Renjun knows that Jangmi is one of the school's leaders like she leads the school with more students. Jangmi is a responsible girl and Renjun finds that really nice about her.

"Jangmi is a bad friend. She obviously tells lies to get attention." Renjun heard her friend said and glare at them but they didn't notice Renjun and continue badmouthing Jangmi.

When they continued, Renjun walked towards the girls.

"If you don't like Jangmi that much then be honest with her, tell her you don't like her. You two are the bad friends." He said to the two, leaving the two girls speechless.

He looked at Jangmi and she was looking at the ground, frowning like she knows what the two girls were talking about. Renjun looked at the stage and the assembly hasn't started yet.

He went to her, grabbing her hands and dragging her out of the auditorium since they do have an assembly there for the mornings.

He dragged her to their classroom and locked it from the inside. The two turned off the lights so, no one will know. They sit where they're not visible in front of the door.

"Are you okay?" Renjun asked her then she nodded.

"I'm confused to why you brought me here even though, everyone is in the auditorium." Jangmi said then Renjun wrapped his shoulder around her, pulling her close to him.

"I want you to be honest with me.. do you cut yourself?" He asked her that made her eyes widened.

"H-how..? I-is it that o-obvious?" Jangmi asked, looking at her hands as Renjun sighed before nodding.

"For me, it actually is."

He grabbed her arm, pulling her blazer's sleeve up, seeing all the cuts she made. Renjun moved in front of her ad Jangmi continues to look away from him.

"Jangmi.." Renjun muttered before standing up, getting something from his bag. He brings a bandage with him everywhere, just in case.

He wets a towel he has and wipe the little blood on her cuts before wrapping it with the bandage. Jangmi watches him take care of her cuts.

"Why are you doing this, Renjun?" She asked him as Renjun's eyes only softened. His eyes only on her arm.

"I don't want to see people suffer.. especially if it's from their depression. I don't want you to cut yourself.. there's still a lot of people that cares for you." Renjun said then Jangmi starts crying. Renjun only let her cry cause she needed it.

"I've been cutting myself since I was 11 and ever since then, it became such a normal thing that I can't miss a day without doing it. I've had so much cuts on my body that I secretly have to go to the hospital.

My other friend decides to donate his blood for me but he ended up passing away, making my depression worst.. I honestly wanted to go with him.." Jangmi said then Renjun hugged her.

Renjun doesn't know how she really feels or what she experienced but he really is trying to understand what she's going through. He tries to be more thoughtful and he listens to everything she says.

Jangmi likes that. A person she can finally and truly trust. Since the beginning of her depression, she's hasn't been trusting people that much, Renjun's the first since forever.

"Thanks, Renjun.."

After school, Renjun was about to leave school until Jaemin caught up with him.

"What's with the face?" He asked Renjun that has a frown on his face.

"Jangmi... she has depression and is cutting herself. I don't know how to help her cause you can't stop a depressed person that's been cutting for more than a year to stop?

It will be difficult and Jangmi is a nice girl too..." Renjun said, looking down as Jaemin bite the inside of his lip. He looked at Renjun that's still sad.

"Jangmi isn't really a hard girl to convince and you're right because it is difficult. You just have to slowly get into her thoughts." He said then Renjun looked at him, confused by what he meant.

"What I mean is.. stay by her side, take care of her until she changes her mind and stop." He said as the two stopped to wait for the bus in the bus stop.

"What if it doesn't work?"

"Then that's where forcing comes in. Don't force her too rough though, that might make it worst actually. Be gentle and force her to stop.

Take care of her very well and if something bad happens, always be with her." He said then the bus came. The two entered the bus, seeing Jangmi wearing earphones and listening to music.

Unfortunately, she was looking out the window, ignoring the people coming in and didn't notice the two.

The two sit behind her and Jaemin gently hit Renjun's waist, making him look at Jaemin with an annoyed face. Jaemin eyed Jangmi then Renjun shake his head.

"Maybe, tomorrow." Renjun whispered then Jaemin rolled his eyes.

Jaemin checked the amulet in his back, checking if it's slowly changing colors and it is but it's much slower than the other two, making him worry a bit.

"If it slowly changes colors then something bad will happen."
