Janki opened her eyes and then joined her hands in front of the idol of Mata Mahishasur-Mardhini. Little by little through her penance she was able to recognise her true meaning.

Janki stood up for it was afternoon and the sun was right on top of her head. She has to make lunch for all, and thus she went to the chulha but saw Shri Ram meditating on the otherside.

He was sitting right below the sun due to which swear rolled down his forehead. His eyes were squintingly shut due to harsh sunlight falling on them.

Janki went towards him and raised her pallu over his head, which acted as a shed against the harsh sunlight.

The eyes of Shri Ram relaxed as he didn't feel the harsh sunlight on his eyes anymore. Soon he joined his hands and opened his eyes.

He realised there was a shed over his head, Shri Ram got up and smiled at Janki.

"What was this Sitey ?" He asked.

"Nothing. Harsh sunlight was causing you trouble. So I did it to save you from it." Janki said.

"But you were in the sun." Shri Ram said worriedly.

"With you by my side, does the sun has the strength to trouble me ?" Janki smiled.

She went towards the small kitchen which was efficiently made by Laxman and looked around the herbs, fruits and Kandamool retrieved by him.

Shri Ram came towards her and sat down, wanting to watch her as she cuts the Kandamool.

"Where is Laxman Bhaiya prabhu ?" Janki asked.

"He was gone to collect woods for fire. But I'm worried it's getting late." Shri Ram said.
