Red Flag

I think my biggest Red Flag is that, i never know how to talk about my feelings. When m going through something, I just stop talking to everyone till I feel okay again. I just shut down.

I'll talk to myself whole day about how I'm feeling and will explain myself so well but getting it to actually come out of my mouth is so hard.

Then I become fine and start pretending like everything is okay and nothing ever happened!

I just deal things like this...!
