Greetings, mortals. It is I, the transcendent Google Form Dood (more commonly referred to as the Dood), and I have been summoned here to guide you through this utterly questionable experience. In other words, welcome to the single greatest Wattpad book you will ever find. Second maybe to my memoirs. Oh, and our actual book, Almoons, if it's out at the time of your reading this.

Brace yourselves.

In this book, you may come across many things. These include bonus Almoons chapters, character art and aesthetics, Almoons-related memes and their backstories (tiny trees going nyoom, anyone?), non-Almoons related memes with no backstories, spam, bonus stories, Almoons hype, and so much more. (Additionally, if you have a question: i.e., who is this Google Form Dood character, please feel free to post it on our message wall and we may include the answer in a chapter.)

Firstly, however, I have been instructed to introduce you to our nine distinguished narrators. I'll let each one take it from here. (I'll be writing in italics, just to clarify certain things.)

Charles (mushroom-boi)

also known as Mushroom Boi, hence the username; uses he/him pronouns

Wanted criminal in most of the known universe for underage drinking. Last seen in a 2004 Saab sports car passed out drunk from mushroom vodka in the back seat. Other then that I spend my time writing on ao3 and eating mushrooms.

Cress (cressio)

sometimes referred to as Cressio; uses she/her pronouns

I kinda last Googled if it's possible to dissolve a body in acid, not like I have any plans to do that or anything. Aside from that, I'm a chaotic mess and like to read and write more than what's healthy.

Google Form Dood (google_form_dood)

often called the Dood-

-oh wait; that's me. Greetings again. I am Google Form Dood, a highly intelligent sentient Google feature with a rather sophisticated vocabulary. I enjoy learning; recently, I have even come across how to use an emoticon. 😎 🤓 (I use he/him pronouns.)

Hex (gorgothehexwolf)

known commonly as Gorgo; uses he/she/they pronouns

An anime nerd and a master of memes with a large collection of questionable images. I enjoy snacking on homophobes, hating mushrooms and telling dinosaur puns.

Kate (wewannabeus)

usually called Katester; uses they/them pronouns

The second stop on our author's world tour except I live in Singapore so this tour could take a while. Perfectly relatable (supernatural friends aside) and just slightly outsane. I like muffins.

Ren (renwritesanddraws)

sometimes called Renniferris Wheel; uses he/they pronouns

I spend most of my time reading, drawing, or watching YouTube. Huge kpop fan. I basically exist in sarcasm. I'm a bisexual demigirl.

Ref (food_is_my_jam)

often goes by Disco, along with Reffy and occasionally Refster; uses she/her pronouns

I'm just your average qUiRkY reLATaBLE giRL, except that my alter ego is a highly intelligent sentient Google feature. (See above.) Interests include food (it's my jam!) and good writing. Also, mushrooms. I find it physically impossible to write anything heterosexual.

Silver (SilverBeams)

also known as Goldy; indeed, this is the origin of the Goldy Rant™; they/them

A gender fluid mess with a love of big cities, soup, and the idea of a bigger bookshelf. I enjoy mushrooms (cuz they're delicious), shipping, and staying inside where the Outside is not actively trying to kill me XD. (I also have a huge phobia of spiders.)

Volt (-lightsabove)

also called Volty, Voltemort, and occasionally V-who-must-not-be-james; uses she/her pronouns

A crackheaded fangirl who ships too much and too hard. I use most of my waking hours to procrastinate, I can't stand mushrooms or ducks (those bloodthirsty little beasts), and if you hang out with me too long, you'll see my true crack side come out.

That is nearly all for this installment, excepting one last question I have been instructed to ask. What would you like to see for the next chapter? Following is a brief list of options; those who read this story may vote on which they would enjoy.

          - Something exciting related to our upcoming story, Almoons. (Character art or aesthetics? A bonus chapter or teaser? An explanation of some mysterious ship names that have been floating around? If you choose this option, you will see...)

          - The first chapter of Ref's typed up story version of Road TriPPY, a chaotic road trip/space chase to the hyperspace checkpoint which occurred on our group chat and has been recently featured in one of Volt's stories. (It is moderately entertaining, although I tend to prefer nonfiction.)

            - An explanation of Petey Parrot, who one might notice is often referenced by our group and even featured on the cover of this book. (The cover image is a rather iconic photo of Petey with his then fiancé Trishan, a ship that is largely referred to as "Peteyatrishan". While I am happy for the now-married couple, I must admit a part of me is rather indignant that they were put on the cover and not me.)
