Chase was walking through school hall, earning some little smiles from girls who were walking towards him from everywhere. There was no doubt that he was a dream boy for every teen girl in school, not to mention he was smart as well - generally Chase was a perfect student, nothing else to say. What was more surprising that the anthro Shepherd didn't make any response to girls, who were giving him signs about their feelings to him, it really seemed like that Chase wasn't seeing in them the passion of being "the one and only". Suddenly he heard a sound like hitting the locker and decided to check what was going here, more though, someone had called him to check there becasue something wrong might happen.

Judy: Chase!! There's a risk of beating up!

Judy: Skye and her stupid boyfriend.

Chase: Crap, lead the way!

Yeah, Skye was already dating the other guy, who was very very handsome, but in terms of being clever and well-behaved - not so much. He was begging her to make a hometask for him, but suddenly his girlfriend rejected, which made him angry.

Skye: Let me go!!!

Scott: I'm the one who's telling you what to do!! Do my homework!!

Skye: Why you just can't do this by yourself at least for once?! It's not a relationship anymore, it's abusing!!

Scott: I give no crap, babe!!

Skye: We're through and that's it!!

Such annoucement made everyone around cheer for the anthro Cockapoo as she finally found guts to say that, which made Scott so furious that he smacked her in the cheek, causing her to fall down with tears. Some males students were about to interrupt and that's when Chase has arrived - sending his elbow straight to Scotts' hip and grabbing him to the wall.

Chase: You should never hit the girl even if she's your girlfriend.

Scott: You??!

Chase: Guys, gently put him down and to the principal.

Zuma: On it man!

Zuma hit Scott lightly in his stomach causing him to fall down as Rocky and Marshall grabbed him and walked with him to the principal as Zuma fist-bumped Chase and walked away with them. Only then the anthro Shepherd came to Skye.

Chase: You OK?

Skye: Jeez, he's so strong, my cheek is swelled.

Chase: Let me check.

He got up and pressed his lips against her cheek causing her to blush and even despite that her left cheek was blue from hit, some red color has appeared from Chases' action.

Chase: Yeah, the hit is pretty massive.

At the nurses' office

Chase and Skye were sitting on patients' bed as she was holding ice bag against her swollen cheek, she really couldn't believe that the best guy in the school just came up to help her out of nowhere, so when Chase looked at her, she shyly tunred her face away from him, making him giggle quietly.

Chase: Better now?

Skye: Yeah, thank you. Listen... could we walk together back to my house?

Chase: Erm... sure, why not!

Since then, a beautiful school love has started. But the story is not over yet, since this day, there were so many moments between them, which were mentioning that something up was between them.

2 weeks later

Some students saw Skye coming out of her class and checking her phone for something before going to other class. For coincidence, it was Chases' class from which Chase came out and greeted the anthro Cockapoo with hug as she also kissed his cheek before they walked away together. It looked so cute and strange at the same time - were these two a thing after that incident with Scott?

Chase and Marshall were never hiding anything from each other - they were always open to share some deep secrets, but this time, the anthro Shepherd didn't say anything about his bond with Skye, so it was a big surprise for Chases' best friend to see Chase coming with two cups of tea to Skye, who was looking for something in her locker and after finding it, she turned to him to take her cup and kiss him again. It made the anthro Dalmatian stunned from this scene as Rubble and Everest came up.

Everest: Everything's ok, Marshy?

Marshall: I'd really like to know what Chase and Skye are up to? After 3 weeks since that moment, they're so close to each other. Are they really dating?

Everest: They definitely are, but I agree, it doesn't look clear. Still, I'm happy for my bestie if it'll be true.

5 more days later

Zuma was sitting beside the window in his room and chatting with his friends by his phone. There was a really nice view at the beach in front of him and suddenly he saw one thing which caused him to pause his chatting - he saw Chase and Skye laying together under umbrella and more though, she was laying on top of him, kissing his chest. Now there was no doubt that these were a thing now, so the anthro Labrador took a photo of them for more proves. Meanwhile, an interesting talk appeared between our couple.

Skye: Chasey?

Chase: Mhmm?

Skye: Do you know anything about the rumors between us?

Chase: That we're dating? I think it was too obvious for them... quite surprising that they still didn't realize it.

Skye: Yeah, even our friends didn't notice that.

Chase: Let's give them more time. I'm sure that they'll find this out soon - even tomorrow.

Skye (giggles): Agree.

Then they pulled themselves closer to each other for deep kiss as Zuma was still watching after them, but with other friends through video-chat, who were very happy for them.
