Scott & Mitch

Producer: Okay, today we're just gonna talk about your bandmates, sound good?

M: Okay!

S: Sounds good!

Producer: Okay, so first I wanna talk about Kirstie and Avi...

S:oooohhh

M: Oh my god! yas! okay, we're ready!

Producer: Alright, so do you remember what you thought when you first learned that they were a couple?

M: Awww... I actually do remember way back when...

S: Yea I remember being like, FINALLY!

M: Yes!!! Exactly! It was like, they were annoying when they would always flirt with each other and then deny that they liked each other... so when they finally like, made it official I was like, relieved.

S: Yea, I was really happy for them!

Producer: How did you find out they were dating?

S: On Twitter... Which, thank you for reminding me that I'm still mad at Kirstie for not telling me immediately hahaha!!

M: Oh yea! They both tried to inconspicuously tweet about each other... Avi said something like, oh... 'love my girlfriend'! And I was like what? who other than Kirstie have you been talking to and then I was like wait...

S: Yea Yea then Kirstie posted like this goofy mirror selfie of them and was like #DateNight. And I was like, Oh really?!?! And the fans were going insane in the comments. I texted her later and I was like, umm girl... are you and Avi a 'thing' now? And she was like 'yup! lol'

M: that bitch...

S: hahah that bitch!

M: No we're joking, it's ok Kirst we forgive you.

S: Yea we forgive you.

M:For stealing Big Daddy away from us.

*Laughter*

Producer: Okay, Okay haha. How long have they been dating?

M: Like, for Centuries... hahaha

S: oh my god umm? Like two, going on three years... Centuries!

Producer: Wow! Do they do anything that really annoys you? Like excessive PDA? Be honest...

S: hahah oh god, don't get us in trouble! Actually... they're pretty good with PDA like they regularly hold hands but they're not like slobbering all over each other all day if thats what you mean?

M: Yea, but sometimes I feel bad for them...

S: Really?

M: Yea like sometimes I feel like they wish they could be more affectionate with each other but they don't want to make us uncomfortable...

S: Oh yea... maybe... Aww I almost feel bad

M: Right?! Guys! Just go for it!

S: Just do it!

M: You have our permission haha..

S: oh I just thought of something! It was weird in the beginning to suddenly here them 'babe'-ing each other.

M: ooohh yea, you're right! That was weird at first, but I'm so used to all their pet names haha "Baby? What movie should we watch?" haha that sounded so whiny hahaha

S: "Anything you want babe." eew I can't even get my voice that low haha

Producer: So I want to start with some questions about Avi and Kirstie.

K: hahahahahahaha (A/N You's know what his laugh sounds like...) ok then, I'm sorry in advance guys! hahah for everything I'm about to say about y'all!

Producer: So, in general, just tell me your thoughts about them.

K: Wow uuhh... You know, Avi is my Brother! My best friend. Kirstie has always been like a little sister to me, I loved seeing her grow up from the 19 year old I met back then to the woman she is now. I'm so proud of both of them really! Honestly, I love seeing them together! I really do. I've known about their feelings for each other from the beginning so it was so nice when they finally decided to make it official. I just love to see them happy.

Producer: You're obviously very close with Avi, do you think his dating Kirstie changed him in anyway?

K: Avi always says that You shouldn't surround yourself with people who change you, but people who make you a better version of you. That's exactly what he has in Kirstie. It doesn't matter how stressed or tired he is, all he needs is to see her smile and his mood instantly improves! She really is his muse, and inspiration everyday. So I'd say that Kirstie definitely has helped Avi grow into the best version of himself, and the same for her! I've seen a lot of positive changes in her since they've gotten together. You know, as long as it's been they really are perfect for each other.

Producer: This question may be redundant but would you say you have a good relationship with your best friends girlfriend?

K: Well thats the great thing about it! Kirstie is also one of my best friends, so there was never that awkwardness between your Bro's girl, hahaha. I mean sometimes they put me in the middle of their arguments. Thats the trade off unfortunately, they both come to me when they disagree with each other haha. But it's all good, I love those two...

Producer: Wait, I want to know how you found out that they liked each other?

K: hahahah Avi's gonna kill me haha Ummm I mean, it was really obvious. I remember this one day we were traveling around doing a lot of press and photo shoots. I guess there was something in the air for them because they were seriously flirting all day, sitting all close and giggling all the time and whispering to each other. And everyone around them was picking up on those vibes. Of course Scott and Mitch never miss an opportunity to tease Kirstie about it. So later when we finished and went back home, I was like ok Avi be real... Do you have feelings for Kirstie? In the past he had tried to pretend like he doesn't know what I'm talking about but this time he was like... *Sigh* 'yup, I do...' and I was like: OKAY AVI! YOU BETTUH FLIRT WIT YA GIRL! GET IT! hahahahah And somehow it took them like another YEAR to actually hook up! hahaha but I guess the best things take time...

Kirstie & Avi

A: Why do I already have a bad feeling about this interview?

K: hahaha umm... yea... because since when do they interview us together?

A: hahaha oh right! That...

K: This interview is gonna suck, cause I'm just gonna laugh the whole time! I get so giggle-y around you.

A: Good! *poking her side* I like it that way! *winking at her*

K: Stop it c'mon lets just start this!

Producer: Okay, we ready?

A: Yes, we're good!

Producer: So I just wanted to ask you some questions about your relationship.

K: uh oh! haha no bring it on, I'm game.

Producer: First impressions of each other? Go!

A:... Gorgeous

K: aww

A: Gorgeous girl, with an amazing voice.

K: You're too sweet!

A: Well its true! I thought you were so pretty and really sweet and I really wanted to get to know you.

K: Aww Av!! Umm my first impression of you was that you were so sweet and I thought you were really handsome. Honestly, I was actually a little intimidated

A: Intimidated? Why?

K: Cause you and Kevin were like legit adults haha! Like Scott Mitch and I are always just screwing around, but you two were like, serious, like lets get down to it. Which was definitely good thing. You know how serious you get when we're working.

A: Yea I get pretty serious, but we needed to be, we were auditioning the next day!

K: I know! haha so it was a good thing but still thats what I thought of you haha

Producer: What has been the hardest part of dating your bandmate?

A: Spending time with each other.

K: Yea, its like this: When you work with someone, regardless of your relationship to them, you have to spend time away from that person so that you still like them at the end of the day. hahaha!

A: Exactly! If you want to keep your friends, you've got to be away from them sometimes.

K: Right! So our challenge, especially when we're on tour is that. We see each other all day just about everyday as coworkers, and on tour you've got to find time to be completely alone to maintain your sanity! So for us it's like, where do we meet in between to be a couple.

A: Put simply, there just aren't enough hours in a day for us! Somedays we're performing or in interviews or doing photo shoots and I'm physically standing next to her all day long, and then at the end of the day, I crawl into my bunk and realize; damn I miss my girlfriend! haha I haven't seen her all day!

K: Somedays I realize that like, I didn't say ONE WORD to him today... like, that makes me sad but, we're really good at making it up to each other on the days we have off. Those are nice.

A: yea... It's difficult but we've been making it work this long, so we've found something that works for us.

Producer: Did you think it was going to be this difficult for you?

A&K: Yea... hahaha!

K: umm yea I think we could think of about a thousand reasons why we shouldn't  date each other in the beginning.

A: Yea and there was a point in time where I was like, Ya know Kit, maybe we shouldn't do this.

K: Oh yea, like before we were officially dating but we were really open with how we felt about each other.

A: Yea it was like we knew that we were probably gonna make a move soon but then I kind of backed away from her. I was scared to think about how possibly terribly wrong it could go. And it was like, what if we breakup and its bad am I going tolose her as a friend? And that made me nervous. But then I soon realized that I really, Really! wanted to be with her. And if she was willing to give it a shot I would love to be her boyfriend.

K: So we took a risk... that paid off!

A: Definitely! And it really wasn't easy at all but, all of the difficulties are nothing compared to how wonderful its been. I mean I've gotten to share my passion for music, and accomplish so much with my best friends and the love of my life, and I wouldn't trade any bit of it.

K: aww I love you *grabbing the sides of his face and pulling him into a gentle kiss*

A: I love you more *placing a peck on her forehead*. We never get to kiss haha

K: I know there's like never a good time... Would you excuse us?

A: Yea we're gonna take 5 *pretending to make out with her* no no haha

K: hahaha oh my god Avi!

Producer: Okay, Okay last one. What do you think the future holds for you two?

A: eh...

K: maybe we'll start a family... maybe like, what? 16 Kids?

A: hmm? let's see how we feel after like the first 10.

K: ok 10 works. That's at least enough to get us our own show on TLC right?

A: hahaha I think so. But seriously who knows what our future holds I mean we'll probably be ordering a pizza sometime in the future... That much I know for sure!

K: hahaha Oh my god! C'mon *nudging him* Can't stand you hahaha

A: Still love me?

K: Yes!... I just can't stand you... *sticking her tongue out*

A:Good! *kissing her forehead*That's the way like it! *Tickling her side*
