A few hours passed and everything was going smoothly, The time was eight thrity five p.m as Lucia's workshift was over and now she was going to meet her friends at the cafe.

Lucia was seen making her way to the cafe as she was fixing her outfit while having a smile on her face.

She entered the cafe and looked around before she saw her friends waving at her as Lucia had a smile on her face and sat next to them.

Scarlett: Hey Lucia, How is it going?

Lucia: It's going well. How about you?

Sydney: We are doing fine, Lucia. How was your shift?

Lucia: Eh, it was usual as always. Things got really busy by one p.m. How was work for you all?

Alex: It was good for me.

Martin: Same here. Anyways, who wants some doughnuts?

Lucia: Sure, why not?

They had a smile on their faces as Martin ordered chocolate donuts with Alex, and both of them paid equally as they were eating donuts while talking to each other.

Scarlett: So who is excited to watch Mission Impossible: Dead reckoning?

Martin: I'm definitely excited, I'm even excited to watch Oppenheimer.

Scarlett: Same here, Me and Sydney are definitely getting tickets to Barbie.

Lucia: I'll join you, girls!

Alex: And let me guess, you all will wear pink?

Scarlett: *Smiles* You guessed it, We gotta catch the vibe after all.

Martin: Hahaha, you girls should bring Alex with you.

Alex: What? No, I dont want to come.

Scarlett: Hahaha, come on, Honey, you don't have to dress in pink.

Alex: I would rather watch Texas Chainsaw Masscare or The Nun.

Sydney: Of course you always choose the horror movies.

Martin: *Wraps his arm around Alex* That's my best friend.

Lucia: I know Alex and Martin very well, They both love horror movies. Even I enjoy movies like that.

She smirked and continued eating as Alex and Martin were looking at her before Scarlett and Sydney smiled at them.

Sydney: I remember that one time I dragged Marty to the theatre just to watch a romance movie like La La Land.

Martin: But I enjoyed it regardless.

Scarlett: Wow, I did the same with Alex. I forced him to come and watch Crazy, stupid love. He was so bored and fell asleep through half of the movie.

They all laughed as Alex just stared at them before shrugging.

Alex: I don't know why I get bored watching romance movies.

Sydney: Hahaha, but definitely romance with Scarlett isn't boring.

Alex was drinking water before he spit his drink as everyone began laughing at him.

Soon, The friends continued talking to each other for an hour as Scarlett and Sydney were ready to leave the cafe as Sydney kissed Martin on the cheek, Both girls left the cafe while waiting for the others as Lucia was ready to go until Alex said something to her.

Alex: Hey Lucia, We have something to tell you.

They said something to her as Lucia just smiled and answered them, Alex and Martin nodded before the trio got up and left the cafe while saying goodbye to each other.

Sometime later, Lucia was driving back to her house as she reached her home and got out of the car and looked over to the other house and noticed nobody was at home.

Meanwhile, James and his wife Amanda were ready to go on their date to the movie theatre to watch The Meg, James and Amanda reached the movie theatre as both of them got out of the car.

James: Ready to go, Beautiful?

Mandy: Of course, Handsome. I'm so excited right now.

James and Mandy smiled at each other and pecked their lips before they entered the theatre and got their tickets. Soon, They got their seats as they sat down while having popcorn.

James: So what's your favourite Jason Statham movie besides Meg?

Mandy: I think I like The Transporter, You?

James: Great choice, I like Crank.

Mandy: *Laughs* Really?

James: Hahaha, I do, It's actually kinda fun.

Mandy: It was also a bit bizarre, but I also enjoyed that movie.

They both smiled at each other as the movie was going to start as they were already excited.

Two hours has past and the movie was over as James and Mandy had a lot of fun watching the movie. Soon, They were leaving the theatre as they got in the car.

Mandy: The movie was amazing!

James: I agree, Let's go back home. I'll order some pizza.

Mandy: Nice! Make sure to order my favourite pepperoni pizza.

James: Pepperoni is always a classic, I'll definitely order it.

They both had a smile as James was driving the car while the couple were talking to each other, Sometime later they made it back to their house as James and Mandy got out before they saw Lucia's house lights were open.

Mandy: Ooooh, I think our neighbour is at home.

James: Looks like it.

Mandy: She got home quite early today.

James: Probably her shift finished early, just like ours.

They both smiled before going back inside their house as James ordered two large pizza boxes.

Meanwhile, Benjamin was ready to surprise his wife as He bought some chocolates and flowers.

McFarland arrived at his house as he smiled and knocked on the door, Soon Caity opened the door and saw Benjamin as she was shocked.

Caity: Oh my gosh, Benjamin!!

Benjamin: Hey gorgeous, Look what I got for you.

Benjamin gave her the chocolate and flowers as Caity had a huge smile on her face and hugged Benjamin tightly.

Caity; Thank you so much, Love!

Benjamin: It's okay, Caity. I missed seeing your beautiful face.

Caity: Awww, I missed you too, Honey. Come inside, I already prepared dinner.

Benjamin: Actually I won't have dinner, I have to get back to the police department. But I'll stay over for a little bit.

Caity: Aww, can you please have dinner with me, Benjamin?

Benjamin was thinking about it as Caity was giving him puppy eyes, Benjamin just chuckled and shook his head.

Benjamin: Fine, I'll come and eat right now.

Caity got excited as Benjamin kissed her on the cheek, He entered her house, and both of them had spaghetti for dinner as they were talking to each other while eating chocolates as well.
