Before I could finish speaking, I had to stop. I realized it was too late. They had surrounded us, many giant Astro toilets appeared from all directions. Without thinking, I quickly said to Fred.

Camerawoman: You quickly leave here and help the other Cameramen escape from here immediately. I will go after holding them off for everyone to escape.

Fred: Are you crazy? Staying here to be their bait, I will stay here to help you. You can't do anything by yourself. Just let everyone leave.

Camerawoman: Sigh, okay. But I can't guarantee our lives.

Fred and I leaned against each other. We both fired at them but it was useless compared to their size.

I quickly turned on my aiming ability and identified the target. After that, my lens turned red and I controlled the Orbital camera to shoot at them.

The shots I fired helped me kill 2, 3 of them but that was nothing compared to their terrifying numbers. Not giving us a break, Astro continuously fired, Fred quickly dodged but I wasn't so lucky. The shockwave from the bullets due to me standing too close pushed me into the nearby concrete wall, the four guns integrated with the jetpack on my back fell to the ground.

Camerawoman: Damn, this is the right time.

I have to try to support Fred.

Ignoring the sharp pain on my exhausted body, the bullets from the Orbital camera were still fired but they didn't last long as it was also broken into pieces by them.

My body was also beyond its limits. My vision was gradually fading, I just hoped that Fred could escape from them safely, I couldn't see him on the battlefield anymore.

With a finishing shot, an Astro shot into the building where I was standing, causing it to gradually collapse. I didn't run away, nor did I move.

When it was certain that I would not escape death, the Astros quickly left, leaving behind a mocking gaze. I myself did not care about that gaze.

At this moment, all I could think about was Dave. Like a slow motion film in my mind, it showed me the beautiful days when we were still human, until we fought side by side, shoulder to shoulder. Those memorable moments made me smile with satisfaction. Maybe this was my end.
