Rey woke up to the sound of pounding at her door. "Coming!" She pried herself away from her bed and headed towards the door. Waiting outside were Finn and his friend Poe.

"Hey guys! What are you doing here?"

"We came to give you a ride!"

"Oh okay thanks. I'll be ready in a second."

"Okay. Hurry up!"

In about 5 minutes or less Rey quickly pulled on a tee shirt followed by beige pants and her favorite jacket. She grabbed her bag before heading back to Finn and Poe.

"Ready!"

"Let's go."

The trio made their way towards Finns car. His car was shiny white and generic. Whenever he was asked why he had the same car as some dark siders he would just say it was an accident on his part. She didn't believe him.

"So Rey," Poe asked as they made their way into the car, "how was it working with emo Ren?"

"Not bad actually."

"Really? Him and that nerd kid Huxley are a pain in the ass. Sure they get detentions and all but they should've got expelled a while ago. They just suck up to our stupid principal Snoke. He's no good either. I suggest staying out of their way, if they get you in trouble with him? Well you're dead!"

"Oh I didn't know, but I have to work with Kylo! Ms.Katana assigned us to work together for this ship project!"

"Oh yeah! Well good luck to ya!"

Soon the car arrived at the school. Rey quickly got out of the car followed by Finn and Poe.

"Rey what do you have first?"

"Biology with Mr.Windu."

"Oh we have that class too!"

"Hopefully Ren doesn't have that class..." She muttered under her breath.

He did.

Ren was in that class, along with that kid Huxley,Poe warned her about it.

Great.

Just Great.

"Welcome class to biology! You all know your lab partners so please go sit next to them if you aren't already."

Rey stood up and raised her hand.

"Mr.Windu? I'm new so this is my first biology class."

"Oh what's your name?"

"Rey Kenobi."

"Come to the front."

Rey walked forward and stood next to him.

"Class this is a new addition to our class! Rey Kenobi!"

A few muttered "hellos" echoed through the classroom. Rey stood there awkwardly.

"Well Rey I'm just going to hand back these papers and then I'll give you your partner."

"Okay Mr.Windu."

The teacher made his way across the room, handing out papers, and making remarks.

"Ben Solo, Huxley. Not very impressed. Not impressed at all."

He placed the papers onto their desks.

A big red F was written on both of them. He gave them a disapproving stare before heading back to the front.

"Wow Ren he's such a pain in the ass!"

"I know!"

"How long till he realizes we don't care?!"

"I dunno Hux."

"Ben! Huxley! Stop talking!"

"Whatever!'

"Detention Hux!"

Hux smirked and rolled his eyes.

"Ben Solo, Rey Kenobi will be your new lab partner! While Huxley, we will talk after class."

"Whatever. Like I care, whatever you do won't make me listen."

Reluctantly Kylo made his way next to Rey.

"Hey Ren."

"Hi."

He didn't say anything for the rest of the class while Mr.Windu went on to explain cells.

"Welcome back to drama class! Today we will be pairing up and making comedy scenes out of scenes from Romeo and Juliet!"

The whole class groaned except for Kylo and Rey.

Rey was excited and secretly, so was Kylo.

"I will be calling out each scene while pairing to people up!"

"Rey and Ben you will be doing the balcony scene....Finn and..."

After hearing her partner and assignment, Rey zoned out. It was  like she couldn't escape from the guy.

"Hey Kylo? Before we start, what were you going to ask me yesterday?"

"Nothing. Let's just start."

"So will I just play Juliet cause I'm a girl?"

"Hell no! I want to be Juliet!"

"What the hell?!"

"Trust me. Just be Romeo, I have an idea."

"Okay..."

"Okay class! Now we will preform to the class! First up! Rey and Ben!"

Rey and Kylo made their way to the front. He was wearing eyeliner, great.

"Juliet! Juliet!"

"Romeo what the hell are you doing here?"

Ren came out with black eyeliner all over his eyes with a pissed look on his face. The class erupted in laughter and so did Rey.

"I've come to see you my love!"

"It's three in the fucking morning Romeo! Geez you make me hate everything! Ugh!"

He flipped his hair dramatically.

"But Juliet!"

"No buts! No huts! No coconuts! Romeo you're cute but I need to sleep cause sleep is the only good thing in my horrible life!"

"And...SCENE!"

The class applauded while Rey and Kylo bowed. Surprisingly Rey had fun, who knew Ren could actually be funny,

She didn't

"Rey! Wait up!"

She turned around to see a smiling Ren.

"Yeah," she started to laugh, he still had the eyeliner.

"Good job during drama."

"You too!"

They stood awkwardly for a couple seconds before Kylo broke the silence.

"So should we work on the project today?"

"Yeah. Your place?"

"Yeah. Also Rey are you trying out for the schools play?"

Rey was taken back by the question.

"Actually yeah. I might try out for Juliet...unless you are."

She started to laugh again and he joined in.

"I'm not but you should try out. You'd be a great Juliet! Well...see you later Rey! I-I'll see you later."

"Yeah see ya!"

She turned around to come face to face with Finn and Poe.

"Uh...guys! What are you doing here?"

"Waiting for you! It's lunch, let's go down to eat! I'm hungry!"

Rey laughed at Finns comment before making her way downstairs.

"Rey!"

Finn had run up to her excitedly.

"Rey! Me and Poe are going to hang out! Wanna come?"

"I can't. I'm sorry, I have to go to Kylo's house to work on the project."

"Oh. God luck with him."

"Yeah thanks Finn!"

Rey walked up to Ren who was waiting by the end of the hall.

"Let's go."

"Okay but first we should stop by the store. For parts."

"Okay that's fine with me."

They soon made their way to Walmart.

"Okay Ren what do we need?'

"We need stuff to build the model."

"Oh yeah, maybe some clay and paints?"

"Yeah perfect, today we should work on the model and my dad can help us."

"That sounds great!"

She smiled as they picked up the items and made their way to the cashier.

After paying the two made their way back to Kylo's car.

"Let's head back. We could build the model today and paint maybe tomorrow? After we finish the model we can start to write the paper."

"That sounds great!"

They arrived at the house to a smiling Han.

"I see you brought the girl back Ben."

"Dad!"

"Sorry sorry but if you're thinking about it, she's a keeper!"

"Dad!"

Rey laughed as the tips of his ears turned red.

"Actually Mr.Solo we need your help. For our school project we need to make a model of a ship. We chose the Millennium Falcon."

"That's great kid! Here follow me! We can start working on it at this table in the living room."

"Okay!"

Ren grumbled as Rey followed Han excitedly.

A few hours later...

"Oh my gosh this looks amazing! Thanks Mr.Solo!"

"Please call me Han."

Ren grumbled again at their obvious bonding. A couple hours and his dad already loves her.

"Ren."

She turned to face him.

"We could paint it tomorrow. Cause it still needs to dry."

"Okay."

"Well I best be going-"

"Kid! Rey! Want to join us for dinner! We are having ribs."

"I'd love to!"

Throughout the dinner Han and Rey wouldn't stop talking. Kylo barely touched his food.

After dinner...

"Thanks for dinner Han! But I best be going back home! See you at school Kylo!"

"Bye!"

"Dad!"

"Are you sure you don't like her or anything?"

"Dad I don't! We were just paired together for a project!"

"Sure Ben."
