It was almost 4 pm 

Mehta Mansion was all decorated with flowers and lights... 

Amol to the manger: Please see that the stage is decorated with flowers and there should be one sofa and two chairs at either side of the sofa and keep two stool in front of the sofa, and please make it sure it is completed soon

"Amol is the caterers here?" Ashish asked

"Yess Papa, they have started cooking"  Amol replied 

Avni was getting ready and Neela and Anjali were helping her...

"Done, you ready Avni... Anjali once check if something is left" Neela asked Anjali while putting the dupatta 

"Wahh my baby is looking so beautiful but one thing is left," Anjali said while looking at Avni 

" What " Neela asked 

"Kala tika maa, Meri Avni ko kisi ki nazar na lag Jaye"Anjali replied and
removed a little of her kajal and apply it behind Avni's Ear

" Wah kya ready kiya hai aapne avni Mrs. Mehta," Anjali said to Neela in a dramatical manner 

"Sukriya Choti Mrs. Mehta" Neela replied in the same manner

"Hogaya aap dono ka" Avni said 

"Haan Miss Mehta" Anjali said

"Soon to Mrs. Khanna" Neela said

"Maa " Avni said 

"Aree I said truth na" Neela replied

Ashish came to Avni's Room

"Neela Avni ready hui ki nahi " Ashish enquired 

"I m ready papa... "Avni replies

"Mera bacha Bhut hi badiya lag rahe hai " Ashish said while hugging Avni

Amol also came to the room 

"Maa come with me and check the stage once and Anjali please check foods" Amol said  

"Bacha you rest till the time Khanna's come and if you need anything call me" Ashish told to Avni

"Ok papa" Avni replied

Neela and Amol went to check hall decoration, Ashish went to check outer decoration and Anjali checked the food arrangements 

Stage Decoration 

Everything was ready... Guest started to come...

Amol and Ashish were welcoming guest 

Neela: Anjali where are Mehandi girls...

Anjali: Maa I sent them to the guest room

Amol came to Neela and Anjali

Amol: Maa Anjali come Khanna's have arrived

Mehta's welcomed Khanna's 

Ashish: Amol go and call Avni

Anjali took Neil to stage and Amol took Avni to stage...

"Ek dam pari lag rahi hai meri bahu(Avni is looking like a fairy)" Bebe said to Shweta while looking at Avni

"So let's start today's function " Amol said like a host to grab everyone's attention

Central Area of the hall was left for the performances...

Bebe, Neela, Shweta, and Anjali came to the stage and did the rituals...

Then mehndi girls came to the stage and started to apply Mehandi on Avni and Neil's hand...

Soon 5 girls came to perform and there face were covered with a dupatta... Soon the song started

Haathon mein khilne waali hain

They started to dance and uncovered there face... Avni was shocked to see them (They were Avni's college friends )

Soon two came to stage and pulled Anjali and Avni to the dancing area...

Soon they pulled all the ladies in dance they made avni dance in middle and made a circle around her and started dance

Amol went to stage and brought neil to dance and made him dance in middle with avni... He called other boys also to join the circle and he pulled Prakash and ashish also into the dance

Neela and Shweta took avneil back to the stage while other keep dancing

Gaaje baaje baraati ghoda gaadi aur haathi ko

Teri mehandi woh dekhenge
To apna dil rakh denge
Woh pairon mein tere chupke se hariyali banni
Mehandi roop sanwaare
O mehandi rang nikhaare
O hariyali banni ke aanchal mein utrenge taare

Some girls came on stage to tease avni and then went back to continue dance

They ended the dance and went to avni to congrats her...

"We use to miss you a lot avni" one of her friend said...

(Avni went to New York college in student interchange scheme for a year and these were her New York friends)

"I also missed you alott" Avni replies and stands up to hug them...

"Be careful with your mehandi or jiju will kill us" one of them said teasing avni...

" Jiju Ji we are avni's friends cum sister... " they introduced themselves to neil

"Bas... Now talk later you all go and change" Anjali came and sent them to change the dress

Other Mehandi girls were applying Mehandi to other home member and then to guests...

"Ohk so we have a game" Amol came and announced
