"Gather up guys~ We're going to the past to react on something" Hashi said energetically

"What?!" Everyone in the SINnamon Squad — except Valt because he's not here — scream in confusion

Without further ado, Hashi push them one by one in the nearest portal.

"Wahhhhh!!!" They got taken a back at Hashi's action, while screaming in the swirl portal that suck them in

Hashi snort "Just come with me, we're gonna time travel baby!" Then she dive in the portal too to join the squad

"Where are we?" Aiga ask while looking at the unfamiliar surrounding

"It's when are we not where, Aiga" Hashi said mysteriously

"Remember when we react Valt vs Red Eyes Battle?" Hashi ask

"Yeah" the squad said in chorus. Even Bell nod because the others invite him to watch it too and his reaction is the same as the squad when they watch the video in the first time round

Hashi nod, please at their answer "Good, because today we will react when Valt discover Red Eye identity"

The whole squad flinch, a heavy atmosphere form, uneasiness can be seen clearly in their faces.

They still hasn't watch it yet but they already had a bad feeling about this.

"Look over there" Hashi pointed out from afar so the heavy atmosphere will disappear

The squad turn around to see young Lui and young Shu Kurenai or also known as Red Eye in this era

"Lui was short"

Everyone slowly turn around to the source of voice and it appear it's Drum

"What?" Drum ask innocently, unaware of the risk he's facing.

"I don't think you should say that" Hikaru pointed out

Back to the real world, Lui and Red Eye is ferociously battling each other with intense atmosphere around them.

The other one is full of malice while the other one is full of hatred.

Watching those two can bring shiver down to your spine

"Axe Launch! Now!" Red Eye shout, red resonance form behind him, his counterattack start, Spryzen is ready to hit Luinor head on.

"Prepare your self to meet your end! Dragon Crash!" Lui shout, light blue resonance form behind him, you could feel the bloodlust from him, no wonder people use to fear him.

Spryzen got overwhelmed by Luinor's attack, that make the said red bey flew up in the air and  burst in three piece.

But that's not the only thing happen, the strong wind hit the black mask and it shattered in half, shock crimson eyes show that revealed the blader behind the mask: Shu Kurenai

Valt Aoi who is watching from behind freeze in shock, hazel brown eyes darken, his whole body is terribly shaking at the scene he witness.

The squad share the same grim expression, this sight is so hard to watch because out of everyone, Valt took the revealation the hardest.

"I've cracked the case, I knew it was you all along" Lui said bluntly, coldly and harshly with a hint of insult.

"This guy know everything" Bell said speaking from experience and others nod.

Shu let out a angry scream

The squad wince at his shout, they could feel the despair and disappoinment on his scream.

"My old friend you become great at losing, even the best" Lui's insulting comment doesn't help the situation, as he maniacally let out a laugh.

"He act so evil" Drum mutter sadly, he knew Lui is mean but he never expect it to this extent.

"Hey wait!" Valt shout in hoping to gain Shu's attention but the albino just keep on walking away, ignoring the cry and plead of his best friend.

"Hold on, don't leave, talk to me" Valt spoke weakly, the squad grimace, if you listen carefully to Valt's voice, you can hear the crack, a sign he's close to crying but still keeping a straight composure

"Stop" Valt put both of his hands to Shu's shoulder to make him stop.

"Dude, I've been searching all over, I finally found you" Valt said bit Shu didn't respond, crimson eyes shine in disinterest, he let off Valt's hands.

Valt is noticably hurt at his best friend behavior, however he didn't back down.

"Come on it's me, Shu—"

"You get out of my way"

And that was blow needed to make Valt's world turn upside down, hazel brown eyes widen in shock, betrayal and pain, a silent painful eyes fall down on his cheek

This is truly a heartbreaking scene

"Can we leave now? I can't watch this anymore" Hyuga request, a sign of hurt can heard on his voice, his hands are shaking, the other didn't respond but they silently agree on his statement as they share the same dread feeling

Hashi understand, it was hard to watch it in there very own eyes

"Yeah, let's go home"

"Hashi...? This is not home— Wait where is Hashi"

Bell's bewildered exclaim make everyone look around in panic

"Hashi leave us" Hyuga cries

"Calm down, maybe there's reason we are here." Hikaru calm down his brother

"Psst, guys look it's young Valt"

Everyone turn around where Drum is pointing out.

From afar, the young version of Valt Aoi is sitting sadly in the bench.

"What should we do?" Drum ask

Hikaru sigh "It's dangerous to meet young Valt, we might accidentally mess up the timeline"

"Is there nothing we can do?" Hyuga ask sadly

"Aiga where are you going?" Bell ask, taking note of the maroon boy walking forward

"We are already here so let's comfort him, if something were to happen then I will take the blame " Aiga spoke while facing backwards, his voice has no trace of amusement, only sincerity and care towards the bluenette shine through.

Drum, Hyuga and Bell gape shockingly at his respond, damn he sounds so mature and cool

Meanwhile, Hikaru is fanboying in the background, a star form on those green lime eyes, he almost let out a squeal thinking how cool Aiga is.

"Here"

Broken Hazel brown eyes look up to see a  maroon haired boy with turquoise eyes , handling him a white handkerchief

Young Valt is taken aback at the strangers action "W-why are you giving me a hankie?"

The maroon haired boy sigh "No need to pretend your not crying, it's fine, I won't judge you. It's ok not be ok"

The stranger said seriously although the young bluenette can feel his genuine feeling

Young Valt smile weakly "Thank you" he gratefully take the handkerchief and wipe his dried tears

"Are those guys your friends?" Young Valt ask that make the maroon boy look from behind and snicker in response "Yeah, they are my close friend"

A boy with spiky crimson hair and red eyes  pop up "Hi~!" he wave happily. Valt like his positive energy.

"Sup~!" a boy with a red mohawk and dark-purple hair with magenta rhombus highlights and turquoise eyes appear. Valt take note despite his appearance, he can feel he's nice

"H-hello~!" A boy with green eyes, cropped blonde hair with a blue, horn-shaped highlight on each side of his temple appear. Valt notice he look nervous the way his face become red but he know he's kind

"Greetings~!" A boy with lime-green eyes, blue hair styled in a 9-piece mohawk with light-blue tips lastly appeared. Valt can feel he looks mature and compose

Young Valt like there enthusiasm and for some unknown reason, there appearance make his heart feel light"Hehehe" he giggled

The squad looks relief at the sight of him laughing. The sight of young Valt crying can't take off in their memories, everytime they remember it, their heart clench in pain.

"You guys seem to have a good friendship, I wish I never ruin mine"
Valt said until he reach the last word that make the atmosphere change, the squad share a grimace look

"I don't think you will ruin a friendship intentionally"

"Huh?" Valt look up to the blond boy.

The others nod. "Yeah! You are a nice person after all" the red spiky haired boy said

Valt sweat drop "You guys make it sound like you know me"

The squad flinch at his respond, the blue haired boy step forward this time.

"We might not know you personally, but we always watch you on your battle, you treat your opponents and rivals like they are your friend and that's admirable"

Valt love his response, he can feel the sincerity on it that give him a warm feeling, but it's not enough to make this guilt wash away

"But I let down a friend"

"So are you gonna give up easily on that person?"

Valt is surprise again this time by the boy red mohawk hair.

The squad has the same expression at Bell's blunt response but they he has a point

"No, I won't give up easily" Valt grit his teeth, fire burning in determination on his eyes

Hyuga cheer "That's the Valt Aoi we know! The person who never give up!"

Drum nod " Yeah! You gotta fight for what you believe in!"

Young Valt can feel his face blushing bit he doesn't mind it

He never knew a support from strangers can make you feel this way.

Valt nod and stand "That's right! I will save my best friend and fix our friendship, I will never give up until that happened"

The squad cheer, they love his response. The Valt they know and look up is now back

"Hey guys"

"Yes?" The squad ask in chorus

"Thank you very much" Valt smile warmly and gratefully

"I'm sorry I almost left you guys, actually something bad happen in the time portal" Hashi apologize.

The moment the squad finish comforting Valt, Hashi found them

"It's fine" Aiga reassure him

"Hey guys, all of you are here"

The squad turn around to see the present Valt they know

"Mommy Valt~!" The squad great him cheerfully

"Hehehe, well where did you go this time?" Valt ask with a hint of fondness

"We have a trip with Hashi" Bell explain

Valt nod "Oh I see"

"Why do you have white handkerchief?"

Hikaru's question make them look at Valt's hand.

Bit they realize something...

That was the handkerchief Aiga give to Valt!

Aiga mentally curse, they might accidentally ruin the timeline

"Oh this? This came from the group of five people in the past"

"Huh?"

The squad share a look. Valt didn't remember their faces?

They look over to Hashi who is winking

Valt smile, a nostalgia feeling flowing over him "I never remember their faces and I forgot to ask their names, they are strangers who cheer me, I received a comfort I never ask bit needed so whenever I feel sad, I always use this white handkerchief to wipe my tears to remind myself that it's ok not be ok"

The squad feel so happy hearing that —especially Aiga who is blushing secretly, all this time, Valt always comfort them but the thought of them comforting Valt never cross their mind

To think they make Mommy Valt happy and smile is something they will treasure forever
