Year:1999

Imagine:
Chris has been on tour for over a month and you're beginning to miss him, this tour was nearly 5 months and it was a long while to be away from him.

You had just woken up and was lying in bed trying to wake up, a few minutes later you rolled over and saw that your phone screen was saying there was a message from Chris "hey y/n, missing you loads! Tour is going well, hope you're okay. I love you lots" this made you miss him more.
Then an idea came into your head..what if you were to go and see him, as a surprise?

The idea pondered in your head as you made yourself breakfast and turned on the radio, while fussing the neighbours cat who came in every day. You'd finished breakfast and got dressed for your part time job that you had until you went back working full time.
You left the house and started your journey to the store, when you arrived you were greeted by your manager who looked angry "morning Barn" you spoke, "your late y/n, now get ready we have costumers waiting." From that point, the day had been stressful, the customers being the majority as well as some of your co-workers. When your shift was over you left and went straight home, changed into your nightwear and sat on the sofa.

The program you were watching was interrupted by the phone ringing, you saw it was Chris "hey honey, how's tour going ?" You asked him "it's going great babe, just finished playing tonight and are about to set off to somewhere, I don't know where" he laughed, you sighed a little "you okay y/n ?" "I'm fine just stressed" you heard him huff "tell me everything" and that's what you did for the next hour and a half, complained about your job.
Things then started to become sweeter "really wish you were here y/n" Chris spoke, you awed "I'm missing you too Chris" replying back to him "I love you", "I love you too and I'm sure we'll be with each other soon" you threw that hint to him "y/n I have to go now, i love and miss you, goodnight" and hung up the phone, leaving you to go to bed happy.

Every night Chris would phone you and see how you were, this carried on until you texted Ben and asked when they were having their tour break.
"Hey Ben, how're thing ?", " yeah things are good thanks. To answer your question, we've got a break mid November" you thought for a second and replied "thank you, and thanks for helping me with this" you said "hey it's no problem, by the way you'll probably have Dan pick you up" he said "yeah that's fine, haven't spoke to Daniel in a little while..oops" you both laughed, but the phone call was ended as you heard Chris's voice call Ben.

The next morning you got onto your computer and started to look for flights to their location, after looking for a little while, you found the right flight that was affordable with money left.
Next step was to phone Dan, you started to call him "hey dan it's y/n", "hey y/n how are you ?" He sounded happy to hear from you "I'm good thanks, been ages since I last spoke to you" you apologised.
"We're both at fault, guessing you're phoning about 'cough' " "I am yes, so are you able to ?" Dan hummed in thought "I'll do it but you're paying me" Daniel jokingly said "Better start looking for a taxi then" you could tell he was rolling his eyes at you "but thanks for doing this" you cheerfully thanked him then saying your goodbyes.
The tickets had been brought successfully, you'd gotten a flight to Auckland for three weeks, the hardest part was waiting the next fortnight to leave.
You'd been packing for the past week as tomorrow was the day that you'll be hopping on a plane and flying to see your boyfriend.
Chris was unsuspecting of you coming but had his eye on Ben and Daniel, as they had been using their phones more often when they hardly use them and ending calls whenever he was around.

The phone started ringing, it was Ben "hey, everything okay ?" "Things are fine, just checking you know the plan" he yawned, "yes I remember" there was a short silence "good, he's been non stop talking about you, glad you're coming over" Ben laughed.
"All should go to plan" "Nice! See you tomorrow, night" and hung up.

You were too happy and nervous to sleep but you had to rest for the journey. Thursday morning came, you woke up, got ready and left to catch your flight.
Arriving at the airport was the tricky part as there were few parking spaces but you'd gotten lucky and found one near the entrance. "Gate 7..gate 7" you quietly told yourself walking through the large crowds of people. Seating yourself on a bench you saw that there was an hour and a half wait until you could board. You watched as people were reunited, the sight making you happier and excited to see Chris after months apart.

"Gate 7 to Auckland now boarding" the speakers informed, you got up and got onto the plane without problems. Half an hour later you were in the sky making your way to Chris.

The journey to Auckland felt longer and you were ready to get off the plane, you had stepped into the airport terminal and was searching around to see Dan, within 5 minutes you saw him and went over to him, being greeted with a tight hug and bear plush "shall we go" he said and lead the way to his car "it's great to see you again dan" you smiled "same to you y/n." Dan and yourself were talking the whole way back to the hotel, before you went inside Daniel told you that you'd have to go into hiding for a little as Chris was out with Ben. You followed Dan to his room and continued to catch up for a few hours. "I think their back now" he spoke, you laughed "you could hear them from down the hall. I'll surprise him in a minute."

A few minutes later you and Daniel quietly snuck out and made your way to Chris room, just as you were about to knock on the door, the door flew open revealing a shirtless Ben who was laughing "oh my god" you said in shock, Chris was flustered and looked as shocked as you did, he then saw you next to Daniel "y/n !" Chris exclaimed and embraced you in a hug that lasted a while "I missed you so fucking much" he said while kissing you, you were so happy to see Chris again that you had small tears in your eyes, "not what I was expecting but it was funny" you said to Chris and Ben as they looked at each other "wait..did you two know that she was coming ?" Chris questioned his band mates "we did yes, that's why we were on our phones a lot. To get y/n here to surprise you" Daniel said happily "been planning for weeks" you said smiling up to Chris who looked like a kid at Christmas, he didn't have much to say just thanking Ben and Daniel mostly as well as still hugging you tightly.
"How'd a night on the town sound" suggesting to the boys "sounds good to me" they all replied "meet in 5 ?" With that they left for their rooms, leaving you and Chris "I'm so glad you're here babe, was lonely without you" you kissed him "I know, that's how home felt" "how long are you with us ?" He asked "three weeks give or take" replying to him.
You all met up in the main entrance and made your way into the town, the whole night was going into bars and getting drinks while wondering round the town causing a little trouble as 19-20 year olds do.
