Clay then opened his guitar case to see the picture he had of his wife. He then started having second thoughts as he closed it.

"Clay. Clay, you back here?" Ash called, found him, then told him, "We're on next."

Clay sighed as he got up.

"You okay?" she asked.

"Uh-huh," he nodded.

"Mission report. We have survived the wormhole," Rosita said.

"Yeah!" Gunter cheered.

"Yeah," Rosita chuckled then continued, "And arrived on the last planet. The missing space explorer must be here somewhere, but there's no sign of life on my scanner."

In the cave prop, Ash and Clay were ready to go.

"That's your cue. Clay, it's time to go on," Ash told him.

"But I see no signs of life. Nothing but an empty cave," Rosita replied.

But then Clay quietly panted.

"Clay," she whispered.

"Oh, no," he breathed.

"It's okay. Just sing. Your songs will carry you," Ash assured.

"No. This is a mistake," Clay said, putting his paw against the wall.

"Please," she pleaded.

"It's been so long. I'm not ready. I'm sorry. I'm not ready," he whispered sadly.

Ash sighed as she went out alone. Everyone was confused, but once Ash was downstage, she just started singing.

As Clay heard them sing his song, he pictured Ruby by him as he teared up and readied his guitar.

The audience applauded then a guitar riff sounded, making Ash breathe in relief. It built up as he came out, making the crowd go ballistic.

[CLAY:]

The song then ended and confetti was sent everywhere as everyone cheered.
