"Madhav, did devi Janki remember anything after taking birth in Tri-mukh Brahma's universe ?" Arjun asked.

"No Parth. Devi Mahalakshmi after taking her Sita-avatar forgot everything for it was Kaliyug she was taking birth in, so in order to respect the Yuga's limits she had to forget everything, even herself." Krishna said.

"Couldn't she take birth with all her glorieis ?" Sehdev asked.

"She could. There is nothing that is impossible to her. But the other humans around her lacked the strength to witness the divinity of the one who is source of all divine." Krishna said.

Shashi, the elder brother of Janki came to her room and found her as usual cleaning up.

"How much will you clean ?" He asked catching her attention.

"Bhaiya, you know I cannot stay at a dirty place. It repels me for some reason. I want my room to be as clean as it can be." Janki said.

"Okay then I will tell you about your birthday plan later." Shashi said.

This caused Janki to look at him as he gave her teasing smile and sprinted out of the room. She hurriedly kept the broom aside and ran after him.

"Shashi bhaiya ! What is the plan ?" Janki asked chasing after him, down the hall and to the dinning area.

"First let me order dinner !" Shashi said.

"Order dinner ? Why ? I will cook something." Janki said.

"Are you sure ? Are you not tired after classes ?" Shashi asked.

"Cooking makes me relax. It's therapeutic." Janki said.

"Well then sister, the kitchen is all yours." Shashi smiled.

Janki giggled and then went to the kitchen. Shashi leaned on to the wall and smiled looking at her, who wouldn't want to see Mahalakshmi cook.

It's been two months since she shifted to live with him in Mithila to persue her 11th and 12th standard education. But a greater purpose awaits her. And tomorrow that purpose will be fulfilled.

'Dhaanya-lakshmi you are are, and you are Annapurna as well.' Shashi thought looking at her.

He couldn't help but join his hand at her, as she cooked. Janki turned around and saw Shashi in this stance which made her frown.

"Bhaiya, why are you joining hands in front of me ?" She asked.

"Oh... Uh... Nothing. Just keeping it like this." Shashi covered up.

"Alright...." She chuckled.

She grabbed the plates of food and set it up at the dining table. Shashi sat down to eat and so did she.

"Now tell me, what was it that you planned for my birthday ?" Janki asked.

"Right yes. So as we know tomorrow is your 16th birthday, you and I are going to Janakpur, Nepal." Shashi said.

"Janakpur ? Out of all the places ?" She frowned.

"Oh I thought to give you a foreign tour." Shashi joked, she laughed.

"Fine, fine." She nodded.

They both started eating the extremely tasty food she had made. The most delicious in all the worlds.

"But tell me the real reason why you chose Janakpur ?" Janki asked, unable to supress her curiosity.

"You will come to know." Shashi said.

"You're always so secretive Bhaiya.... Don't tell me that you married someone and want me to meet her !" Janki teased.

"Not one but 27 actually." Shashi muttered.

"You said something ?" Janki asked.

"Nothing. The food is delicious as always dear." Shashi said.

"Thank you." Janki smiled.

"Even though Mata Mahalakshmi doesn't remember herself. There are some characteristics of her that still show through." Yudhishthir said.

"Yes. Like her playful nature." Nakul said.

"And also love for cleanliness." Sehdev said.

"Don't forget love for cooking." Bheem said. All chuckled.

"Distinctive characteristics of one always shows up no matter what. After all they are the building blocks of a person as well what sets them apart." Krishna said.
