Chapter 5

Olivia tensed the moment she walked into the room. She drew a deep breath and exhaled after realizing how ragged her breathing was as Andrew walked in behind her.

She could feel her heart beating hard against her chest and so instead of the man standing behind her, she decided to focus her gaze on the old lady, who was busy laying the bed. She pursed her lip, trying as hard as she could to keep her trembling fingers firm on purse and felt herself jerk when Andrew's sigh broke the silence.

"That's enough nanny." He spoke. The silver haired woman stood straight and after a few seconds of silence, she nodded.

"I'll go prepare dinner." She said and then made for the door.

"I'll help!" Olivia snapped before she could control it.  She rubbed her sweaty hands against the slim fabric of her dress as she made a move to turn away.
She wanted to get away, she had to. She was terrified of what would happen if she was left alone with Andrew, she was terrified of what he would do. She was terrified of him.

"I'm not done with you, Olivia." The iciness in his voice brought her feet to a complete halt. "Go on ahead nanny." He turned to the older woman.
She nodded and walked away and with every step she took further away from them, Olivia could feel her heart beat pick up its rhythm. She glanced down at her shaky hands the moment she heard the door close and pursed her lip. She could feel the intensity of Andrews gaze burning through the side of her face but she refused to meet his gaze, she couldn't.

Andrew found his way to the bed.

"How long have you been sleeping with him?" He asked calmly, casually dropping his jacket on the bed. Olivia's head sprung in his direction the moment he said those words.

"Wh-What?" She stammered.

"You heard me, Olivia. Please don't let me repeat myself." He said, undoing his cufflinks one after the other.

"N-never. Andrew, how could you even ask me that?" She asked almost in a whisper. He sighed and turned away, a deep scowl on his face. He didn't believe a single word coming out of her mouth and she knew it. He never did.

"Do not lie to me, Olivia," It was a warning.
"You know, I saw you." He paused, finally turning to face her. "I saw you looking around for him." The look in his eyes was murderous...monstrous.

"Andrew-" She stammered, feeling her eyes get really heavy from holding back all those tears, not because she was sad he had the wrong idea about what happened, but because she knew what where conversation was going to, it never ended well.

"Andrew, it's not what you think." She had to convince him. She knew she needed to. "I wasn't- I was looking for you."

"I saw you hold his hand and you were smiling at him." He was barely even listening to her. "You were smiling at him in a way that you should only smile at me. You were flirting with him."

He took a step towards her, and then another. She cringed backwards with every step he took forward.

"Why don't you ever learn, Olivia?" His voice softened as he grabbed her arm. "Why don't you ever learn?" He tightened his grip on it. She winced sharply.

"Andrew, Andrew y-you're hurting me-" and it's was intentional. Andrew even tightened his grip harder and inhaled.

"I don't like this. I don't like hurting you, you know that. But you make me feel like I'm not enough. I hate that feeling even more. I'm your husband, it can only be me, it should only be me, Olivia, you can only love me." He squeezed tighter.

"Andrew-" She sobbed.

"I give you the world, Olly. What more could you possibly want? Why do you whore yourself out to other men? To my staff and even to my friends?"
His eyes narrowed as he slowly let go of her hand and then turned away, his breathing rugged.

"To my business partners?"

"Andrew that's not true." She choked back a sob, rubbing on the bright red mark he'd made on her wrist. "Mr Izzuna and I, we were just talking. I needed him to review this book I'm writing, I wasn't-"

"Do not mention his name in front of me!" He whirled around and the moment his hands made contact with her face, everything else went in slow motion. He had slapped her and he slapped her hard, causing Olivia to fall into the single seater couch beside her helplessly.

She was in shock and trembling all over, refusing to take her hand away from her face. It wasn't the first time, it wasn't the first time he had hit her but it always left her surprised and numb like that everytime he did. She bit hard on her lower lip, feeling tears fall freely from her eyes. She hated that she was crying. She hated that she wasn't strong enough

"How dare you mention his name in front of me?" He raised an eyebrow. She sniffed and then slowly raised her hand to clean her tears away from her face. "God!" He turned away from her and then ran his hands over his face.

"I thought I was enough for you."

Olivia turned to him.

"You are,"

"Then why?!" He yelled at her. "Why do you continue to make a fool out of me Olly?" His voice broke. "Do you enjoy it? Do you enjoy seeing me mad?"

"No." Olivia shook her head. She couldn't give up, her face was probably on its way to becoming swollen, and her lips hurt when she spoke but she knew she couldn't afford to give up. She had to push on, not that day, she couldn't go through it that day.

Andrew drew a deep breath, raking his hand through his hair.

"Andrew," Olivia found herself pulling herself up from the couch with her hands stretched towards him when she noticed how he turned his back at her just so he could breathe more. "Andrew," her hands were trembling even more. "Andrew please, you just need to calm down and take a deep breath." She begged him.

"Andrew, we don't have to fight here, we don't have to fight now," her voice broke as she spoke, tears falling from her eyes, "we just got back and anyone could be listening-"

Andrew scoffed, raising his hands and dropping them on his hips. She wasn't reaching out to him like she thought she was. From the way he kept chuckling, she knew he was still upset, he was still mad. She had to try something else, she had to at least try to calm him.

"I'm sorry." She sobbed. She tried to be strong but at that moment, her fear was getting the best of her, she couldn't stop herself from crying or her voice from breaking so much every time she tried to speak. "Y-you're right, I was wrong for what I did, I'm sorry. Don't get mad at me please-"

"You're sorry?" He asked her as he slowly turned to her direction.

"I'm sorry."

"Then you shouldn't have cheated. if you needed to get laid so bad all you had to do was ask, all you ever need to do is ask."

She ran her hands over her eyes but no matter how much she cleaned, the tears kept flowing down. She bit down on her lower lip to stop herself from crying out loud. She bit hard until she tasted blood.

Why was she crying? It was annoying, he was annoyed. Andrew exhaled and reached for his tie, he forced down the knot one time and kept tugging it until he loosened it completely.

"Take off your cloths Olivia." He ordered. "Take your cloths off now."

Olivia looked at him, she didn't move, she didn't want to. She wasn't surprised with what he was demanding for. it wasn't the first time anyway.

"Didn't you hear me?" He repeated twitching his brows as he slowly reached for the buttons on his shirt. He began to undo them one by one, hardening his frown and strengthening his terrifying glare on her.

"Take your clothes off and get on the bed right now."

Olivia took a deep breath.

"Andrew-"
She needed to say something. She wasn't in anyway close to being in the mood for sex. He just hit her for crying out loud and she was sore all over her face, she didn't want to.

"I'm going to make love to you so hard that you won't think of any other man in a long time."

He pulled his shirt off and threw it to the other side of the room. Olivia was shaking, even more so as he walked slowly towards her. She kept cringing back until she got to bed and fell on it. She didn't have anywhere else to run to, anywhere to go. She tried to pull herself up so she could crawl to the end of the bed as he got even closer. Andrew grabbed her by her leg and pulled her till she was right back where she started.

"Andrew please don't do this-"

She said almost in a whisper, not like he was listening or he cared to. He jerked her arm and turned her over till she was bended over right in front of him. She was so weak to stop him, too weak to fight. She felt so helpless.

"I should be the only man you should think about."

He took the hem of her dress and with one pull, he ripped her dress apart. He rolled a fistful of her hair on his fist so she didn't try to escape.

"Andrew, Andrew stop please-"

She couldn't count how many times she said those words, how many times she begged him, begged him to stop. He tightened his grip on her hair.

She could hear the rattling his belt made as he struggled to get it off and pull his pants down.

Why wasn't she fighting her way away from him? She never did. She didn't even know how to. She felt him go into her as fast as he could. He was hard, so hard.

A drop of tear roll down her face as he forcefully grabbed her by her waist, pushing her closer to him and he began to thrust into her as hard as he could, he pinned her head to the bed with his hand while the other held her waist in place.

"Please stop." She whispered. She had no strength left. He was going deeper every second, faster and harder. He was hurting her.
"Stop I'm begging you." She couldn't help the tears that already stained the bedsheets now.

"I'm the only one-" He said "it's just me!" He continued, thrusting deeper inside her.

Olivia could barely feel her legs. She needed help.
She wasn't sure she could go on anymore. She felt so helpless, all her strength had left her.

This man was raping her. She could barely breathe. She was panicking. She took deep loud breaths every time she felt him hitting her walls.

God,

Why was this happening to her again.

She was tired.
She was tired of begging. She knew the drill, it wasn't going to be over until he said so. She knew all she had to do was wait it out. She was going to be okay.
She had to

Just hold on

She repeated in her head

God help me

Olivia shut her eyes slowly. She couldn't wait for all that pain to be over. She couldn't wait for it to be over.

She held her breath.

God help me.
