In public, James is the serious one. He almost never smiles, keeps a straight face, and his glare is as cold as ice, maybe ever colder. He seems emotionless, as if nothing ever had bothered him, and therefore isn't expected to be friendly. The public believes he's just like his father. Could they be more wrong?

Truth is, whenever James doesn't stand in front of a camera or a crowd, he becomes a new person. (Or well, technically he becomes who he really is, without a facade.) He cracks jokes and makes puns non-stop. He pranks literally everyone, not stopping to think twice before doing something. Actually, sometimes he doesn't even think before acting; he just follows his heart. It doesn't always give out the best result, but it has made him learn to trust himself and given him a strong self-confidence.

Intelligent may not be the first word people would use to describe him, but that doesn't mean that he isn't smart. Sure, he's not book intelligent, remembering details from books and assignments, but he's creative, street smart, a fast thinker, and knows what to do if something happens.

The Plan

He hates it. He hates it, he hates it, and he fears it. The whole idea seems crazy to him, and he's terrified of what it will do, and that he is a part of it. He might seem unfazed, but he's actually terrified and prays to whatever gods that exist that a war won't break out.

His parents

They were the ones that crushed his dreams. They were the ones that yelled at him. James's relationship with his parents isn't the best, and he both hates them and fears them. They were especially bad during the younger parts of his childhood, to the point of nearly being abusive, and he fears what they can do. After all, they're the King and Queen, and he has no power over them.

The Truth

Why do they want to perform the plan? What will happen to the world? How is he actually feeling? James is scared of the truth, both the one about the plan and the reasons to why it's happening, but also the truth about him and his family. The truth about how he's feeling.

• He's skilled in plenty of weapons, but the best one is probably the sword. He owns a sword that was owned by his grandfather, and uses that every time he fights.

• His parents were the worst when he grew up, since he hated rules and most of the time would do other things than what they told him to. This caused them to tell at him, sometimes even hit him, because they thought that he needed to keep up a royal image and not act clumsy. He learnt how to act like how they wanted, but when they weren't around, he finally could act like himself. However, he is still scarred from the earlier years, and won't move on from them in a long time.
