Scooter and Skate arrive at the starting line, with a red female Akita Inu, seeming to be a teenager, comes up on screen. "Hello Skate's up contestants." The Akita Inu then introduced herself; despite some contestants knowing her. "It is I, Koyuna Haseeno. Welcome, to China."

Scooter looked at the racetrack and finds it rather fitting for China's lore. Koyuna then spoke with high optimism for all the contestants. "This track will not only be the first race, but it will also have the second song of the movie!"

Fireworks came up with Skate questioning Koyuna's knowledge of where they were, finding it a bit confusing. "How does she know we're in a movie?"

"Must be fictional world logic." Scooter concluded, not caring all that much about the confusion. "If Deadpool can fourth wall break then so can we. Though, he's admittedly a lot better."

"And funnier." Skate laughed, remembering the Deadpool movie.

"Now then." Koyuni raised her paw with excitement for the race. "Get ready for the first race."

Scooter and the other contestants got ready to begin the race, with Skate giving Scooter a smirk.

Scooter smirked back at Skate as the two fist bumped; looking on ahead to focus on the track.

Koyuna kept her smile as she counted down. "3...2...1...go!" Koyuna slammed her paw down.

Scooter and the other contestants all went down the race track as upbeat chinese music played.

Scooter skated down the track as a male voice sang Skating Around the World.

The first male began to sing as Scooter skated onward. "This is more or less just something that I do for fun. (Scooter jumps onto a bamboo tree) It's so (Jumps from tree to tree) much cooler than whenever I am forced to run. (Scooter gets back on the track) And although I don't care if I win or lose right now. (Koyuna seems impressed by Scooter's skills) I have to win, to show my dad, (Scooter continues skating) it's the only way how."

Skate blazed past the contestants that fell behind him as he looked ahead and spotted Scooter; which made him more determined as he raced onward.

Another male singer made his own vocals in the song to represent Skate. "We both have our own reasons for competing in this game. (Skate knocks another skater over) And honestly I'm doing this for more than just the fame. (Skate low sweeps a skater's board) I don't care if (Skate waves to the contestant he knocked over with a sneer) they like or hate me all that much though. (Skate arrives to where Scooter is and the two stare each other down) I just want prove that I'm better than you for the show."

Scooter and Skate blazed past the competition as both singers sang at the same pace.

"We both have our own goals, our own motivations. (Scooter and Skate go faster) We both have our reasons for being here. (Scooter jumps through some bamboo trees) Even if we don't have (Skate goes around the bamboo trees) the same thing in mind. (Skate looks up and becomes surprised) We still compete, (Scooter is seen on a higher floor) for our own cause, (Scooter gives a peace sign to Skate) yours, mine, and mine."

Skate got frustrated and blew a raspberry at Scooter as the two skated off, with the song reaching its end.

"It's hard to tell whether or not (Scooter and Skate race neck and neck as Scooter jumps down) it's really worth it. (Scooter and Skate race by some Pandas and Scooter waves to them) And despite the danger we could face it angers me no bit. (Skate looks behind him and drops a marble, whistling as another skater trips and fell off the track) It may seem a bit risky and hit me on every cord. (Scooter and Skate near the finish) But that doesn't stop the fun from skating around the world."

Scooter and Skate arrived at the finish line as the two hi five. "Skating around the world."

Scooter looked back and became confused as he counts the contestants, noticing that there are four missing; hoping that they made it out okay. "Weren't we facing sixty two contestants?"

"Guess the other four decided to drop out mid-race." Skate lied, trying to cover up his tracks.

Scooter shrugged and walked off, with Skate noticing the other contestants and glaring at them; making them nod in fear. Skate walked off and headed over to the scoreboard and sees that he and Scooter are in the top two.

Scooter appeared to be excited about moving on to round two. "Yes!"

"Top tier baby!" Scooter and Skate hi fived as Skate then headed off. "Hey, I'm gonna go get us some egg rolls!"

"Sounds good!" Scooter then saw Nora up ahead.

Nora skated up to Scooter and saw that she barely missed the top ten, being dissapointed, but kept her head up high. "Well at least I made it to round two." Nora noticed Scooter and glared at him, questioning how he did such amazing skills out there. "Not to assume anything, but (Points at Scooter) you didn't cheat; did you?"

"Only reason I'd cheat is if it was a last resort." Scooter stated with a kind voice, smiling with compassion.

Nora looked over the track and considers that Scooter wouldn't cheat in the first race, knowing of his kind nature already. Being as she was a bit optimistic about her chances of getting far, she smiled with a liking to Scooter. "Well at least you're honest. (Becomes cold) Because if there's one thing I hate, it's a faker."

Scooter nodded and headed off, looking back at Nora with a smile. "Ya wanna hang out with me and my buddy Skate?" Nora took a liking to Scooter's offer and smiled, nodding her head yes and skating off with him.

Scene cuts to Scooter eating an egg roll as he walks up to Skate while sitting on a skating ramp.

"Let me tell ya dude. China, is the best place to get egg rolls." Scooter patted his belly, despite it not being that big. He then felt his stomach growl and he cracked a three second egg roll fart (pffffft). Scooter felt a bit sheepish, but also smiled and chuckled at a smirking Skate; knowing he could let them loose around him. "Heh heh. Even if chinese food makes me fart."

Skate stood up as does Scooter, with Scooter getting on his board. Skate then pushed Scooter a bit and made him go on the ramp. Scooter fell on his back at the bottom and his skateboard rolled next to him. "Does that include falling off your board!?" Skate laughed as Scooter rolled his eyes while smiling at his playful gesture, with Nora skating over to him as he stood up.

"So that's your best friend?" Nora scoffed at Skate's cockiness. "Seems like a real jerk."

"He is, but if everyone was nice then the story would be boring." Scooter reminded Nora; who shrugged, seeing Scooter's point and barely able to balance on her board while still. "If you like, I could give you a few pointers." Nora looked at Scooter, who felt a bit cocky himself; but kept his nice side in view. "I'm a skating pro at this point, so I could teach a thing or two."

Nora didn't know how to react. It wasn't as big as it could've been, but she never had someone she recently met offer her something before; making her decide to react with kindness. "That'd be nice; (Smiles) thanks."
