Rose moved to Sweden.

She lived with Lukas and would occasionally fly to New York for board meetings about her oil company but her life was in Sweden now. When she wasn't with Lukas, she would often go out for coffee or go shopping with his mother which made him a bit nervous.

But, otherwise, everything was happy in their lives. She saw Connor and Roman occasionally. Roman had taken up the partying lifestyle which she found suited him. She never talked to Shiv.

Kendall had called her only once and he started to apologize but then he walked back on it; he said he couldn't forgive her for taking the only thing he ever wanted. He hadn't called her since.

She was strangely okay with not having two of her siblings in her life. She assumed it was because some people were poison and one would always feel better when the poison dripped out, when it went away. She did miss Kendall but she was okay without him.

She had so much to think about and so much to forward to like looking out on a ship at a new horizon. She had her wedding. She had her whole life with Lukas.

And her wedding came so quickly. Two months went by so fast. She had only just adjusted to life in Sweden by the time New Year's Day came around.

For a whole week, she didn't see Lukas. She was going with the age old tradition of the bride not seeing the groom before the wedding. It just made her more excited.

The wedding happened in Santorini, Greece. They had practically rented out the whole town as every hotel was booked.

The wedding ceremony took place outside against the backdrop of the ocean. Connor walked her down the aisle just as he had promised and the moment Lukas laid eyes on his bride, he never once looked away (not even when the wedding was over).

And Rose didn't take her eyes from him as she smiled beautifully in the gown that she made. She was absolutely radiant and Lukas was not the only one starstruck but another in attendance was, too.

But Rose only had love for Lukas until death do them part. And Tom would forever wish for the girl he always wanted even though he had gotten back together with Shiv for the sake of the child she carried.

Rose married Lukas that day, promising always. She broke a million hearts that day all around the world as her wedding was broadcasted everywhere; she had decided to have a public wedding ceremony. Although, the reception was not broadcasted.

Rose was not afraid of her fame causing her to lose Lukas like she was Jack so long ago. All of her fears were gone with Lukas. She wasn't a bright-eyed girl anymore but she was bright-eyed for Lukas. And it would stay that way always.

The wedding was over quite quickly. They took a bunch of wedding photos. They greeted a bunch of people at their reception before getting a moment to dance together and then it was over.

She left with him to her honeymoon in her wedding dress. Lukas insisted she keep it on. They boarded their private jet before Lukas had his hands all over her.

She giggled into his kiss as he lifted her up to hold her against him as he carried her to the bedroom on the jet, "You're so needy."

"I've missed you," he pouted as he sat down on the bed, forcing her to straddle him. Then he grinned as he started to tug the ends of her dress up her legs. "And I've really wanted to fuck you in this dress."

She giggled a bit again before kissing him happily and going along with his desire. It wasn't like she didn't miss him, too. Plus, she hadn't felt him inside her for two months and she was growing rather desperate.

         Their honeymoon was in Guatemala at Casa Palopó. They rented out the entire hotel because they didn't want anyone to bother them.

        The sights were pretty there but she wasn't really concerned about that. Their honeymoon was for a week and she was intent on making the most of it. She wanted to get pregnant on this honeymoon so there was a lot of sex. She basically spent the whole week in complete euphoria with Lukas.

         And her plan ended up working. She did get pregnant.

              She was in complete bliss for nine months. When they showed up to public events, everyone would comment how she was simply glowing. And Lukas would always glide his fingers over her baby bump like every other second like it gave him comfort or something. It was very cute.

         She didn't want the gender to be a surprise because she wanted to have everything ready. So they found out they were having a boy.

         Rose got the baby room (connected to theirs) ready by painting the wall with animals. It was the first time she ever drew things that weren't clothes. But with the baby excitement, she started to create baby clothes that started to be sold (she had so many designs popping into her head).

              And those nine months were the happiest she ever had. Lukas really loved them because during the second trimester she got really horny and he quite enjoyed that.          Lukas practically carried him around everywhere. He loved to tote little Kaleb around. He even took him to work once. It was like he was proud of their little creation and he loved to show him off.

        So for that first month after having Kaleb, they had their own little family unit. It made her very happy in a new way. She felt the joy of being a mother.

         One night, Iris wanted to watch him and get to bond with her grandson. So Kaleb was with Iris and Rose was alone with Lukas. It was their first moment alone since coming from the hospital. It ended with them having sex for the first time in a month.

A condom had been used but it must've broke because nine months later, they had their second child, Matthew. He had her red hair and blue eyes but his face shape was more like Lukas.

He was not an angel like Kaleb. He cried every night all night and he made parenting really hard. There would be times when she and Lukas got into fights due to the lack of sleep causing them to lash out.

It wasn't until Matthew turned three that things got better. He had started to calm down and he listened quite well. But he was still a troublemaker; he once ate all the cookies in the pantry. When he was caught red-handed, he just formed a little grin that was completely adorable (Rose called it the trouble grin) and swore he didn't do it. Sometimes, that grin even worked.

But since things were better and their boys mostly occupied themselves with playing or wrestling, she had decided she wanted another kid. She wanted a girl this time.

She did not end up getting a girl. She wound up with twin boys that they named after their fathers, Liam and Logan. They looked exactly like Lukas but they had her icy blue eyes.

Despite two of them, it was peaceful compared to Matthew. So only a year after having the twins, she wanted to try for a girl again. And this time, she did have a girl.

She was named Lillian. She was the spitting image of Lukas and he became ever so protective over her. He practically wouldn't even let her hold her in the hospital. He had nicknamed her Lilypad.

And Lukas was adamant about not having anymore kids. It wasn't that he didn't want more. It was that he didn't want another girl because if they had another girl, he knew that he'd play favorites and he didn't want to create situation where it became like her and Shiv.

"She's my Lilypad," Lukas explained with a small smile. "She's my best girl."

So they went with the surgical option where Lukas had the tubes cut and he would no longer be able to even give her kids. And they just watched the kids they did have grow.

When Matthew joined school, he wanted to wear a full suit and bow tie. He looked so cute in it with his thick red wavy hair so she let him do it even though she thought kids would pick on him. They did not. In fact, Matthew was a social butterfly and by the end of his first day, he had three girlfriends.

"Way to go, buddy," Lukas had fist bumped him as he congratulated their little man which caused Matthew to smirk.

"Lukas!" Rose scolded.

Matthew kept his troublemaking ways. He had an artistic side that he inherited from her and with his passion for style, he actually ended up taking over her fashion company.

Kaleb was a very serious, shy, and observant person but once he needed to step in and be the big brother he was very fierce and bold. He was extremely smart and he never needed to study for anything but he was extremely humble in that. He ended up taking over her oil company.

The twins were a hoot. They'd pull some fun pranks but nothing as wild as Matthew. They were very sweet and they'd even finish each other's sentences sometimes. It only made sense they'd take over the two companies that were connected, Gojo and Waystar. Liam took Gojo and Logan took Waystar. But since they were twins, sometimes they'd just switch between companies and no one would ever notice.

Lillian (who did not inherit the massive height her brothers all did) became a model. At her first fashion show, her brothers came and all hollered loudly when she came down the walkway making her face turn into a tomato. She looked back on that moment both in fondness and embarrassment.
She also drew art on the side. But she was just content to live her life and she didn't particularly want to start any company.

And that was how life went. The cycle of succession continued but once they handed the keys to their children, she and Lukas stopped playing a part.

Their life became very low key after that and their children were grown. They lived a quiet little life together in Sweden. People that saw them around town described them as the happy couple.

They stayed that happy couple until they were grey and old. Until their own ship had sunk but they had the time of their lives, always, deciding to board it.
