It was Friday night. Five o' clock had started in Springfield and so it was time for everyone to finish up a busy day at work and go home. This was especially true over at the power plant. Not so much for the workers after a long day of doing nothing, but the plants elderly owner had had a long and tiring day of business deals and the likes. At least he wasn't alone when he went home though, because he had a very special someone in his life. Ever since you came into his life, things weren't the same for either of you, everyday was brighter now that you had each other.

"Ah, clocking off work for the day, eh?" He enquired with a grin as he saw you going back to your car"

'You should know" You smiled and put your arms on his shoulders and around him.

"Indeed i do, i was just being polite"

"I know you were. Well, looking forward to seeing you tomorrow" You blew him a kiss and were about to enter your car when he said something else.

"Oh well, just another lonely weekend in the lonely old mansion by myself then" He sighed.

You stopped. "Maybe it doesn't have to be lonely?" You said in a sultry voice with a seductive expression as you put your hand on his shoulder and your finger under his chin.

"What did you have in mind?" He asked, confused.

"Call on me later and you'll see" You winked as you drove off.

He scratched his head, wondering what you meant by this, but went home to get ready before calling round at yours a little later. Smithers drove him all the way over to yours and Mr Burns made his way to your door, wondering what you wanted. The door opened to reveal you standing there, leaning against the door frame, with a seductive expression, dressed in a red dress and looking pretty hot. He stood there, wide eyed, mouth agape.

"Well, what do you think?" You asked with a chuckle at how silly he was looking right now.

"You...you look, excellent my dear, but what's this all in aid of?" He asked as he studied your appearance.

"Our date tonight, of course!"

"Our date? Is there something i forgot here?" He panicked as tried to remember everything he should. Lets see, he'd recently forgot to take the hounds to the vet, Smithers birthday, safety of the plant employees...? No that wasn't it.

"No, it's just that you were bored, so why not have a night out?" You laughed. "Come on then! Aren't you going to be a gentleman?" You raised an eyebrow as you looked at the car.

"Hmm? Oh, yes! Smithers! Open the car door for (y/n)!" He instructed his young assistant. You rolled your eyes and got in the back of the car and sat beside Monty and Smithers drove off. As the car drove off, you got up real close to him, putting your arms around him and legs on top of him as he stared at you, uncomfortably.

"Good Heavens, whatever ae you doing?" His face went crimson as you made a move on him.

"Gotta be careful, we might go over some speed bumps" You replied casually..

"Ah, you're absolutely right! Never can be too careful with all this road rage and fast paced lifestyle nowadays. Such a sound idea, sweetness" He answered, completely oblivious. Smithers wasn't so clueless and watched you both in jealousy. "Better watch you don't crush him" He muttered.

"What's that?"

"Nothing"

You both arrived at the gilded truffle for a night an evening of romance, passion and hopefully something to eat. You both found a table next to a violinist who was playing a romantic tune. You both ordered something to eat and just wanted to really enjoy one and others company while you both waited. You rested your arms on the table and gave him a flirty look but he just looked around at the place.

"Back here again? My, i must say, the old place hasn't changed much" He smiled as he admired the atmosphere and decor. You just grunted and frowned as you didn't want to hear about what he did or where he went with his old girlfriends as tonight was a special night.

"What?" He asked, wondering what the sudden change in your mood was all about.

"Nvm" You muttered and looked away. You noticed him looking with disgust at some really annoying, loud couple, displaying their love in a really stupid and childish way.

"Hey, Monty" You giggled.

"Hmm?"

You started imitating them and talking like a baby and Monty started laughing and you both cackled wickedly! Everyone in the place started looking at you two and your evil joke, but neither of you cared. Your food came and then you both started feeding each other and laughing at your stupid jokes. This was exactly the sort of relaxation you both needed. You both left the restaurant in high spirits, giggling and stumbling on your way out, when Monty alerted you of his brilliant idea.

"(y/n)! Come back to the manor with me!" You were about to say something, but he put his thin finger on your lips and stopped you. "And don't even bother to say you can't because you have work tomorrow, for i know it's Saturday tomorrow"

"Well...." You pretended to think about it. "Ok!"

You were both in high spirits after your night at out as you both sat there in the manor. You sat down together and talked. The t.v. was off as that would just be a distraction to your love. He poured you both a drink and you talked together until the small hours, by that point it was a bit late for you to even go home, but it didn't matter. You noticed he had already fallen asleep right there beside you! How adorable! You were feeling pretty tired yourself by now, so you stretched your arms and lay down beside him on the couch, the end to a magical evening.
