Thirty days after the "Silver Spoon" was found in the woods off Casper Cove landing, Serena O'Hara Arbor stood trial for the murder of her daughter.

The Crown pitched that there would've been no plausible way that Serena simply dreamt up the whereabouts of her eleven month old daughter. Officer Randy Zokowski gave his statement on the stand that Serena was intent on the drive, she almost seemed sure that the baby girl would be in the area.
Since the twins were claimed to have been left in the car as Serena went not only into the bank but also into the grocery store for a total of twenty two minutes, that it's either a case of cover up for her misdoings or hypothetically speaking someone could've taken the one baby but left the other.

Jack Sky presented the obvious to the court and the fact that Della and Mark also seen their not so loved sister in law that they possibly snatched up the baby in hopes of causing a massive scare to a mother who purposefully left her beloved babies in the car.
Jack continued on with the notion that to teach the wayward a lesson they would cause a scare and this scare went too far.

Evidence proved that yes indeed Serena was seen going into the bank. It shows her checking on her twins.
The camera also seen Mark's car pull up close to Serena's car. However there was no motion detected and the cameras skipped an hour.

The crown went on to explain that there was no way that Serena saw Della and Mark driving to the bank both in opposite directions.

Jack Sky couldn't get them to explain then how they both ended up at the bank. Della and Mark stated they didn't see Serena driving and they didn't notice her car at the bank.

The headlines began to identify the "Arbor Families at war! Who killed Silver Arbor"

This didn't sit well with the Arbors in general as they firmly believed Serena made all this up and was seeking to blame their only daughter for the death of hers!

The jury seemed perplexed.

What wasn't understood is how neither Dusty or Serena checked on their children for fifteen hours. Babies who cry, simply didn't cry the whole night? The crown was painting a picture of deceits.

The Arbors were not about to have their name dragged through the mud of Casper Cove.

Serena's dreams were put to test as being truthful. Her mental wellbeing was put on trial and by this fact she could've snapped reality and took her baby to the woods and fashioned her to look like a larger version of a spoon to fit aesthetics.

Preposterous! Was the defences stance. The baby looked just as envisioned. She lay there in white snowsuit and the baby blue blanket.

Over the next eighteen days the defence began to have a field day with all the wrongs in this case...
