Quite similar one-shot to "A hole in our hearts". But I hope you will enjoy it!

Everybody know that pups from Paw Patrol are always supporting each other every time, every minute. Even when all pups got their second halfs and started to spend more time with him or her, they always will be there for their friends.
All friends, except one!
Chase who was trying to win Skyes heart by planning the 'perfect' date, decided to help his friends to win hearts of their beloved ones. He gave them ideas for their dates to create for himself a big one. With friends like he has from Paw Patrol, it should be easy.
But, his friends started spending more time with their second half, mostly girlfriends. Still, it wouldn't matter for Chase, who created the plan and one day he went to Skye to ask her out. Unfortunatelly, Marshall did it earlier. And it was a last part of creating the vaccum around Chase, as they started less talking with him, playing with him.
First suspicions of 'somethings not good' were arrived on vacation. Paw Patrol flew to Egypt to see some ancient building and swim in Red sea. Chase although was visiting some trips around country with friends, he was mostly staying in his room.
On last day of vacation Chase said: "If I could find someone who loves me, but it failed. Now everybody are thinking about their girlfriends and don't want even ask me am I okay. I need someone to be with me, even just for one minute." Tears in his eyes were included while he was saying this quote. And Skye heard it, when Ryder told her to call Chase. It made her feel worried about him.
2 weeks later after arriving home.

It was a rainy day in Adventure Bay. A massive rain occupied the town, so Ryder told pups to stay in their puphouses. Most of them had girlfirend or boyfriend like Skye and Everest, so it should be easy for them to survive bad weather with someone you love. Hovewer Chase was sleeping in his puphouse completely alone and with lights off. His depressed state didn't even make a notice for anyone else, so Chase could shed some tears again. Meanwhile Skye was laying in her bed with Marshall but couldn't fall asleep. Words from Chase in Egypt still made her feel worried.

Marshall: Aren't you going to sleep?

Skye: I'm worried about Chase. He looked so sad through vacation.

Marshall: Maybe that's because he doesn't have a girlfriend. Well, that's not our problem.

Skye (quite angry): But still, we are his friends! Maybe he's really hurt.

Marshall: Oh come on! 2 months came since Chase went into depression and what? He didn't sacrifice himself, so he should be OK.

Skye (quite angry): I don't think so. I'm still going to check on him, as a friend! Still, you are his best friend! Why you didn't go to him while we were on vacation huh?

Marshall: Stop it and don't go!

Skye (angry): No, Marshall! I won't stop. And you really made me feel disappointed now. So don't even think about dates and nickname "Marshy"!

Skye exited her puphouse and ran to check on Chase. When she arrived she saw Chase sleeping peacefully, but then she heard a sniffle sound. Without hesitation she entered Chase puphouse and got shocked: on all walls only one word was written, but how much pain it was containing: "Alone". Skye laid near Chase and patted on his back, trying to call him.

Skye: Chase? Can you hear me?

Chase (quiet and softly): Did someone call me? Why I am even asking, when my friends forgot about me.

Skye (thoughts): Oh shoot! Things are worse than I expected.

Skye: Chase, it's me, Skye. Say something.

Chase (quiet and softly): Why I should say something, when nobody wants to hear me.

Skye (nervous): Chase, i-it's not funny. Say something but louder.

Chase (softly): Finally realized that I'm here? Just leave me alone!

At this point Skye realized that he's really got isolated, by his own friends, for who he helped to get second halfs. She decided to get over him and lay in front of his face, which was showing only sadness.

Skye (softly): I'm here, Chase! Right in front of you. Just open your eyes.
Note: I was trying not to cry while writting this!

Chase opened his eyes slowly and saw Skye laying in front of him. He could't help but shed some tears.

Chase (tearing up and softly): Finally.

He started crying quietly and Skye pulled him into hug, caressing his back. She felt how painful it was when your friends didn't care about your condition, physical or mental. She nuzzled his face, feeling wetness on her cheeks because of his tears, but it didn't matter. Her friend, no, her crush was crying in front of her. 5 minutes later Chase stopped crying and started snooring. Skye laid near him and kissed his cheek.

Skye (softly): I will be there for you, I'm sorry for not noticing your state earlier. I love you (whispers).

She also fell asleep while nuzzling Chase, who felt very safe after someone decided to visit him, to talk with him.

1 hour later

Skye woke up and so did Chase. They didn't hear a raindropping which meant that rain has ended. Chase looked at Skye and gave her a small smile.

Chase (softly): Thank you, for staying with me. I needed that.

Skye (nuzzles his chest): You're welcome. Listen, while we were sleeping, I discovered why you felt so lonely. It had two reasons: one we know, but with second I can help by this.

Chase: What do you mean by second rea-

He was cut off by Skyes lips pressing on his, but then he closed his eyes and enjoyed every second of this moment. 25 seconds later, they stopped to cath a breath.

Chase: Wait. You're with Marshall.

Skye: Why should I date someone, who doesn't care about his friends.

Chase: So you're...

Skye: No. But I will do it.

She then stared at Chase for 1 minute.

Skye: Listen. I'm really sorry for ignoring you for long time. And so do other pups. We had planned to have a hang out with you after rain, so we could cheer up.

Chase: You did even more to cheer me up.

Skye: Huh?

Chase: By this kiss you said that you love me. I love you too.

Skye smiled and snuggled into Chases chest.

Skye: I'm glad that you're finally coming to your old self. Now let's go to the Lookout, Ryder probably cooked something warm for us.

Chase: Let's go.

They went to the Lookout snuggling into each other annd Chase knew one thing: he's never longer alone!
