"It's a girl."He says softly.
I smile and sigh. I sit down on the floor and Timothy wraps the baby in my veil. My heart swells when Timothy hands her to me. We need a name.
"We didn't think of names!"
"Audrey ."
"Audrey what?"
"I don't know but this is Audrey."
"What about Diane?"
"Audrey Diane."
"I love it." I get up with the baby and limp upstairs. I'm in so much pain. When I make it upstairs, Timothy grabs the baby and I lay down. I fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed.

When I wake up, I'm immediately sore. I can't get up. When I force myself up, I go to Timothy's room and wake him.
"Go to the hospital and get her checked out and get a birth certificate. I already have everything set up for you at the hospital I called them."
"Alright."
"Be safe with our baby." I kiss him and walk to the crib and kiss her.
I walk back to my room and get in my habit and walk downstairs.
All the children are in the dining hall.
"Good Morning Ms. Jude." They all say in unison.
"Good Morning everyone! Last night we had a new arrival. She'll be here soon."
They all cheer and I giggle.
"Is everyone's breakfast good?" 
"Yeah!"
Lana is in the corner watching them all so I walk upstairs to my office. A few minutes later I get a knock on the door.
"Sister Jude, we have a couple here wanting to adopt."
"Hello." I say as they walk in.
"Hi."

We finish the paperwork and I approve them.
"Alright come with me and I'll show you the children."
I walk down the hall and into the play room.
"Okay, this is Timmy he's 5, Karen she's 7, Julie 8, Jessica she's 9, Jordan he's 4,and Andrew is 10."
After they meet all the children I walk back upstairs with them.
"We want Timmy." My heart shatters.
I gulp and smile.
"Alright, I'll need you to fill out some more paper work."

I let them wait at the stairs and I go to Timmy's room.
"Timmy, you've been adopted! Isn't that so exciting?" I say with tears in my eyes.
"I don't wanna go."
"You have to baby."
"Please don't make me." He says and hugs me tightly, starting to cry.
"Alright sweet boy."
I kiss his forehead.

The couple ended up adopting Jordan and when I leave this orphanage I'll be taking Timmy. Timothy gets back with the baby and she's screaming.
"She refused formula Jude."
I grab her and pull out my breast and she latches.
