Just like any other morning the small group of middle schoolers sat outside and ate their breakfast. The group in which almost everyone knew as amazing and smart held 9 people, yet one was missing, Sakura, the reasonable and book smarts, Ino, the girl that could mess with your head, Hinata, the cute and shy one, Choji, the chubby one which was known to always be seen with food in his hands, Kiba, the boy who always talked about dogs, Neji, the god complex and also cousins with Hinata he had joined them this once for breakfast since Hinata had requested. He was a year older than the rest and would usually sit at his own group. Shikamaru, the one who can beat you at any game, Sasuke the secluded and gloomy one, and last but not least, Naruto, the sun on the group, the boy which is known to never be seen without a bright smile, the prankster, the clown of the class. Who was also the one that was mission from the group.

After they had finished eating their breakfast they all cleaned up and headed to their classroom.

"What do you think Kakashi-sensei will teach us today?" Sakura spoke first as they took their time to head to class since the bell hadn't rung.

"Beats me, he'll probably throw us some crap assignment while he takes out that perverted book of his so he won't deal with us." Kiba said as he fiddles with his jacket, his zipper had caught in his shirt.

"Wh-where do you think N-Naruto is?" Hinata hesitantly spoke from the middle.

"The dork probably forgot to set his alarm again." Sakura said and she and Ino snickered.

The bell rang, cutting off the rest for their conversation. Sitting down in class everyone was in the middle of making a five page essay in the way of how they viewed their lives. A crappy assignment which Kiba had called on not to long ago. They were scribbling away when the sound of feet became louder and louder.

"Here comes Naruto." Sasuke smiled as the rest nodded knowingly, having amused smiles on their faces.

"IM SORRY I CAME LATE!" Naruto burst trough the door and shouted for forgiveness.

"Take a seat Naruto, you're in the middle of an assignment, have one of your friends explain to you." Kakashi-sensei ordered, too lazy to explain it again, which would as cut the time shorter for the book he was reading, that had a cover that was clearly fake since it was titled; How to teach middle schoolers the right way.

"Yes sensei! Thank you sensei!" Naruto bowed repeatedly and he the turned and casually walked to his joined desk which was next to Sasuke's.

"This time you set a new record." Choji turned around from his seat in front of the blond and spoke. "You came ten minutes later than usual."

"Yeah, what happened? You don't usually come this late in the middle of class." Ino said curious.

"Last night I was too busy watching the last episode of Big Hero, then soon after the showed the movie, and I couldn't not watch it." Naruto explained. "But then soon after the movie had finished they showed highlights of the show and I couldn't help my self, by the time I had fallen asleep it was already six in the morning."

The rest began to scold Naruto as he simply sulked at their rude insults which he was used to. The only one which didn't say anything was his best friend Sasuke, he would always stare at Naruto with a small gentle smile, like he was doing right now.

"What?" Naruto whispered as they got back to their assignment.

"Nothing, get back to work." Sasuke cleared his throat as a faint blush dusted his cheeks, he looked embarrassed for getting caught.

"Alright?" He questioned as he went back to working, as by working he went back to take a short nap on his desk.

The day went fabulous for their big group, Sasuke had looked deep in though throughout the class time, like he had something planning in his head. Naruto had even bothered him for a while but Sasuke still denied to tell him, not until lunch time, which was right now.

Naruto was eating his ramen which he was packed and only needed to add hot water. As he was chewing and had completely forgotten about Sasuke's odd behavior he heard his best friend call him in big chew.

"You know, Naruto..."

"Hm?" Naruto turned with a mouth full of ramen towards the raven haired friend.

"If it weren't for the sun, you would be the hottest thing ever created." Sasuke finished with a proud smile, that soon turned into one of love and cherish as he looked as his beet red blond friend who had choked from his horrible pick up like.
