A few days passed, and James and Amanda completely stopped talking to each other, Amanda decided to stay at her mother's house for some time while James had been home alone for a few days.

He also hasn't spoken to anyone or went to hang out with his friends, James just wanted to focus on work while also trying to focus on his life in general.

Meanwhile, Lucia was at the hospital as she was holding a surgical needle while spinning it around as she was thinking about James.

She had a smile on her face as Lucia began fantasising about James, Every thing she wrote in her diary was what she was fantasising about.

Lucia continued smiling while daydreaming until one of the nurses entered the room as Rodriguez narrowed her eyes and dropped the needle and looked at the nurse while smiling.

Lucia: Good afternoon.

Nurse: Good afternoon, Nurse Rodriguez. By the way, has Mister Ford ever contacted you?

Lucia: Not really, actually. I prescribed the tablets for his vitamin deficiency.

Nurse: Strange, I was expecting him to visit the hospital or at least contact us.

Lucia: That's true, Maybe I'll try contacting him after work.

Nurse: No problem at all.

They both smiled at each other as the nurse walked away, Lucia continued looking at the nurse until she had a sinister smile on her face, knowing what exactly happened to Mister Ford after he inappropriately teased her.

Lucia looked at her phone as she was reading the messages between her and James, Rodriguez had a huge smile on her face, but she was hoping that James would speak to her.

Every since James and Amanda's argument, Turner hasn't spoken to anyone. The only time he spoke to her was after work to ask how she was doing. They haven't gone out or speak to each other.

Lucia was looking at the messages again as She gritted her teeth, remembering what Amanda said to James.

Meanwhile, Benjamin was seen in the police department, returning a bag to a woman who was stolen by someone. The woman thanked Benjamin and walked away as He had a small smile on his face and looked around.

Benjamin was walking around the department while trying to find one of his partners until he saw Becky, who was sitting in the chair while reading a book.

Benjamin: Hey Becks, I was wondering where you and Chris were at?

Becky: Hey, Ben! Chris is outside right now, He needed some fresh air and also wanted to patrol the streets.

Benjamin: Oh, I see.

Becky: So, did you return the bag?

Benjamin: Yeah, I just did, Her housekeeper stole the bag.

Becky: Wow, I see. Are they arrested?

Benjamin: No, Her husband bailed her out, but he also apologised for what his wife did, That's why I decided to let her out.

Becky: That's good, Hopefully she will learn her lesson.

Benjamin nodded and sat next to her as Becky was looking at the book as McFarland asked her a question.

Benjamin: What are you reading, anyway?

Becky: Oh, just some stuff about psychology. Right now, I'm reading about Obession.

Benjamin: Ahh, very interesting.

Becky looked at Benjamin as she began reading the book.

Becky: Obsessions are intrusive thoughts, images, impulses, or ideas that are recurrent and cause you to feel a high level of anxiety or distress-

Benjamin: Some of the most common obsessions are related to contamination, losing control, unwanted sexual thoughts, harm, and perfectionism

Becky looked at him as Benjamin had a small smile on her face.

Benjamin: I read about this already.

Becky: That's really cool. Remember that one criminal two years ago? He was obsessed with murder.

Benjamin: Oh yeah, Glad we took him down. I remember a case that happened twenty years ago.

Becky: What was it again?

Benjamin: It was about a woman who was obsessed with men, If any guy didn't accept her love, She would kidnap them and torture them and even murder them.

Becky: Oooooh, that's a creepy one.

Benjamin: And another creepy part is she was never found or nobody knew who she was, She didn't even get arrested. The woman just mysteriously vanished one day.

Becky: Nobody knows if she's dead or alive.

Benjamin nodded as Both of them continued talking to each other.

Meanwhile, James was seen leaving his workplace as Turner was thinking about something as James pulled out his phone and was texting someone until he heard someone calling his name.

Lucia: James! Wait up!

James turned around in confusion and saw Lucia, which shocked him, She was still wearing her nurse uniform, which James, for some reason, found her really attractive in it.

James: Lucia? What are you doing here?

Lucia: I was just about to visit you, actually.

James: Really?

He looked shocked as Lucia smiled at him and shook her head.

Lucia: Yeah, I just wanted to check up on you.

James couldn't help but smile at her as He walked closer to her, Lucia felt her heart beating fast as She continued smiling at him.

James: I appreciate that a lot, How about we walk back to my car?

Lucia: Sure!

They both smiled at each other as James was staring at Lucia while walking to back to his car, They both got inside as James began driving the car while Lucia asked him a question.

Lucia: What have you been up too? You haven't spoken to me for a few days.

James: Oh yeah, I was just caught up with a lot of work. I'm sorry about that.

Lucia looked at him, and she felt like he was lying when he said that, Something else was going on, and she knew it was because of the argument.

Lucia; It's fine, James. Take care of yourself and don't stress yourself out.

James had a small smile on his face as Lucia smiled and began playing with her hair as James was staring before he continued driving.

Soon, They arrived at James's house as Turner told Lucia to come inside as Rodriguez smiled and went inside the house.

They both sat in the couch as Lucia was looking at James as she asked him a question.

Lucia: Where is Amanda at if I may ask?

James: She's staying over at her mother's house for a few days. . . . Or weeks.

Lucia looked at him as She slowly grabbed his hand, James felt comforted by her touch as he looked at her.

James: Things have been going downhill between me and Amanda.

Lucia continued looking at him until James sighed and continued speaking.

James: After what she said to me a few days ago, I can't even see her as the woman I first met. It's not like she doesn't even trust me anymore.

Lucia was looking at him until Rodriguez got up and grabbed both of his hands as James looked at her as Lucia got a little close rro him.

Lucia: Don't worry, James. You still have us.

James looked at Lucia and nodded as He began touching Lucia's hand.

Lucia felt satisfied by his touch as James was looking at her before he smiled at her.

James: You always find a way to make me happy.

He continued staring at every part of Lucia as Rodriguez smiled at him again.

Lucia: Shall I make you a cup of coffee?

James: Uhh, No its fine.

Lucia; It's okay, James. You're going to love it.

James looked at the ground for a few seconds before he nodded as Lucia smiled and walked to the kitchen as Turner was having an odd feeling, He doesn't know why he had the intention to touch Lucia's hand

He was even starting to have thoughts about her but when he realised what he was thinking about, James immediately shook his head. He's still married, He still loves Amanda.

Soon, Lucia arrived with two cups of coffee as James had a smile on her face, Lucia placed it on the table and sat next to him as he grabbed the cup and took a sip.

Lucia: How is it?

James: Delicious.

She licked her lips as James smiled at her and continued drinking the coffee as both of them were talking to each other as Turner was also explaining a little more between him and Amanda.

Soon, Two hours passed, and James ordered a pizza for him and Lucia as both of them were eating while cracking jokes and laughed.

Soon, Lucia decided to leave since she had some work to do in her house as James was smiling at her.

James: See you later, Lucia. Take care.

Lucia stared at him and gently pulled his hand close to her as James was confused until Lucia slowly whispered in his ear.

Lucia: Call me if you need anything~

She slowly kissed his cheek as James was stunned by what she said as Rodriguez smiled at him.

She left the house as James was trying to process what happened as He was looking at the ground and began having thoughts again.
