Request from Skase_And_Socky

Rocky was sitting in his puphouse, thinking about how to confess his feelings for Skye. He had a crush on her since camping trip and hoped that she will feel the same way. But one thing was making him angry inside: Chase also had a crush on her. Rocky thoughts were interrupted by helicopter roaring from the sky. Skye was returning from daily patrol and landed near Lookout.

Rocky (to himself): That's my chance. Need to wait for Skye.

He exited from his puphouse and went to Skye who was turning her copter into puphouse and taking off her uniform. Chase also came to her, which made Rocky frustrated.

Chase: Hey Skye.

Skye (smiles): Hey Chase.

Chase: How was your daily patrol? Without eagles I hope?

Skye (giggles): No. Everything is fine. But thanks for asking.

Chase: You know, I'm always on the case.

Skye (boops his nose): I know you are (giggles).

Their coversation made Rocky mad and he decided to make his move right now.

Rocky: Hi Skye! Sorry for interrupting your cute talk, but won't you mind to talk with me, in private?

Chase got suspicious, because he knew that Rocky had a crush on Skye.

Skye: Sure. Later Chase.

Chase (sighs): Yeah, later.

Rocky and Skye went to the tree while Chase went on his own. When they came, Rocky turned his head, checking Chase for spying on them and grinned: he didn't do it. Then he came closer to Skye.

Skye: Sooo, why we are here?

Rocky: Because... I need something to tell you.

Skye: What is it?

Rocky: Skye, you are the most beautiful, kind, smart pup. When we were on camping trip and I was looking at you I felt butterflies in stomach.

Skye: Awww, thanks Rocky.

Rocky: What do I want to say is, I love you and I want to be your boyfriend.

Little did he knew, Skye had a crush on Chase, so he didn't expect this answer.

Skye: Rocky, I don't know how to say it, but...

Rocky (smiles): I knew that you feel the same way about me!

Skye: Let me say please. Rocky... I don't feel the same way about you. I love someone else and I hope you will respect it. Sorry if I hurt you.

Rockys face with smile turned into angry face, which made Skye frightened.

Rocky (angry): So you love that german shepherd huh?! He's just a pathetic mutt, who is scared to talk about feelings with you!!

Skye: How you dare to talk about Chase like this?!

Rocky (angry): Because if I can't get your heart in good way, we will make in bad way!!

Rocky pulled out a knife and pressed Skye against the tree.

Rocky (angry): Be my girlfriend, or I will kill you!!

Skye: You're crazy!! If I don't love you, you need to move on!! Not forcing me to date you!

Rocky (angry): Date me!!

Skye (scared): Help me!!!

Chase heard Skyes scream and ran to the tree. Rocky turned his head to see Chase approaching them and looked at Skye with anger in his eyes.

Rocky (angry): Let me fix it - for you!!

Skye: Don't do this.

Chase saw scared Skye and a knife in Rockys paw and realized just in one piece.

Chase: So that's why you called her for talk huh?

Rocky (angry): It's all your fault!!

Chase: Why?!

Rocky (angry): Because she loves you!! Not me!! But now, I'll make sure that she will date me!!

Chase knew what Rocky was going to do with him, but his heart was happy that Skye feels the same way about him. With this feeling he missed Rockys stab on him. Then he kicked Rocky in face and chest and called Ryder.

Chase: Ryder, Rocky has knife. He wants to-

Unfortunatelly he didn't finish this message because Rocky ripped off his collar and stabbed his paw. Chase screamed in pain and Rocky grinned lile a psycho and stabbed him two more times in chest. Chase fell down and Rocky went on top of him. Skye closed her teared eyes waiting for worst.

Rocky: Say goodbye!!

But suddenly Zuma pounced on Rocky and pushed him off Chase and threw the knife. Then Marshall arrived.

Marshall: Jesus Christ! Skye help me to get Chase in his puphouse!

Skye: O-o-ok.

They pulled Chase to his puphouse while Zuma called Ryder and held Rocky. Marshall and Skye laid Chase down and Marshall checked his wounds.

Skye: Is he OK?

Marshall: Stabs are very heavy, but he will pull through. I mean, survive.

Skye (sighs): Thank God!

Marshall: Stay with him, I need to find boundages for his wounds.

Marshall ran to his puphouse, while Skye was laying near Chase and stroked his chest.

Skye: It's over Chase. You're going to be ok, don't worry (kisses him on cheek).

Marshall arrived and healed Chases stabs with Skyes help.

Marshall: Now he needs to rest. Call me if something happens.

Skye: Ok Marshall.

Skye fell asleep near Chase, hoping that he will wake up.

The next morning Chase woke up with slight pain on chest and front right paw. He also felt something fuzzy on his left side. It was Skye who woke up because of Chases moves.

Skye: Chase... you're awake!! (hugs him)

Chase: Skye! Chest!

Skye: Sorry. I'm just so happy that you're alive.

Chase: I'm quite don't remember what happened.

Skye: Rocky tried to date himby force. Then you appeared and tried to deny it and Rocky stabbed you 3 times, but in serious places.

Chase: Oh. Where's he by the way?

Skye: He's in cage for psycho pups. Don't worry about him.

Chase: I guess you're right.

Chase then remembered Rockys words.

Chase: Skye?

Skye: Yeah?

Chase: Is it ture that Rocky said?

Skye: What do you mean?

Chase: That you love me?

Skye (reminds something and smiles): Yes, it's clear true (nuzzles him).

Chase: I love you too Skye (nuzzles back). Will you be my girlfriend?

Skye: I'd love to (licks Chases cheek). 

Chase: Should we wake up the others?

Skye: No no no. You need to rest. Your wounds are still not healed fully. Also I want to stay with you more (nuzzles him).

Chase: Oh, ok. I won't mind (nuzzles her).

They kept nuzzling each other even when Marshall came to check on Chase. He smiled, knowing that they are together.

Marshall (to himself, whispering): Their love was under threat, but Chases bravery won Rockys madness. Well done buddy. I'll check on you later.

He returned to his puphouse while new lovebirds were still nuzzling each other. The end!
