HI GUYS! This is an another two-shot! Heh, I started to like it a little!

It was an intense evening in Adventure City, as a disaster has arrived. A restaurant which was in city center was on fire and Paw Patrol was called to put the fire out. Ryder as usual was coordinating his pups, Rubble and Rocky were cleaning the scene from burning boulders, but Chase, Skye and Marshall got the hardest task: put the fire out and get people out of bulding. Sometimes, the police pup had entered restaurant to find people and lead the way to exit, luckily it went successful and without injuries. Skye also evactuaing people by her helicopter, using harness to pick them up and the mission was going smooth.

Ryder: Keep it up pups! You're doing great!

Rubble: We've finished cleaning up. Marshall, need some help?

Marshall: Yeah! Take control of the ladder and navigate me to fire.

Rubble: Uhh what??

Rocky: I'll show you buddy, come on!

Meanwhile, Chase and Skye managed to evacuate almost all people, who were trapped in restaurant - only a married couple was remaining, but they decided to split up. The wife managed to get to Skyes' helicopter as husband found a light from Chases' flashlight and the couple easily got out from burning building. But just when Skye landed her helicopter with woman, she suddenly gasped.

Woman: Baby!! Our baby!!!

Man: Is he still there?!

Chase: Oh crap! Stay here!! I'll go in!!

Marshall: Chase, I wouldn't go in. The building's still burning and it might collapse!

Chase: Give me 3 minutes please!! I'll make it quick!!

Skye: Careful out there!

Chase looked at Skye, who had a worried look on her face and nodded, before running in burning restaurant. After events with Humdinger and Weather Changer, Ryder and pups noticed that Chase and Skye act to each other with care and little sympathy. It meant only one thing - something was going between them, but Chase and Skye were hiding it very well. As the police pup got inside, he started running around and trying to sniff a smell of baby, but because of smoke it was very difficult. It also caused Chase to cough a lot, so he held his breath and kept searching. Gladly, he found the baby, who was crying loudly, in toilet. But the entrance to room was already blocked by wall of fire, so Chase must have to take the risk if he wanted to save this baby.

Chase: Don't worry! I'll gonna get you out!

So Chase closed his eyes and jumped over fire, earning some burns on his body though. Then he walked up to baby and nuzzled him, which made baby stop crying and touch the pup. Chase smiled and bit babys' clothes to put him on his back. He then heard sounds of something falling down.

Chase: Alright boy! Hang on tight!

Chase was about to jump over fire again, but baby started slipping from Chases' back and the police pup spotted it in last moment, so he rolled in jump and covered the baby in flames, earning more burns. Then he heard Marshall through his pup-tag.

Marshall: The bulding is collapsing, hurry!!!

20 seconds later - and Chase finally got out from restaurant, with baby on his back, which made wife and husband groan in relief and run to German Shepherd to pick baby up. But suddenly for everyone, Chase fell on road in pain as Ryder, Marshall and Skye ran up to their friend.

Chase: Got some burns on my paws!

Marshall: Alright, let's head back to HQ and I'll treat your wounds!

40 minutes later 

Chase was laying on beanbag with bandages all over his body. All pups were surprised that he managed to go through and didn't get more serious injuries, Zuma even called him "A tough cookie", which made Skye giggle from that and so did Chase. Then German Shepherd heard footsteps and saw Skye coming towards him with blanket in her teeth.

Skye: Just wanted to see if you're OK.

Chase: Yeah, all good. Still stings a bit, but I'm good.

Skye: Glad to hear, but you still need to stay warmed up, here.

She then put a blanket over Chase and surprisingly for him, got on beanbag too, making Chase blush a little. Skye also snuggled onto him a little, which made police pup blush harder.

Skye: I'm still impresed that you went to save a baby.

Chase: It's nothing, decisions must be made fast.

Skye moved a little so she could see Chases' face as he looked at her with little smile on his face. Then she kept talking.

Skye: You really changed a lot after our first visit to Adventure City. You became braver, stronger, more confident - and I like it.

Chase: Thanks Skye... but I wouldn't become like this without your help.

Skye: You're welcome, my tough cookie.

Skye then nuzzled Chases' cheek lightly, making chase blush a lot, but he nuzzled her back. To be continued)
