Prolouge
An arrow whizzed passed her. "Missed me!" Moon yelled at the hunter. Another arrow passes her so close she felt it brush her skin. "I know you can do better than that!" she taunted.
"Oh dear Silvermoon, indeed I can," said the hunter calmly. For some reason it annoyed her that he was using such a calm tone while hunting her down. Who is ever calm while trying to kill her! She was a hard to get creature! Moon was starting to get nervous that he would catch up. She hasn't slept in days.
As soon as she slows her pace, yet another arrow flys by her. This time it left a cut on her hand. She yipped. Every step was agonizing. Then she came up with an idea. It was risky, but it was worth a shot. So she turned and jumped up to the nearest branch of the tree next to her. Her injured arm stung as she pulled herself up and turned invisible. She sat down on the branch and steadied her breath when the hunter passes by. Moon smiled She looked down to see the confused and angered face of the hunter. He continued to run down the icy landscape.
She turned back to her human form. Her silvery hair flowed with the wind. She examined the cut with her stormy gray eyes. The cut was deep, but it wasn't too deep. It would heal fast. Moon climbed down from the tree and for the first time in days she slept. But as her vision started to get blury, a shadowy figure appeared in the mist of nightfall. It said something she couldnt hear, but Moon had a premonition that she would wake up to a surprise.
