Later that day, Johnny, Jamie, and Nooshy were at the top of an abandoned parking lot. Johnny was working on one part of the number as Jamie and Nooshy watched. He then got to where he was standing on one of the staffs.

"Yes!" he cheered.

Then he wobbled before falling on his back, making the girls cringe. Then Jamie ran to him.

"You okay?" she asked.

"Yeah," he answered as she held a hand out to him.

He took her hand and she brought him to his feet as Nooshy joined them.

"Whoa, mate! You're not ready to be bustin out those moves," Nooshy said.

"Sorry," Johnny apologized.

"Look at you. Klaus has thrown you in the deep end and drained out all your confidence like," Nooshy started then imitated it, making the couple laugh.

"Then what do you suggest?" Johnny wondered when they were done.

"Well, you claim your girl is such an amazing dancer, so I wanna see what she's come up with, dance-wise. And I don't mean like what you did at the ice cream place," Nooshy answered.

"All that was actually improvised," Jamie stated.

Nooshy's eyes widened before saying, "Okay. That's impressive. But I need to see something you have prepared for a show."

The couple thought about it until Jamie thought of something.

"'I've Got my Eyes on You'?" she suggested to Johnny.

"Yeah," he smiled.

She got her phone out and got the song ready.

"Do you mind if I...?" she started, referring to the player Nooshy brought.

"Go for it," Nooshy agreed then sat down criss-cross applesauce.

Johnny stood in the middle of the parking lot as Jamie got over to the player. She then plugged the phone up and pressed Play.

When it started, she got to her spot and walked on the beat to Johnny and started singing.

(A/N For the lyrics, I put the dance moves that take place during it. This is how I choreograph dance numbers in my dance journal. Sorry if it doesn't make sense. XD)

"I know you're scared and I know what you've been through"
• She ended up behind him while moving her right hand in front of his chest then to his right hand as he moved his head to the side. She then lifted it up and around then went around to his other side and kicking her left leg up as he turns his head to her. He then picked her up and brought her to his other side before walking away, her lightly running to him.
"Look in my eyes"
• She gently brought his face to hers, looking into his eyes while caressing his cheek.
"Can't you see I'm frightened too?"
• She then stepped back and fell back with a hand out before Johnny grabbed her hand and pulled her to his chest as she kicked one leg behind her.
"So let's take one step at a time"
• She then walked back, holding his hands, before he spun and dipped her before bringing her up into a dance couple position.

"You can't give up"
• She wrapped one leg around his torso quickly before bringing it back down straight while bending down a bit then he brought her back up.
"That's one thing I swear will be true"
• He spun her to his other side before she is a bit away from him.
"For it's said by the wise: 'Keep your eyes on the prize'"
• He went to her as they do a trust fall then he flipped her over to face him and brought her up.
"And I've got my eyes on you"
• Then they circled each other before stopping and stepping toward each other.

"It's hard to trust when you've been misunderstood"
• She then held her hand out to him, to which he accepted and lead him to another spot. She then lightly kicked her foot out then spun into him before he dipped her out of instinct.
"But starting now we'll be treated like we should"
• He brought her around then back up before he spun her away from him and they hold hands as she leaned pretty far.
"So let's take this ride till it's through"
• She was brought back up then circled him as he watched her before she stopped in front of him.

"You can't give up"
• She wrapped one leg around his torso quickly before bringing it back down straight while bending down a bit then he brought her back up.
"That's one thing I swear will be true"
• He spun her to his other side before grabbing her waist with one arm and she wrapping an arm around him securely.
"And you can't give in"
• He then lifted her in the air while bending down before standing back up.
"You're stronger than they ever knew"
• He put his other hand on her torso and lifting her higher with only that hand.

"Don't try to run"
• He then had her fall into his arms while he spun and she held into him before he let her down.
"'Cause I'll just be there when you do"
• They then held each other's right hands, he had her do a death spin, then brought her back up.
"For it's said by the wise: 'Keep your eyes on the prize'"
• They did a trust fall then he flipped her over to face him and brought her up.
"And I've got my eyes on you"
• Then they circled each other before stopping, stepping forward, and holding each other like a regular dance for two dancers.

They then started dancing around the area, him lifting her on stacked platforms before she eventually cartwheeled off of him and the dance continued.

"You can't give up"
• She wrapped one leg around his torso quickly before bringing it back down straight while bending down a bit then he brought her back up.
"That's one thing I swear will be true"
• He spun her to his other side before she is a bit away from him.
"For it's said by the wise: 'Keep your eyes on the prize'"
• He went to her as they do a trust fall then he flipped her over to face him and brought her up.
"And I've kept my eyes on you"
• Then they circled each other before stopping and stepping toward each other then hugging as he spun them around.

When they finished, he put her down and they looked to see a stunned Nooshy with her mouth hanging open.

"That was sick!" she exclaimed before laying flat on the ground.

The couple laughed a bit before he walked to her and Jamie got her phone from the player. She then joined them as Nooshy sat up.

"And she came up with that routine and taught you?" Nooshy asked.

"Yeah," Johnny nodded.

"Then what am I here for?" Nooshy joked.

Jamie giggled then reminded, "That's my area of expertise. I mean, I officially taught him a couple dance at a dance club and we've done that since, but as far as doing our own thing, it's a bit different."

Nooshy then got up and said, "Hold on."

She then plugged her phone and pressed Play.

"Don't worry. We'll build up to it. Step-by-step. Just forget everything Klaus told you two and go with the flow," she instructed.

Then she did some moves and they repeated them. This went on for the past two days until they went back to rehearsal.

Then Johnny got Jamie out and they started free styling during the routine, impressing everyone but Klaus. Then when they were done, he was congratulated by the other dancers and Jamie hugged him, which he returned.

"Nailed it! Now didn't you say you were gonna eat your hat?" Nooshy smirked at Klaus, grabbed his hat, then said while rubbing it on his stomach, "Well, there you go. Mmm. Yum-yum."

Then she went to congratulate them, but Klaus was furious and stomped out of the room, making Johnny confused.

"Don't worry. He's just jealous we didn't become 'great' because of him," Jamie assured.

"Why the quotes around 'great' though?" Johnny wondered.

"Because you were already that way to me," Jamie answered, making him smile.

"I can agree to that," Nooshy chimed in, getting their attention, "When I met you two, you were already cool. So don't listen to Klaus."

"I never did," Jamie remarked, making Johnny laugh, then she said, "I'm gonna go get some water. Y'all want any?"

"Sure," Johnny nodded.

"I'm good. Thanks, though," Nooshy responded.

Jamie smiled then left the dance studio.

"You got an awesome girlfriend," Nooshy commented.

"Yeah. I really do," Johnny responded, smiling while looking in the direction Jamie went in.
