I was getting prepared for the raid when Alessandra came in i smiled gently at her before going back to getting ready for the raid.

"I don't want you to go Mum" i stopped what i was doing and looked at her. She was scared and i think for many reasons.

"come here" i held out my arms and she ran into the clutching onto me for dear life.

"i have a very bad feeling and i don't want any of you to go" i heard her muffled statement i pulled her away. And sat down on the bed to be eye level with her.

"Trust me when i say this Alessandra. I don't want to go either, but as a protector we both know we must do what we fear for the good of our family and for the good of Narnia. Your Uncle Peter is determined that we must do this raid and as his protector i must follow him." she looked on the verge of tears. i took out my dagger and hand it to her.

"you've seen how i use this yes" she nodded "If something happens while i'm gone believe in yourself and this dagger and it will not fail you. And if something should happen to me know that i love you with all my heart." i kissed her temple then stood up putting on my bow and arrows.

"But why does Uncle Peter want to do this" i stopped and looked at her.

"come with me" i took her hand and lead her out only stopping to get her a belt for the dagger. I saw Peter heading out.

"Peter" i called he stopped and turned to us i stopped in front of him.

"I want you to explain to your niece why you are leading her Mum, Dad, Aunt and Soldiers of Narnia to this raid. Which just so happens to trigger her Protector insinct." i stood Alessandra in front of me.

"Georgia i don't have time for this"

"Its Georgiana and you'll make time" Edmund had noticed us and came over "go ahead give it your best shot i dare you" i folded my arms he sighed and knelt down.

"Alessandra, there are something we need to do and can do before any of this gets ugly. Caspian's Uncle is concentrated on bringing the fight to us so why not take the advantage."

"But why not listen to Mum and Aunt Lucy? They believe Aslan will help us and so do i, he always does"

"Because Alessandra i don't think he's going to help us a second time."

"But Uncle Peter i have a real bad feeling something bad is going to happen and i don't want anyone getting hurt"

"I'm Sorry Alessandra" he stood up "It's time we go" he left, i sighed shaking my head. Edmund hugged our daughter then i did before giving her a kiss on the head.

"Go to your Aunt Lucy"she did so and went straight into a hug.

I was held on to by a eagle. Peter, Edmund, Susan and Caspian were also. Edmund went in first with his torch and we were up in the air waiting for his signal. One he flashed his light the four of us were swooped in. I passed Edmund who kept giving the signal that we were going in. We headed for a bridge when i saw a Telmarine point a cross bow in Edmunds direction. i shot him and landed down while Peter took out another guard. Caspian began on the rope and when it was secure enough he lowered himself down. followed by me, Peter and Susan.

"Professor" he gently taped on the window but opened it with his dagger. We entered the room and it had looked like it had been ransacked.

"I have to find him" Caspian stated

"you don't have time. You need to get the gate open."

"you wouldn't be here without him and neither would I" Peter looked at us

"You and I can deal with Miraz" Susan told him

"If it helps i will go with him" Peter nodded; Caspian and I left. We ran through the halls of the castle and made our way to the cells i shot the guard and Caspian got the keys while he went down i kept watch taking my arrows back.

Caspian came running up and took off i was about to follow when a man with a long beard came out.

"what's going on?" i asked

"I feared he has gone to seek revenge on his uncle"

"will you be alright" he nodded and i sped of after Caspian i skidded to a holt when i heard voices.

"but you are not me like you?" i ran into the room

"Caspian no. Don't do this don't stoop to his level"

"Its such a shame the first time you've shown any backbone and its such a waste." Miriaz taunted his nephew with whatever knowledge he had learned from the professor.

"put the sword down Caspian" his aunt held a cross bow

"Put the crossbow down...now"

"i don't want to do this" she said

"we don't want you to do this either" Miraz put his hands on his hips

"you know tis used to be a private room"

"I said put the crossbow down i don't want to hurt you but by Aslan i will" i stated she looked at me

"What are you doing? You're supposed to be in the gatehouse" Peter asked

"Not the best time Peter he just got some rather bad news" i replied

"Tonight for once i want the truth. Did you kill my father." Caspian backed Miraz up to the wall. Well the certainly was bad news and not one easily dissuaded from. This raid was turning out to be a bad idea like most of us had predicted.

"now we get to it"

"you said your brother died in his sleep"

"that was more or less true" Miraz replied

"get a clue you married a murderer  and a tyrant" i sighed she began to waver

"Caspian this won't make things better" Susan stated

"We Telmarines would have nothing had we not taken it your father knew this better than anyone."

"why would you do it" Miraz's wife asked

"for the same reason you would pull that trigger...for our son" Caspian made a move

"stop" Miraz wife ordered and i aimed a little to the right and let go my arrow scraped her hand and hit the wood she dropped the crosbow and collapsed on the bed sobbing.

"pick the cross bow up dear do you want our child to be fatherless like Caspian" it happened to quick she picked it up and shot him in the arm. Miraz escaped. i went and grabbed my arrow then Helped Caspian.

"come on" i pulled the arrow out and we left. Running through the halls i thought we were going to leave but Peter ran a different way.

"Peter?"

"Our troops are just outside come on" i huffed and followed the others as we ran into the courtyard.

"Now Ed Now signal the troops!" Peter shouted i looked up to see Ed fighting a guard.

"I'm a bit busy Pete!" he retorted i aimed my arrow up and shot send the guard down. Ed looked over and gave me a nod. Peter tried to push the wheel for the bridge.

"Peter its too late we have to call it off while we still can" Susan told him

"no i can still do this"

"Peter you're going to get us killed we need to leave" i shouted

"No! Come and help me " he ordered Caspian and Susan helped i looked as soldiers lined balcony's with crossbows.

"exactly who are you doing this for Peter" I heard Susan. Solders began to file out in the courtyard. 'I love you Ed and Alessandra' i thought before taking out arrow after arrow and firing them i then took out my sword.

"For Narnia" Peter yelled and we began fighting. One archer fell and i saw it was Ed

"Ed!" me and Peter shouted he ran for the door and they fired at him. I kept on fighting.

"fall back...We need to fall back" i heard Peter i killed another solider and ran for the gate.

"take her and get out" Peter ordered i saw Glenstom pick up Susan and run. Peter kept ordering for a retreat.

"Georgiana that means you too"

"not until you leave. I'm your protector remember." i yelled back two double doors burst open Caspian came out with the professor and two horses i ran for one and jumped taking the reigns.

"go get out retreat"

"now"  Miraz shouted arrows went flying i turned round  and before i could shoot one of my arrows i was shot. i screamed in pain and fell back
