Biana's POV:

"Awwwww, come on, Sophie. It's just one night!!!"I protested.

"And it could take just one night for the Neverseen to attack our families. And I still need to look for Keefe."Sophie said over the imparter.

"But we would be working on trying to think about how to defeat the Neverseen and find out where Keefe while you guys are here!! Isn't it a win-win solution?"I asked, praying this would work.

"For you, yes it is."Sophie grumbled, continuing,"Fine, since I don't think you're going to stop bugging me until I agree. I'll hail everyone to come over to you and Fitz's house. We'll meet you in 10 minutes."

I nodded excitedly and Sophie's face blinked away, then I whooped in delight.

It had been so long since we had a sleepover, and even then, it had been under tight circumstances.

Now, Sophie was tiring herself out, she had gone to many places in the the Forbidden Cities to find Keefe, but right now, she had no such luck.

The Neverseen were now scrambling on trying to make up for the loss they had since Sophie burned down their facility.

The Black Swan was quiet, trying to work out a plan to protect Sophie since her spectacular show of deciding to burn down the Neverseen and kinda declaring war.

But all that waiting made me so. very. bored.

Until I came up with the idea of the sleepover!

I grinned as I walked to my brother's room, poking my head through his door,saying,"Fitzypoo, the others are coming over. Hurry up and get ready."

Fitz sighed as he quickly applied gel onto his hair and running up to me.

"Woah, its the first time you've been ready early. The other time we were late since you had to pick the perfect dress. Are you having a fever or something?" He asked, putting his hand on my forehead.

I swatted it away, "What do you know about me? The last ti-"

"Hey guys!" Sophie's voice rang throughout the house.

"They're here!" I shouted excitedly, running towards them.

"Someone's excited...."grumbled Fitz as he walked towards the group.

I rolled my eyes. He was so annoying.

But I still grinned at Sophie, "C'mon! Let the fun begin!"

"I thought we were going to talk about-"

"Ah Ah Ahhhh!!! You've been under too much pressure lately, you need to take a break! Come on, you go first, I'll help the others with their bags."I said, walking over to the others.

Sophie sighed, but she still nodded, she then walked towards where we would be staying.

I chuckled and went over to Tam and Lihn, while Fitz helped Dex carry his bags(I am not shipping FeDex, just so you know).

I smiled at the twins, "How's everything doing?"

"Pretty much okay. Except for a certain person...."Linh muttered.

Tam rolled his eyes,"Glimmer is not a bad person Linh! Why can't you understand that?"

Linh didn't reply, she just scoffed and turned away.

I understood how she felt, Glimmer was still new and she technically wasn't part of the Black Swan. To top it off, she refused to lower her hood, which only made everyone feel more suspicious of her.

Even I felt.....bitter. Glimmer, she and Tam-Gah! Shove that thought away! Shove that thought away! No thinking of that now Biana Vacker! You've got more important things to do like-

"Erm.....you okay?"Tam asked, interrupting my thoughts.

"Y-Yeah! Of course! Just follow me!"I turned red, and quickly led them towards a huge room, Sophie and the others were there, they sat on the floor smiling and talking.

Once everyone was settled, I looked around, my eye catching on an empty spot next to Sophie, it was where Keefe should have sat if he was here.

I looked down, everything had been quiet without Keefe, not much joking around, more sadness filled the air, making everything feel so....so....still.

But now wasn't the time to feel sorry, now was the time to focus on better things!

Biana smiled at everyone,"Instead of playing games, how about we tell each other stories? Like legends?" she knew this wasn't what she normally suggested, but without Keefe around, she didn't feel that Sophie would feel comfortable.

Sophie shrugged, "Sure. I mean, don't elves have lots of stories?"

"Um...unless you count Rex, Lex, and Bex dunking my head into the toilet in the middle of the night.....yeah, I guess."Dex muttered.

"Wait, they did?" I asked.

Dex nodded,"I was asleep when they did that. Luckily, my dad was going to the bathroom while the triplets did that, if not.....who knows what would happen to my head?"

I grinned, "Must have been some night."

"Yup."

"I also remember one night, Linh flooded the whole place in Alluvetere. When I woke up, I was soaking wet and I was outside of the bedroom."Tam said.

"Hey! I already told you it wasn't my fault!"Linh exclaimed.

Tam grumbled something under his breath.

"Wait, you guys don't have a lot of myths? Legends?"Sophie asked.

Fitz nodded sheepishly, "Well, in the elvin world, lots of things are already proven here, so....there's not much to wonder about....you know?"

"Wait! I've got one!"I shouted, everyone turned to face me."Remember that old legend, that our mom used to tell us? The one about...the soulmates?"

Fitz's face scrunched up, "Yeah."

"Tell it then!"

"Okay, it goes like this, 

                                                  Two shall come together every million years,

                                                                           United as one.

                                                          One eye the same color as the other,

                                                                Unless they realize each other.

                                                          But beware, terrible fate awaits one, 

                                                        something that might affect the other.   "      

Everyone stared at at Fitz, their mouths wide open.

"I've never heard of this....legend."Tam said.

Fitz snorted,"Of course not! Its definitely more than a million years old! Most people would forget about it!"

"But....what about the elves that were affected? Won't they tell everyone about it?"Sophie asked.

"Well, that's the rough thing. On the fifth line, it writes, but beware, terrible fate awaits one. And...I'm pretty sure that person didn't get to live very long. And with the fourth line....who knows what happened?"Fitz shrugged.

Everyone was quiet at this moment.

I, on the other hand didn't like where this was going. The line that made me most comfortable was the third line. I didn't like the fact that I had a similar problem with one of my eyes.

" Well, Fitzypoo, it might not be true. Its just a legend. Besides, I think everyone is bored, how about I give you guys a makeover?"I suggested, trying to change the subject.

Everyone groaned in despair and I grinned.

"Night, guys!"I said, flopping into my sleeping bag.

A moment later, I was fast asleep, dreaming.

I was dreaming about puppies, so many puppies, all around me.

I was about to pet them when I was interrupted by light glowing around me, I shielded my eyes and when I opened my eyes, I was in a different place.

It was total darkness.

I was about to ask where I was when a beautiful woman appeared in front of me, she smiled coldly at me, as if I was going to die.

Then she spoke the words,

                                                              " Beware, Biana Vacker, Beware.

                                                    Terrible Fate awaits the one who is chosen.

                                                                            Heed my advice, 

                                                          Tear away from the one you love,

                                                                      If not you will be Sacrifice."
