I smile sitting down at the coffee shop. 'Hi.' Craig smiles drinking from his cup. 'Hey, how are you?' I smile. 'Good.' Craig asks. 'How's June?' I answer. 'Eh, she got annoyed that I dropped her off at her grandma's. . .she just wanted me to stay.' He asks. 'Why not his dad?' I answer rubbing my face. 'He's not around. . .he was abusive, to not just me but also June. . .'

He nods grabbing my hand. 'I'm so sorry.' I sigh. 'Haven't dated since I got rid of him.' He asks. 'When was that?' I answer. 'When she was 3. . .so 3 years ago.' He sits there shocked. 'Wow. . .' I nod. 'Yeah. . .I'm just scared, what if I find someone like that again. . .'

Craig shakes his head. 'Tweek, I'm sure you'll find someone much better than him.' I shake my head feeling tears in my eyes. 'They'll knock me up and then start beating me. . .' Craig stands up quickly grabbing me rubbing my back. 'Tweek, you're so amazing, I promise that anyone would be lucky to have you.'

I smile hugging back. 'Thank you. . .' Craig sighs rubbing my back more pulling back looking me in the eyes. 'Will you go on a date with me?'
