Juliette owns naturally blonde hair, that cascades down to the bottom of her spine is straight locks. The colour appears platinum blonde in some lights, but in the winter it sometimes dulls into a more ashy tone. You would thought in drowns her face out, yet somehow it doesn't because her prominent bone structure that consists of high cheekbones, sharp jaw and dark arching browns protrude in one's attention.
As far as her body is concerned, Juliette is thin and lean, hitting for 5'9 mark with her willowy bone structure that proceeds to hug her bones underneath.

A prime example of how looks can deceive you so easily. Juliette, a blonde bony ballerina all the way from France. she appears as timid, fragile and anxious wreck. she's fragile all right, just with a large side portion of crazy and psychotic bitch. Despite her on-and-off suffering from her anorexia nervosa disorder, Mel has the motivation and the stubbornness to follow anything her heart desires.

Jul can be sweet, hell, she can have a heart of gold when she likes you, but when you even mistakenly steal the spotlight away from her pretty face, things can get messy real fast. If you grab hold of her heart at the right time, she will treasure you no doubt. For a few weeks anyway, if you're lucky. If you're not Mr. Right, Juliette won't be afraid to string you along and throw you off board whenever she feels like it. This girl is not loyal. This girl gets bored easily. Juliette puts herself first, always.
Don't be threatened to not put your heart on the line though, she's just waiting for the person who changes her psychotic, disloyal ways.

Her disorder was discovered in her second year at NYCBS, the first year was a breeze. But suffering from anorexia is not a foreign thing behind the walls of dance schools. The second year got tough, they demanded thin girls only dancing in their productions so eventually the numbers quickly began dropping on Jul's scale. Calorie intake was scarce, meals were mouthfuls and her bones protruded.

However, this motivation can soon spiral out of control before anyone can put a hault to it.

Two years ago, Juliette was living her best life, tying the pink satin laces of her ballet shoes and dancing her way to the top of the most elite ballet school in New York. This, of course, was until her victim Relena Zhevoyski captured the limelight before her, stealing her chance of casting the lead role in the school's famous productions that are hosted every year. It was when the criminal hit eighteen, two weeks before the first live show, that Zhevoyski disappeared in the early hours of the morning. To Juliette's satisfaction and pleasure, her plan was fulfilled as she stood in place of Zhevoyski for the productions.

Afterwards, when packing for the holidays to go home, her roommate accidentally caught a glance at a knife underneath a pile of Jules' possessions and turned her into Dalton.

BACKGROUND

Juliette Monreau wished she could say she was from a wealthy background. But unfortunately for her dreams in the future, which was getting into the most elite ballet school in nyc, she had to work for it the hard. She grew up in a small town about fourth miles from the coast in the North-East of France. Her parents were nothing special either, Lao they had given her was rich French blood and only sparing money for Christmas once a year.

With Juliette's determined and idealist traits protruding from her was outraged that they couldn't pay for her dancing tuition. The fury dispersed over three years, completely creating a dense wall between the memories and intimacy they once shared as a family.
Eventually, the teenage girl quickly learnt that sometimes you have to work to make things happen. Even if that means juggling two jobs at once to get what she wanted.
