Silverkit looked over to Blizzardkit as she ate her mouse with Winterkit.

"Hey Winterkit! Do you wanna ask Blizzardkit to play with us?" She whispered to him as they finished it.

"Ew. No. He's weird." Winterkit said curtly.

Silverkit rolled her eyes and stood up. "Stop being so mean."

"It's true!" He said as she padded away from him and towards Blizzardkit.

"Hi Blizzardkit! Do you wanna play with me and Winterkit?" Silverkit said cheerfully.

Blizzardkit looked up at her and slowly nodded. "U-uhm.... okay.."

Silverkit smiled happily and ran back over to Winterkit, with Blizzardkit on her tail.

"Okay, what do you guys wanna play?" She asked.

"Uhm, how about tag?" Blizzardkit said.

Silverkit nodded, but Winterkit still looked at Blizzardkit like he was from the depths of the Dark Forest. She angrily nudged him and he looked away.

"Okay! I'll start, you get a ten second head-start!" Silverkit said as they both dashed off.

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten! Here I come!"

Silverkit looked around and spotted Winterkit's tail behind a small bush.

Silverkit smirked and padded over slowly.

"Boo!" She suddenly screeched.

Winterkit screamed and fell over, giving Silverkit the chance to tag him.

"Hah! You're it!"

She screeched and ran away as Winterkit growled and chased after her.

"You'll never catch m- Oof!" She had run right into Woodtail.

"Sorry Woodytail!" Silverkit said before getting up and running again.

She tried to skid to a halt as Blizzardkit came into view infront of her, but to no avail.

"Blizzardkit! Watch ou-" She was cut off as she crashed into him and sent them sprawling.

Behind her, Silverkit could hear Winterkit burst out laughing.

"Wow, you klutz, are you trying to give yourself a brain injury? As if your brain isn't already messed up enough..."
Winterkit smirked.

Silverkit leaped to her paws in defense. "Hey! At least I'm not as easily scared as you are!"

"Shut up!" Winterkit hissed.

"Winterkit! Silverkit! Time for bed!" Their mother, Heatherlight, called from the nursery.

"But it's not even dar-" Silverkit started, but looked outside to see the sun almost completely below the horizon, and the sky filled with stars.
"-Oh"

She raced back over to the nursery and curled up beside Winterkit and Heatherlight, who before long, were deeply sleeping.
