Alina's PoV

Last week of school, thank God! The party turned out amazing, everybody was so happy it was surely a day to remember. Personally my favorite part was the renew of vows and the fact that Zoey and Aaron got really close, I'm really hoping for that to work out.

Right now I have to get to school as quickly as I can! I didn't dress anything special, black pants, black shirt, a cozy coat and a pair of black boots

I got downstairs and greeted my parents

"Hi ma!"

"Hello sunshine" My mother said giving me a kiss

"Morning Dad!"

"Good morning love"

I grabbed a pancake and the coffee that was in the kitchen isle, I say my goodbyes and called for Toby

"TOBY!! IM LEAVING NOW"

"Wait sis! WAIT!" HE shouted from upstairs, I went outside and opened the car I got in and turn the heat on seconds later my brother was in the car with me and I drove us to school

"Yes sis" he smiled and waved at me, walking towards his friends

I walked to the gates of the school and stepped in, and today things we're weird. Everybody was looking at me like if I was some alien or so, I didn't like to say I was popular, people knew who I was because first my brother Aaron was quite popular around her then when Colten arrived I was always pranking him and finally I dated Jake, so yeah...

Usually people respected me, which was good, amazing in fact, people didn't talk that much to me, mostly guys which I don't know why but I'm not complaining... And today, everyone was looking at me weirdly, some of them were laughing, and I'm not liking this...

I turned around to the hall and I saw numerous flyers and posters attached to the hall with a photo of my face when I was around 7, and saying 'The weirdoo and the frog'

I stranged those words, my heart started to race everyone was laughing and out of a sudden a boy, Lukas, smiles at me and walked towards me he had a box in his hand, a box of glass he lifts the box up and there it was a frog

now...

I don't like frogs, it's a phobia, I hate it, it's disgusting, it makes me want to throw and scares the shit out of me. That's why I ain't tell anyone about it. Only few people know that.

So, normally, I screamed I started to panic and run to the nearest bathroom, I could ear the loud laughs in the corridor but before I got to the bathroom I heard a sound, I turned to the left and a little tv near the bar there was a video, my video, it was 10 years ago, I had a frog next to me and I was screaming like a mad person and crying so much that I couldn't breathe...  

The girl with the remote in the hand was Emma she turned herself to me and waved. I couldn't take this anymore.

My mind was hundred per hour

I am feeling hurt, my eyes are wet, my heart is bleeding, I feel this heaviness in my chest and a darkness that blinds my head. Somehow I go to the bathroom I closed the door and run to the toilet, throwing up.

I was fed up by fear, humiliation, revolt, anger... I was feeling nauseous, sick...

As I throw up, I suddenly heard the door open and a few girls screaming in the bathroom

"Where is she?"

The next thing I knew, someone grabbed my hair in a ponytail and held my head

"Hey hey you okay, now!" I heard, for some reason the voice was familiar but I couldn't understand who it was my head was confused.
" Relax, look at me!"

My head was turned to the right and my eyes drifted to his eyes. Colten's eyes. "Hey hey... You're okay just look at me"

He grabbed some paper and cleaned my mouth and took me to the sink carefully.

He washed my whole face and then cleaned it up with paper. I looked at the mirror and I just couldn't handle it anymore I started to cry, my eyes were puffy and red, they hurted like hell

"I'm here, I'll take care of you! Calm down, it's okay" he said to me like if it was ok and if I got out of the bathroom people wouldn't be out here laughing at me

"It's not ok! It's not- not ok... " I cried out "How can anyone know about this?"

"Shhh don't think about it, cmon"

"You know how I always hated to care about people thoughts but I-"

"Yeah I know "

"But right now I can not do it" I sobbed into his chest, he holds me tight like he actually cared about me and I felt safe in his arms as hard it is to admit

"Why did she do this?"

"Who?" he questioned

"You don't know?"

"No, I just got into the school when I saw the posters I ran to the bathroom to find you" he said "Wait! You know who did this to you?"

"No" I simply said, this was my problem to solve. I didn't need him to warn his girlfriend or have any kind of conversations with her about me and her behaviors.

"But you just said-"

"Yeah I know, forget that" I said, he let me go and unexpectedly I wasn't warmer anymore.

"Are you seriously not going to tell me who did this to you?"

"I don't know who it was!"

"You know that I can see when you lying, right?"

"Yeah, then you understand that I just simply don't want you to know"

"who the hell was it? " he raised his voice

"Im not gonna tell you!" she stated

"You-"

"This is my problem, my fight, it's my only right to end with it! Not you!"

"I protect you that's what I do"

"You protect me because you just do everything that my parents tell you to do! You're not here because you want to and I'm not going to demand you to! I am going to do it alone!"

"That's why you need someone to protect you because you don't think!"

"You're so fucking stubborn "

"Yeah I have thousand of imperfections to you don't I? Just let it be then, just let me be! Stop scolding me just because my parents want you to safeguard me, ok?"

"Fine...It's your choice" he walked to the door and opened "Just know that next time I won't be there..." he said looking to her eyes and leaving the bathroom

"I don't know, Zoey, I don't know" Alina responded

"Maybe she feels like your competition"

" Well, when you're in trouble he runs to help you"

"Because he feels loyal to my parents he doesn't do it because he actually cares..."

"Dude, I Know , but she doesn't... And besides she kinda never liked you"

"That's true"

"Maybe she wants a little competition..." Zoey said smirking

"Yeah she wants war"

"Then give it to her. She needs to learn that she's not some untouchable badass that dates with some douche bag, King of the school"

"This week I'm going to show her war"

"That's my girl" Zoey squealed happily

"Prank Queen is back, bitches!"

Colten's PoV

It was Tuesday, I didn't even wanted to remember yesterday, it was a awful day just to think that- no I need to forget it!

I was late as always, I parked my car and got inside the school I suddenly received a message

Where are you?

Fine, I'm going to my locker ok?

I walked as quickly as I could to the lockers so I could see my girlfriend before I got into the class. I was in the corridor of her locker, I saw her going directly to it, she waved at me and smiled. I walked to her, I saw her opening the locked and when she did, green paint jumped into her face, she started to screamed then a few confetis got out of the locker too gluing to her face full of paint.

"Yearbook" Sheldon said laughing and taking a picture, I gave him some deathly glares and he got out but it was to late, the corridor was full of people and laughs. I got near her to try to help her out.

"COLTEN! IM FULL OF PAINTTTT!"

"Yah I know calm down..." I was trying to take the paint out of her eyes when a song starts to play

"BABE SOMEONE IS MAKING FUN OF ME KILL THEMMMMMM" she screamed

Everyone laughed even more, everyone was taking pictures and singing along

"YOU BITCH!" Emma shouted, she tried to open her eyes and tried to grab her but she wasnt able to by the time Alina had gone with a smirk on her face and a mission accomplished

"You need to go to the bathroom to take that off of your face " I advised her

"You know you're cute when you're concentrated?" Emma questioned, we were in my room studying, yes studying! I was finishing my literature work while she was doing whatever she does...

"Yeah but yesterday you were finishing me " I rolled my eyes at her commented and focused on my work

"Uh you're a boomer" she breathed... After some silence I finished my work and I packed the things I need in a bag for school tomorrow I cleaned my table and when I looked at her, she had a old photo album in her hands

"Where did you found that?" I questioned her trying to take the book out of her hand

"Somewhere" she smirked "Oh you were so cute when you were little " she said when she turned the page her eyes widenned and my heart started to race "Oh my God, who is this?" she laughed, she turned the album to me and pointed to a photo

"Is this Alina ?" she laughed

"Yes, now give me the book"

"She's crying!" she laughed "why is she crying?"

"She saw something she didn't like"

"Whats was it?"

"Something she is really afraid of... Now give me that " I said taking the album out of her hands

"Alright calm down" she smirked laying on my bed again "How old were you ?"

"Around 7, 8?! Maybe..." I told her

"That was a funny ass picture"

"Yeah" I mumbled, stowing the album somewhere where she couldn't find it

"It had a description below something like 'more in video file', what is that about?"

"Nothing"

"Are you hiding things from me?"

"No"

"Then what was it?"

"There's just a video of that"

"Of her crying? Can I see it?"

"No you can not" I said and she pouted

"Fine...I'm hungry"

"I'll go get something to eat"

"Sandwiches?"

"Sure"

"I'm quite tired, I'll stay here and wait for you..."

"ok" I kissed her lips and walked downstairs to make the sandwiches
