After the peace agreement between the two, Alina told their friends what had happened they were shocked, to say the least but the world carried on... peaceful in fact.

No one was bothered by Emma or Colten or vice versa, they were actually the happy couple around the school everyone, wanted to be like them, the girls envied her, the boys envied him... as Gabe would say they were living the American teenage dream, taking right out of a traditional romantic comedy movie.

Two weeks had passed and Alina was now in school with her friends, waiting for her brother to pick her up "What will happen this Sunday then?" Gabe asked out of curiosity
"I dunno" Alina shrugged her shoulders

"Will Miss Sympathy be there?" Zoey chuckled

"I might say I'm sick so I can stay home" Alina thought

"No! You're going so you can give us the juice!!" Gabe squealed

"We need to have some eyes on their indoor relationship" Sophia explained

"Well... one day I kinda of met him at a cafe near his university and he was with his ex and he saw me, we said hi and since then we never talked..."

"Maybe you guys can solve this out... Aaron is coming to pick up Alina, right?"

"Speaking of the Devil " Alina smirked " Hey brother" she smiled seeing her brother park in front of them, she walked to the car door but her brother stopped her

"Hey sis" he said stepping in front of the door

"I actually didn't come to pick you up" he gave an innocent smile giving a few looks at Zoey

"oh wow ok" Alina stepped back

"hey" Aaron smiled sweetly getting close to Zoey "Can I take you out of here?"

"Just like that?" she said biting her lip

"Yeah well you haven't been answering my messages so I taught on just doing it" he smiled

"You have literally nothing to do" Gabe said, Zoey looked at him with angry eyes and then looked at Alina as if asking for help

"Don't look at me like that, I have nothing to do with that" Alina shrugged her shoulders

"Well I guess... I guess I will accept that" she said shy he gave her his hand which she gladly took and he walked her to the car opening her door and letting her get in first

"A!" Alina shouted making Aaron look at her "I love that you are improving and actually doing somethin cool for once but couldn't you tell me all this a few minutes ago when the bus was still here?"

"Don't worry Ali I took care of it! "

"Really?"

"Chill out sis I send Colt a message. He will take you." Aaron smiled get in the car

"How is that possible Colten is in-" she said but the car was already gone "practice"

"No I don't" Alina said taking her phone to text her mother about the drive home "Is he hotter than Maximo though?" she asked out of pure curiosity

"Great my mom doesn't answer me" Alina muttered while Gabe was occupied thinking who was hotter Alina saw Maximo in his porsche, she quickly elbowed Gabe making him look and when Maximo was passing in front of them really slow he lowered his window and winked at Gabe making Gabe gasped and almost dying with a heart attack. Maximo smirked seeing the boy trouble, he looked at the road and slowly left.

"What... the...hell was that?" Alina asked "What is happening with the world? Did you spoke with him"

"No after you girls tell me to send him a DM he never said a word he just saw the message and nothing else... oh my I can't breathe"

"Keep calm" Alina said teaching how to breathe after awhile she asked again "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine" he said suddenly a sound of a message was a heard

"Oh thank god maybe it's my mom" Alina said taking her phone out of her pocket, she looked at the phone and her face when blank followed by two another rings, Gabe looked at her trying to decipher that face but Alina looked like she was dead inside

"Alina?" No response

"Alina?" Nothing

"Alina? You're scaring me" Gabe said shaking her , she gave him the phone so he could read

"She sent you a text?" Gabe questioned and Alina just nodded, and Gabe started to laugh like a maniac "This amazing it's like she is really trying to be your friend.... This is great Alina"

"It is?"

"Yeah, you can all get along well. Isn't that great?" Gabe asked her but her tongue was twisted so she simply gave a weak smile

"Well, go there. I will go home now, my mom must be here any time" Gabe said

"Ok.." Alina started to give small steps towards the field but was stopped by Gabe

"The phone" he said handing it to her

"Right... Thanks" she said " Bye" Alina wasn't in herself it was like her soul had left her body making her look like a complete zombie but her legs guided her to the field, she was now waiting near the balneary giving her flashback of her time while dating Jake where she was living in a lie, though something in her was telling that she still lived in that lie. Her thought were interrupted by a warm voice

"Jones...?"

"Me?"

"Yeah ... you" he giggled

"What are you doing here?"

"Emma said to meet you here"

"Oh I see, Let's go then" he said walking , she quickly followed him

"Where?"

"To the car?" He stopped in his tracks and took a look at her then his eyebrow lift, she stopped to looking at him with a weird face

"What's with the stupid face?" He asked

"I am not weird, I am just...tired?" He took a step closer while looking at her eyes his eyebrows now furrowed

"Tired or sick?" He questioned, placing his hand on top of her head, she blushed at the touched yet didn't move like her body and her mind were disconnected

"No fever still you're weird" he took of his hand and got more closer

"Is this all excitement for meeting me at the balneary?"

"You know if people didn't knew they would think you and I date" he said smirking

"What?" She asked looking everywhere

"Oh don't worry babe " he smirked, she bowed down her head so he couldn't she her face " nobody saw " he smiled walking back to the parking lot when they got there Emma was already waiting

Alina thought that she was pissed from them taking so long, in normal scenarios Emma would've burst out at both of them but she simply....

"Hey guys! Let's go" she said smiling

"Hello" Colten answered back opening the car, they got in the car Mercedes "Aren't you coming?" Colten asked Alina who was still paralyzed in front of the car

"Yeah..yeah I should " She got in the back of the car the two in th front talking happily during the trip she noticed Emma's papers on her legs,

"So Al-" That caught Alina attention she looked at Emma " Can I call you Al?"

"Hum- yeah?"

"Great! So what have you been doing?"

"Well I-"

"We have been full of work I've been helping my dear mother-in-law in her job and I also have been helping out in a dog shelter that your mom recommend me oh it great! You're quite the talk around there you go there in the summer?"

"The Royal Shelter in Wash-"

"Washington Street, yes! It's great helps me relax being with the dogs, I wasn't that good of a person back then yet now I'm a new woman right babe?" She question Colten, Alina saw Colten through the rear view mirror

"Oh Alina we really are happy I'm so thankful for you to. I should've told you... On the first days of school thanks for having my back you were really nice. I learned a lot from you.
