Stop expecting. Start accepting. Life becomes much easier that way.

A week later, the light element is finally back to school, having the freedom he deserves and living a good, normal life he have been longing for a long time. There's nothing nor nobody to burden him anymore, and he could finally live in peace.
We were young
Posters on the wall
The moment Duri asked him if he was ready to become a part of his family, he was indeed very grateful. He was more than just happy. No words can describe how much gleeful he was when he was accepted by Duri and his parents.
Praying we're the ones
That the teacher wouldn't call
He felt so blessed, so lucky to be a part of Duri's family. Finally, the leaf element became his brother, and also his best friend at the same time. He was genuinely thankful to become friends with Duri, and this was truly the best good deed he'd ever received from saving his friend in the past, for having a good and kind heart to help the people in need.
We would stare at each other
'Cause we were always in trouble
Up until now, Solar was still trying to adopt himself from his new family he have, but he's slowly doing a great progress as time goes by. He is now comfortable with his new family, a new adopted son for Duri's parents and a new brother for the nature element.
And all the cool kids
Did their own thing
He was treated kindly by his new parents, he was given the care and appreciation he truly deserves, and loves him for who he is. Not only Solar who was contented by it, but also Duri's parents, and his new brother, Duri, and they're happy to see that Solar wholeheartedly appreciates them to become a part of their family.
I was on the outside
Always looking in
Meanwhile, the seven teenage elements are currently having their lunch break in the cafeteria. The group of elementals are finally back together but, the two people from it seemed to be really silent whilst everyone from the group are sharing stories and talking with one another happily. Fortunately, Blaze and Ais noticed this and will be coming to the rescue to make the circle of friendship back again.

After school, the lightning element decided to stay on the balcony of the school for a while, to think silently for a while in his thoughts. Not for long, the fire element came, and Halilintar felt his presence.
Yeah, I was there but I wasn't
"What do you want, chicken-head?"
They never really cared if I was in
Blaze paused for a moment before staring blankly at the electrical element, his eyes blinking twice in disbelief. Few seconds later, he just shrugged his insults off and went beside him. "Well, I heard what happened between you and Solar. Duri told us."
We all need that someone
Who gets you like no one else
"Of course he would. And just go home. I don't need your advices, Blaze."
Right when you need it the most
"I won't lecture you some, don't worry. You only need to reflect on your own. I'll just be here, accompanying you for a while since Taufan was called up by our coach to discuss with something." The fire element gave him a small smile before the whole atmosphere around them became quiet. Not a threatening one, but a peaceful silence.
We all need a soul to rely on
A shoulder to cry on
Soon after, Halilintar spoke up.
A friend through the highs and the lows
"Blaze, do you think he'll forgive me for what I've done?"
I'm not gonna make it alone
Blaze thought for a moment while humming. "I think he will. Since, he's just upset for the fact that all those cops suddenly showing up infront of his house, his parents going in jail was clearly a shocking and an unexpected incident to him. And also, for the fact that he's not ready to go in the orphanage because obviously, who wants to live there anyway?" He stated, pursing his lips.

"Halilintar, for me, probably what you did is partly wrong. Considering that you haven't thought what would Solar feel when you did what you've done. But, the half part of it, I think what you did is very considerate of you." Blaze genuinely said, curving a warm smile on his lips. "You just saved him from his cruel parents. You saved him from his suicidal thoughts or worst, ending his own life at a young age. You know, you should be proud with yourself for being thoughtful for others, especially for Solar. But also, don't forget to ask for forgiveness to him. I'm sure he's already coped up with his life, now that he's living with Duri."
I'm not gonna make it alone
The lightning element felt relieved after hearing those words from the fire elemental's mouth. He then took Blaze's advice gladly and gave him a small, sincere smile. "Thanks Blaze."
La la la la la la
La la la la la –lone
The fire element chuckled lightly and patted Halilintar on the back gently. "No problem, famous bad boy of Stanford High~" He teased, making the lightning element snort from his reply and playfully rolled his eyes.

Meanwhile with the light element, he planned to stay in the classroom for a while and sat alone in a chair, letting his friend-- but now his brother-- Duri to go on ahead to their home. He took this time to breathe in and relax, while thinking through some things with his mind for a short moment.
Then I saw your face
Your forgiving eyes
A short while later, the ice element made his way towards the light elemental alchemist, sitting down on a chair beside him. Solar noticed this but kind of ignored his presence being here.
Looking back at me
From the other side
"Hey Sol. How are you feeling?" Ais greeted, making the said person turn to face him.
Like you understood me
And I'm never letting you go, oh
"I'm doing pretty good. Mind me asking what are you doing here?" Solar asked, with one of his eyebrows raised at the ice element.
We all need that someone
Who gets you like no one else
"Nothing, just checking if you're doing okay."
Right when you need it the most
"Well, now that you know, you can now leave me alone."
We all need a soul to rely on
A shoulder to cry on
Ais hummed and shrugged his shoulders. "Probably won't."
A friend through the highs and the lows
Solar stared at him, frowning. "Are you not satisfied with my answer?"
I'm not gonna make it alone
"Partially, yes."
La la la la la la
"Then, what do you want to know?"
La la la la la –lone
"What's on your mind."
I'm not gonna make it alone
The light element became silent, then ignored the ice element beside him as he looked away.
La la la la la la
"Your rival, isn't it?" Ais asked, smiling faintly at him.
La la la la la –lone
Solar bit his lower lip and faced the person beside him again, his brows knitted while looking at him in disbelief. "How did you know...?"
I'm not gonna make it alone
"Because, I'm a fortune teller."
La la la la la la
"Oh, fudge off."
La la la la la –lone
Ais only chuckled softly. "I was only trying to lighten up the mood." He calmly said, still chuckling from the light elemental's response. Solar then chuckled lightly along and curved a small smile.
I'm not gonna make it alone
"But seriously, I think I can help you too. After all, I did help your friend, Duri when you two aren't in good terms." The light-blue eyed boy said, as he smiled gently at him.
La la la la la la
The famed alchemist hummed in thought, before smiling sadly at him and gave him a nod.
La la la la la –lone
"Okay, let me hear what you wanna say."
"Well," The light element uttered. "I'm just having a hard time forgiving my rival for what he'd done. I know he only wants me to be free from being a puppet where my parents took control of my life but, it just pains me when I was told to stay in the orphanage after seeing my parents gor arrested by the police. He knows how much I hate the orphanage and I trusted him not to tell Duri what's been going on with my life, but he just didn't kept my word at all." He finished, sighing deeply afterwards.
I'm not gonna make it alone
The ice element hummed and nodded. "Okay then."
"First and for most, don't think too much about your past. Live in the present and focus on your future." Ais stated. "Lastly, he did what he needed to do in order to set you free from your harsh parents because that only means one thing: He cares for someone like you."
La la la la la la
"But, we're rivals..." Solar slightly frowned.
"Who are also friends from within." Ais added, smiling warmly at the light element.
La la la la la –lone
"But how can I forgive him? I just... couldn't find the exact and meaningful words to say..." The light elemental alchemist shook his head, sighing once more.
I'm not gonna make it alone
"You know," Ais spoke as he summoned a key and a heart padlock made out of snow from his hands. "Words are like keys. If you choose them right..." He then put the key on the lock of the heart padlock and turned it, making the lock open. "They can open any heart and shut any mouth."
La la la la la la
"Wow..." Solar stared at the two snow objects from Ais' hands, astonished. "That's deep." He complimented, grinning a bit. "And, thanks for that, Ais. I appreciate your help." He genuinely said, smiling warmly at the ice element, in which is what the latter also gave to him in return.
La la la la la –lone
"Anytime, Sol."

'Cause you are that someone
That gets me like no one else
Right when I need it the most
"Okay, Electrical students! I'll give you all a few minutes to review your notes, then we'll start our quiz." The Electrical teacher said, smiling to all her students before going to the teacher's table to wait for the time to pass.
And I'll be the one you rely on
A shoulder to cry on
A friend through the highs and the lows
Presently, the lightning and the light elemental rivals didn't review their notes instead, to stare blankly on their desks. They were silent, not only because it's their time to review the notes for Electrical but, to the fact that they don't know how to start the talk with one another.
I'm not gonna make it alone
La la la la la la
La la la la la –lone
That was until, Solar scoffed quietly and spoke.
"Grumpy electricity.." He muttered, but Halilintar heard what he said as he joined the insult along.
I'm not gonna make it alone
La la la la la la
La la la la la –lone
"Glowing Geek.."
"Grouchy Demon..."
"Four-eyed mad scientist..."
I'm not gonna make it alone
La la la la la la
La la la la la –lone
"Big-headed, zombie-looking vampire.."
"Arrogant, roguish witch.."
The two rivals then looked at each other and cringed, laughing silently at their silly responses. They did a fistbump with each other and laughed once more.
I'm not gonna make it alone
La la la la la la

"It's good to be back, popular bad boy of Stanford High." Solar stated, grinning. The lightning element also grinned in return.
"Good to be back, famed alchemist of Stanford High."
I'm not gonna make it alone
