Essie cut the conversation short for two reasons. One being she did actually have to help her grandpa. But also the fact she just found out that her plans were not going to happen. She was planning to go stay with her aunt and step-uncle and cousins in England so that she could see them but also Harry and possibly Sam and Tom.

She was going to arrange it with her aunt that evening but she need not to anymore. If Harry wasn't going to be in the country then there was no point to it. Yes, seeing her family would be fun but they had to work and Charlotte would be in school meaning she would be alone, and that would be the time she would be seeing Harry. Or so she had planned.

Maybe it would have to wait.

Essie helped her grandpa with packing some boxes into his car that he was taking to the butchers and she returned to her brothers and Shona.

The group broke off into a run, heading out init he country roads. They did this all of the time. They would just walk through the countryside and hang around with each other. It was a rarity that they all had time off and at home with each other so times like these were precious.

So as they spent with each other doing all manner of things, adventuring further into the countryside by car, going to the coast and even into the city. It was a wonderful few days that Essie was thankful that she could document as it probably wouldn't be happening for a while as Prosper was going to France to film his new movie and Fra was going travelling with a few friends. It was a lovely few days to suffice for the next few months away from each other.
