Now once upon a time

there was a magic band named Queen.

The singer was born to be a King,

a fairy King born to sing

with every single beat of his heart.

He sang he was just a singer with a song

and now he's considered a legend, 

not a simple rock star.

Lover of life,

singer of songs...

His soul was painted like the wings of butterflies

and his voice was made in Heaven

to take our breath away.

He was a man of the world:

he crossed a million rivers

and rode a million miles thru' stromy skies,

living breathing rock'n'roll,

a godforsaken life,

and with his sunny smile

he took us to the seven seas of Rhye,

rockin' across the wire

across the land.

Oh yes, he played his role in history

taking a message of love for all to hear:

"This could be Heaven for everyone".

He was the champion of the world,

a good old-fashioned lover boy,

but also a Bad Guy

and so his life was in the lap of the Gods. 

Was he just a man with a man's courage,

nothing but a man?

He had the power to ride the wild wind

at the speed of light: a miracle!

Oh yes, people of the earth,

look up to the skies and see:

now he's an angel reaching for the sky,

bright as a shooting star.

Am I dreaming? 

No, it's a kind of magic...

Anyway the wind blows,

till the end of time,

he'll live forever in our hearts,

immortal as a princes of the universe.
