Vineet takes Ruhana to her home where Manvi and Avni are already home. Manvi looks worried as he reaches home with Ruhana. They make Ruhana lie on her bed and Manvi asks Vineet about her sister's well-being. Vineet tells her the whole thing and Manvi gets worried. Vineet is shocked to see her worried, especially when he said that she fainted and got stressed. Meanwhile, Vineet takes Avni to a nearby ice cream parlour while Ruhana gains consciousness. Manvi hugs Ruhana trying to pacify her and Ruhana tells her sister that she has seen Raunak again and she fears that he might take his daughter away.

Yes! The past Ruhana has been hiding is Raunak and Avni is her and Raunak's daughter. Six years ago, when Ruhana got stable, she met Raunak and they fell in love with each other. After being in a relationship for a couple of months, Ruhana asks him about their wedding and she's also found out that she's pregnant with Raunak's child. But Raunak pushed her away and broke up with her for his career and self-growth. The incident broke Ruhana and she decided to give birth to the child, after all, she loved him with all her heart. Now, she's fearful that Raunak may learn about Avni. Manvi comforts her.

"Di, itna kyun soch rahi ho? Wo insaan jisne aapke baare mein nahi socha, aap kyun soch rahi ho? Aur uska hamari Avni pe koi haq nahi hain. Aap ne hi Avni ko aur mujhe sambhala. You're our everything." Manvi says, trying to convince Ruhana.

"Itna aasan nahi hai, Mannu. Wo ...wo Vineet ka dost hain. Agar usne usey kuch keh diya toh? Main nahi chahti Vineet kuch galat soche mere baare mein. Wo hi ek aakhiri ummeed hain, Mannu. Agar usne mujhe galat samjha toh sab bikhar jaayega." Ruhana says, she's crying, unable to hold her emotions.

"Di, aisa nahi hoga, trust me. Dost toh humse pyar karte hain, hamara itna dhyan rakhte hain, wo aapko galat kyun samjhenge. I think aapko unhe sab bata dena chahiye. Us Raunak ke baare mein. Aur mana kardo ki aap kaam nahi karoge." Manvi tries to comfort her sister.

"Mannu, wo kyun maanega? Wo mujhe galat bhi toh samajh sakta hain. It's complicated!" Ruhana says.

"Di! Aap toh sab thik se hi karoge. Lekin fir bhi aap dost ko sab bata do na. Dekho, aap aise stressed rahoge toh kaam bhi thik se nahi kar paaoge. Aur wo bhi pareshan rahenge aur main bhi kyunki hum dono hi aapko pareshan nhi dekh sakte. Aur Avni? Uske sawaal! Usko kaun answer karega?" Manvi looks at her sister.

Ruhana doesn't say anything, so Manvi pulls her into her embrace, just like Ruhana does for her. She caresses her hair softly and tells her to calm down.

"Di, dekho, sab thik ho jayega. Bas aap stress mat lo. Aur us Raunak ke baare mein socho bhi mat. Hume usse koi lena dena nahi hain, samjhe aap? Main, aap aur Avni -bas this is our family. Us Raunak ko toh main hamari life mein ek kadam na rakhne dungi. Aap bas relax karo." Manvi says, still stroking Ruhana's hair.

She releases Ruhana from her grip and wipes her tears. Manvi looks at her and tries to cheer her up.

"Ab rona band karo. Kuch nahi hoga. Jab tak aapki ye behen aapke sath hai na, main kuch gadbad nahi hone dungi. Promise." Manvi says dramatically, causing Ruhana to smile.

"Avni ne kuch bhi gadbad nahi ki." Avni says as she rushes into the room and climbs in her mother's lap.

"Han beta, maine aur tune kuch nahi kiya. Tumhari mumma hi sad rehti hain." Manvi shrugs her shoulders.

"Mumma, aap sad mat ho. Uncle sab thik kar denge." Avni says innocently and points towards Vineet who's standing at the door.

Both Manvi and Ruhana are unaware that Vineet has heard their conversation.

He smiles at the two sisters and Ruhana too smiles back. Ruhana asks Manvi to get some coffee for Vineet. Manvi jumps on her toes.

"Main aapke liye rice leke aati hoon. Maine Avni ke liye banaye they fried rice. Aap toh kuch khaoge abhi. Dost ke liye coffee main leke aati hoon." Manvi says, rather declares and runs out of the room.

Vineet sits on the bed and looks at Ruhana, asking about her wellbeing. She says that she's fine, but her face tells a story that's opposite of what she's saying. Instead, she thanks Vineet for his gesture and for bringing her home.

"Thanks, Vineet, you've helped me a lot. And I'm sorry too. Main...." Ruhana says but pauses in order to find the correct words.

"Tumhe Raunak ke sath kaam nahi karna, right?" Vineet asks softly.

"Han, Vineet. Main...mujhse nahi hoga. Please tum dekhlo." Ruhana says, her eyes teary again.

"Han, tum tension mat lo. Main dekh lunga. Aur ek do din aaram karo." Vineet says concerned.

"I'm sorry!" She apologises, for her, she's hurt him for not attending to his client.

"Don't be, Ruhana. Waise mujhe acha lagta agar tum mujhse sab kuch sach sach batati. But, I'm all ears, when you want to tell." Vineet says, he hides the fact that he has heard all the conversation when Manvi was comforting Ruhana.

"Main....main tumhe sab bataungi. Lekin sahi waqt aane par. I am sorry par abhi nahi...." Ruhana says and down her gaze.

Meanwhile, Manvi enters with a tray in hand. There's ample of things- a coffee mug for Vineet, there's a bowl of rice for Ruhana and milkshake for Avni and herself. Ruhana smiles, she knows that her sister is responsible in her absence and the way she comforted her makes her feel happy. Her sister is growing up and she takes utmost care of Avni in Ruhana's absence. Manvi looks at her and finds Ruhana lost in the moment. She asks her through her eyes, but Ruhana shakes her head and begins to eat the fried rice - as per her sister's orders. Also, at the same time, they hear Avni calling for Manvi and the latter rushes to her room must be some secret between the aunt and niece.

In the meantime, Vineet looks at Ruhana and says something that leaves her surprised and touched at the same time.
