She was a girl. She did Ballet.
Always spinning. That's my world. Running around in circles from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. I hold myself up to be some snob, only because I have to keep myself a float. I'm just a normal kid. Well mostly. Where I'm from there are these things called human weapons... My little sister and I just so happen to be a set. We turn into a get of matching guns. It's actually kinda cool. Well until your friends find out. Which my sister and I don't allow. Our parents don't even know. They think we are Meisters. I come from a nice family. They are putting me into a school called the DWMA and let me do other things as well. Ballet is one of those things. I'm really good at it too. This year I'm the prima, I get the spot light.
"Come on sis! We have to get going! We have practice!" My little sister Patricia yelled from down stairs. My world is always spinning. Going around in the same old pattern. Nothing different. Nothing shocking.
"I'm coming Patty! Relax!" I responded while throwing my ballet bag over my shoulder. Practice, then shopping... Then I get to relax. I ran downstairs to meet with our ride. Tsubaki, a nice Japanese girl who always helped us out any anyone else. In the car was Kim and Jaclyn. Tsubaki has the be the best of them though. She always sought out the best in people which also explains how she manages to deal with her meister Black Star on a daily basis. Kim and Jaclyn are a weapon meister pair. No one really knows much about them, even my sister and I. We just know that they have had our backs enough times. We greeted them and entered the car. I sighed and laid back, my ankles were killing me though I'd never tell.
Practice flew by. No slip ups, no broken bones. That's always a good sign. We left our bags in the car and took our purses that we of course had stashed with our ballet stuff. We made a quick run to the coffee shop but on the way there some jerk almost ran over me. It was some skater boy. Dressed in cheap clothing with a beaten to hell skate board. My eyes were shot open. I was scared to death. I could have been killed!!
"I-I... I'm so sorry I hope I didn't hurt anyone." He said to what sounded sincere. He looked right at me, the pervert. Doing something to pick up his skateboard in the process. "Since... It was you I almost crashed, perhaps I could... Make it up to you.." He smirked. That ass, he was one of those kinda guys. I just laughed, I made sure to laugh in his face before blowing up on him.
"You should be sorry! You almost crushed the prima! You jerk watch where you're going. And if you're going to be giving me those puppy eyes like you're sincere, try again next time!" My hands twitched, my face was red. I couldn't help but be mad. I could have been seriously hurt!!
"Elizabeth! Don't bother talking to street scum like him!" My little sister said while pulling my arm.
"Yeah, whatever. See ya." I said with a scoff. I walked ahead with my friends though not even a minute had passed when I heard the wheels rolling towards us and then skater boy was right back in front of me. But now still rolling, and riding backwards. Idiot.
"Elizabeth, just give me a moment..ugh.. I mean just let me talk for a second!!" He corrected himself to sound dumber. Nice. He is kinda cute... Those eyes... I've never seen such golden eyes. I shook my head and tried to keep moving. Though Tsubaki stopped me and decided to make a comment.
"Oh.. Liz just give him a chance to explain himself." I sighed and hung my head. I had to agree other wise Tsubaki wouldn't let me live it down.
"Ugh... Fine! Go ahead, talk." I said while crossing my arms.
"Thank you. I just want to take you out. Once. Pay for a meal, hang out. Then go our separate ways. Unless of course you don't want to." He winked. I slapped him as hard as I could. "What the hell was that for?!" He yelled at me.
"For being a pervert!" I yelled back. He glared at me and I glared back wanting to send fear through him. "Go ahead. Pay for a meal. I don't care. But after we go our separate ways!" I barked. He pulled out a slip of paper and wrote down a number. I sighed and pulled out one of my many copies of my personal number. I took the slip from him and trade it for mine.
"Thank you." He said flatly before riding off.
"So what's his name?!" Patty asked loudly. "Then we can sick the cops on him if he hurts you!!" My sister was so violent. I read the number then the name on the slip.
"...his name is Kyle. Such a boring name for a boring person. To be expected." I said while stashing the number in my bag. Finally we made our way to get coffee with the idiot out of the way.
