Lost and Found
"Dean!" Sam and Hanna both yelled in unison.
"Dude, what the hell? You can't just leave like that! We were worried sick. Listen man, Cas isn't doing so well. Come on, we need to get you home." Sam continued.
"Heya Sammy, long time no see! How's Stanford? And who's the kid?" Dean asked, and Sam's jaw dropped.
"Dean, what year is it?" He asked slowly.
"'04? '05? I don't know."
"Dean, I left Stanford when Jess died. Five years ago. We live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at Bobby's old place. This is your daughter, Hanna. Please tell me you remember Cas?"
Dean shook his head.
"Cas is your fiancée. She pulled you out of hell-"
"So that's how I got out! Listen Sammy, the docs say I have amnesia. Didn't even remember you until you came running in here. I was in an accident. I was going to call you. You and… My car flipped. I think something… what was I saying? Oh, right. Something mojo'd my Baby, made me crash."
Sam looked like he was going to throttle Dean.
"Dean-"
"Hey Dean, how are you?" Hanna skillfully interrupted, smiling.
"I'm fine. You're my daughter, right? Why don't you call me dad?"
"That's complicated. Do you want me to?"
"Yeah, only if you want to though. Am I a good dad?"
Hanna smiled.
"Yeah, I think so. I think Castiel thinks so too. I know you don't remember her, but she's pregnant with your son."
Dean stared at her.
"I have a son too." He said slowly. "This is freakin' awesome! Cas…"
Sam looked up, looking hopeful.
"Can you tell me more about her?"
Sam frowned.
"Yeah, sure. She's an angel. She's your best friend. And she's scared to death, and needs you to remember, and come back home to her." He shouted at Dean, just as Dr. Masters walked in.
"Hello, Mr. Doe, Sam, and who's the little doe ball? Your kid, Dean? Looks like you. Congratulations, by the way! I heard you got Clarence knocked up. Took you two long enough."
"Meg" Sam finally said.
"Bingo." Meg winked.
"Hold on," Dean said. "You. I remember you, bitch."
"Still nothing about the little tree topper or Clarence Jr. though? Dean, all I want is to get you back on your feet. For what it's worth, I'm sorry."
Sam laughed harshly.
"You're sorry."
"Yes I am, Winchester."
Dean spoke up.
"Back on my feet, huh? Why? What's your gain?"
"Protection. See, Lucifer wants a war, and he's willing to do anything, use anyone to get what he wants, and I don't want to be cannon fodder. So I get you back to fighting condition, and you win. Got it?"
Dean nodded, wearing a determined expression.
Sam frowned, but said nothing.
"I'll get the discharge papers."
Meg stood up, whispered something to Sam, who nodded, and left.
"What are you doing?" Sam asked, quietly.
"I need to do this, it's my job to…"
"Why? Your job to what?"
"I can't remember! I just need to!" Dean yelled.
"Fine, but first we need to get you back home. Fill out the papers with what you remember, I'll get the rest. I'm gonna grab food." Sam left.

"I love you. Both of you." Dean said, hugging Castiel.
"I love you too."
I always will, even when you forget this. She thought.
Dean kissed her, holding her closely.
"Go tell Sam."
As selfish as it is,I wish he was here with us. Then we could stay here.
She faked a smile and pushed him away.
It's too bad this has to end eventually, one way or another.
"Wait, Dean!" She called, and he ran back to her side, looking worried.
"Here," she pressed his ring into his hands. "Almost forgot to give this back to you, love."
"Thanks, Cas." He said, beaming at her.
She kissed him, and he put the ring on and left to go find Sam.

It's not quite a memory, but it had the same effect on Cas.
She focuses on getting back to the present, the sound of blood hammering through her body distracting at best.
She inhaled, finding it increasingly harder to breathe, and opened her eyes.
Fighting nausea and struggling to clear her vision, she sat up.
Everything fixed at the same time, leaving Cas feeling very strange.
She looked down to see her stomach glowing.
Better? Someone, Charlie asked.
Cas nodded.
"Thank you, my baby bee."
You called me Charlie last time. Is that my name?
Cas smiled.
"For now."
My father picked that out. Charlie said quietly. My uncle and sister are bringing him home to us.
