine.

"Um."

"Pleaseeeeeee" she winked pulling on my arm.

"Fine as long as you don't leave me with your brother again and you keep him away from me."
