My eyes flutters open and I can see I'm still in my room,why on earth did I have a nightmare is this a sign?

*Door knocks*

Dr Sam-"Hello Melody,how are you feeling today" she says in a monotone voice

Melody-"I'm feeling 100%"

Dr Sam"I got some good news for you,your getting released

*A huge smile plastered on my face*

"Finally"I thought to myself

Dr Sam"Your boyfriend is coming to collect you".

I froze for a while"Huh what boyfriend"

Dr Sam "That guy urm I think his name is Jason or something he's been here for you for the whole way through you can tell he adores you and your child, when he found you he had a massive breakdown but he kept on holding on for you.Can I give you a friendly advice
