2 months...

Two long, unhappy and pressuring months had last since Skye and Ace went for tour around Europe. The missions for pups got much harder since it took much more time to locate somebody or something to recover out of trouble, these months were unhappy since it wasn't the same joy to hang out without their pilot. However, everybody noticed that Chase was down massively, he was acting like was and old frustrated pup even despite being only 8 months old, 1-2 months older than other pups - it was very clear that the police pup was suffering from Skyes' absence the most and the reason of that at first wasn't revealed. But one night, Ryder decided to have a chat with his first pup before heading to bed.

Ryder: Chase??

Chase: Yes, sir?

Ryder: We haven't talked for a long time... and you've been down lately.

Chase: Isn't it too clear why I am acting like this.

Ryder: We all are in that state. I just think that something more stings you... don't be shy, we're alone here.

Chase: You know that I was acting differently toward Skye, right?

Ryder: Hmm, yep.

Chase: I love her, Ryder... and I'm also roasting myself for being a coward, it looks like we'll never see her again.

Ryder became surprised after such confession from the German Shepherd and went towards him to give some pats as Chase without hesitation laid on his lap and let boys' hands curl over his fur. 

Chase: I need some fresh air tomorrow, otherwise my actions on missions may lead to disaster.

Ryder: Ok, no problem. *sigh* It clearly looks like she completes the puzzle of you.

Chase: What do you mean?

Ryder: You have such strong connection to her that if she's not there, you're losing energy.

Chase: Sort of... I wonder how Skye's feeling without us actually...

Ryder: Me too...

Meanwhile, in Great Britain

Ace: Skye, can you come over please?

Skye: Sure!

Ace and Skye had just finished their performance on air show in UK, and now they were in their room at the hotel. The Cockapoo came up to her mentor and was ready for some talk, little did she knew, the stunt pilot had an interesting topic to discuss.

Ace: Can you be honest with me? I noticed that your cheerful mood is almost gone, gladly our tour is over.

Skye: Well... I really miss our friends in Adventure Bay.

Ace: It didn't actually affect you before, but in Germany and in England, you were... wasn't acting like yourself.

Skye: Ok! It's about Chase.

Ace: Chase?? Awwwwwww... I kinda knew that you two have something between each other.

Skye: Really?

Ace: Exactly. And you may prove me wrong, but you complete each other! 

Skye: You got me... I wonder how broken is he right now, surely all of my friends miss me, but Chase misses me the most.

Ace: No worries, 'cause we're coming to Adventure Bay tomorrow!!

Skye smiled and jumped onto Ace, licking her face all over.

The next day

Ace and Skye were flying on Aces' plane to Adventure Bay as the pilot pup was wearing a police cap - one of the police officers in UK gave it to her as a present for incredible performance. This hat was also reminding her about Chase giving an imagination of her crush, wearing that cap, which was causing the Cockapoo to giggle. Ace though considered this cap as a souvenir to the German Shepherd and the flying pup happily agreed with this idea. Meanwhile, Chase was in his Air Rescue suit flying around the town - it was also sort of reminding of Skye as he always loved seeing her flying in clear sky. Soon, he started flying a little bit away from Adventure Bay and little did he knew, he was flying straight towards Ace and Skye.

Ace: Be ready! We'll be home in 10 minutes!!

Skye: Finally!!

Skye made a flip from excitement which caused her police cap to fall of her head and fly down to the ocean. Chase though managed to see the cap and catch it, then he looked above himself, wondering where did it fall off, he also realized that he was quite far away, so he quickly turned around and flew back to Adventure Bay - that's when Chase spotted the plane above him, which he quickly recognized as Aces', so he flew higher, hoping that Skye would be also here and his hopes were turned into reality.

Skye: Chase!!! You found my cap!!

Ace: Haha, he missed you so much that he also started flying on his own!

Such words caused our pups to blush as the stunt pilot continued her speech.

Ace: Skye, you should fly with him, I'll inform Ryder that you're with Chase, safe and sound.

Skye: Thanks!

Ace: Enjoy your lovely reunion you two!

10 minutes later

Chase and Skye were already on the land, hugging each other tightly while sitting under the tree on top of the hill near the Lookout.

Skye: I've missed you so much.

Chase: Me too... I thought you'll never return.

Skye: It's over now, you really flew around just because of me?

Chase: It was the least thing I could do, so I wouldn't feel so broken anyway.

Skye: Awww, my poor Shepherd, that's why I brought a souvenir to you.

Chase: The cap?

Skye: Well... it's a police cap.

Chase: Ahhhh! Hang on!

Then the police pup took off his helmet and put on the police cap, which Skye brought to him.

Chase: English officer Chase is on the case, I guess.

Skye: Jeez, you look so cute!!

Then she walked up to him and gave him a surprising lick on his cheek, causing Chase to blush as the Cockapoo spoke.

Skye: I think we've exposed our feelings since we brought the most important souvenirs.

Chase (blushes and giggles): I love you so much Skye.

Skye (blushes and smiles): I love you too.

The German Shepherd pulled his new beloved into kiss before flying back to the Lookout and hear about all adventures of their European tour. The end!
