I have for some time been considering writing a fantasy-novel or series. Not short stories like my fairy tales, but a real, honest-to-Gandalf fantasy novel / series, with its own fantasy world to go along. My question to you is this:

The awesome feedback I've received that helped me improve the accuracy of "Storm and Silence" & my fairy tales taught me that.

This made me realize: there are lots of great things out there, things from your culture, your myths, your language that can be used to create a fantasy world much more interesting and diverse than the average stew of elves, dwarves and orks. And you, at the same time, could get a look at how I craft the world for one of my novels.
