+ Jin had always been overshadowed by his god brother/closest friend - Hayate Park, he tended to be more of a troublemaker when he was younger.

+ He grew up with Hayate and his little sister Mio, both of them picked her up from school every day, and took her out for ice cream. They were quite like a team, trying to raise her instead of leaving her to Hayate's mother - an alcoholic.

+ When Jin was about 14-years old, his god mother caused a car accident with her daughter in the back seat. Fortunately both survived, but the little girl experienced a massive head injury, resulting in the loss of her memory. Just when he heard the news, Jin practically jumped out the window of his house and ran down town to the hospital. Hayate was already there, so Jin kept him company for near fifteen hours, waiting.

+ Jin's god mother decided to just put the little girl up for adoption, she was so sick with guilt she couldn't even look at her own daughter. Despite Hayate and Jin's protest, nothing changed her mind.

+ Although, when his family had reached this crisis, as well as his brother's, they had practically swapped roles. Jin started to study, and get good grades for the sake of pleasing her mother when she was admitted to the hospital. Despite drinking often, she'd been very good to Jin unlike Sayuri; Hayate's mother.

+ Jin successfully graduated school and went to university to become a doctor, after a year of studying, his mother was discharged from the hospital healthy.

+ Jin graduated with a PHD, and now works as a doctor at Tokyo General Hospital, looking after mostly kids.

+ His first name is actually 'Eul-Jin', but he always cringes when someone calls him by this. He prefers to just be called either 'Jin' or by his last name, 'Yeong'.

+ Jin has always been talkative and laid back, he constantly emanates a friendly vibe. Quite the opposite of Hayate personality wise, he's a cheerful and kind hearted person. Jin absolutely loves to meet people, he adores children and this tends to attract younger women, especially due to his rather childish nature - he's always mistaken for a teenager.

+ He enjoys video games more so than reading, Jin likes to cook, but he's not exactly good at it. He's very determined, but not exactly stubborn. With good reasoning, he can definitely change his mind to see the other person's side of things. Jin is very empathetic, he cares more for others than he does himself, which makes one of the reasons why he wanted to be a doctor. All his teachers had told him he'd never make it, he'd just be smoking in alleyways with gangsters, which at the time, was rather painful to hear. He wanted to be someone important, and when his mother became sick, he knew he wanted to be a doctor, to help people just like her and families with sick loved ones.

+ As an adult, he's very organized and always gets his work done, he's known as one of the most talented doctors in the country; some say he has 'the hands of a god', which he finds ridiculous. Absolutely any chance he gets, he's studying about illnesses and the human body, Jin would never forgive himself if he let a patient pass away under his supervision. He's very young for such a doctor, but Jin tells people he's an old man anyway.

+ Jin had taken care of Tsurugi Yuuichi and Amemiya Taiyou with Fuyuka Kudou as one of his nurses. He got along rather well with the teenage boys due to pretty much being like one himself. Later on he was in charge of looking after Shindou Takuto and preforming his surgery. Jin's younger sister Park had often visited Shindou, which was always a little heart wrenching. At first he thought Shindou was her son, and almost screamed (Park was much too young for a teenage son).

+ Given an opportunity to study/work in America, Jin decided to leave Japan for about three months. He worked in a rather large hospital in America, which lead him to meet Nosaka Yuuma and Amemiya Taiyou. Since Jin wasn't the one in charge all the time, he got lots of time to spend with the two kids. Asides from this, he always signed up for overtime, just in case anything were to happen to them.

+ Nosaka was a patient with terrible depression, being stuck in the hospital from morning to night. Only a few times he was allowed outside, where Jin normally followed him. Despite considering himself very mature, Nosaka always accepted the ice cream Jin bought for him. In the end, they became quite close friends.
