After many hours, Silver woke up in a random bedroom as he was looking at the ceiling. He groaned in pain as he couldn't move.

Neon walked inside to check on them and saw that Silver was awake. Blaze and Spice were still out.

"Silver!"

Neon slowly but quickly went towards him.

"Are you ok dude?"

"Neon? What happened?" Silver tried to sit up but he felt a harsh pain as he saw bandages on his body.

"I wouldn't move to much if I were you. That was one impact."

"Where are we?"

"You're in one of Sonic's guess rooms. Blaze and Spice are in separate rooms and are being taken care of by Sonic and the others."

"How did we get here?"

"So here's what happened..."

*Flashback*

Neon was humming as he was walking back home with pet food, and other stuff that he found in their ship but he gasped as he saw the fire and his friends on the ground.

"Oh no!"

He dropped his items and ran towards them and checked their pulse. They were still breathing but just barely.

"Can someone help please!? My friends are injured!"

You heard shouting from outside. You looked to see what was going on and you gasped as you saw Neon, calling for help.

"Oh no!"

You rushed outside and went to him.

"What happened!?"

"I don't know! I just got here!"

"Bring them inside! Quick!"

Neon got everyone and brought them inside.

*Flashback Ended*

"So we put you in separate room to look after you and we don't know how it happened."

Silver groaned softly as he tried to think.

"All I know is that we finished sorting the house and then there was fire coming from Spice's room and..." Silver suddenly stopped talking.

"What's wrong Silver?"

"Spice...the candles....It was her candle that started the fire!"

"What!?"

"This is all her fault!"

"Hey! Don't go blaming my hunny bunny for this!"

"Your hunny bunny doesn't even like you!"

"She will one day."

"You literally broke up a year ago."

"Technically..."

"Don't correct me! Now is not the time for time jokes!" Silver realized what he said as Neon snickered.

Silver growled as Y/N walked inside.

"What's with the yelling?" Y/N asked.

"Sorry. We're just going through a lot."

"So what happened?'

"Our house got on fire but I had no clue how it even exploded."

"That might be my fault. I placed fireworks in Spice's room to surprise her tonight but I guess the fire had other plans." Neon said.

"What a waste of a good home." Silver said as he lowered his ears.

"Don't worry. You can stay with us. You don't have to pay a thing. We'll take care of you guys and get you settled."

"You don't have to do that."

"It's no big deal. We'll need to be around each other more to deal with your brother and to get along better to make things easier."

"She has a point." Neon said.

"Are you sure? Do you even have enough rooms here?"

"We live in a mansion. You'll be able to have your own rooms. We'll make everything perfect for you until you complete your mission."

"I don't know what to say. You are so kind." Silver smiled as you smiled back.

"Happy to help. Go ahead and get some rest. We'll let your friends know as well once they wake up."

"Thank you so much."

"You're welcome. Neon? Would you like to pick a bedroom?"

"Yeah I'll be there in a second."

You nodded and left the room.

"By the way, what happened to the cat?"

"What cat?"

"That cat that was by our door?"

Silver thought for a minute until he widened his eyes.

"Wait a minute...that might not have been a cat. I think it was Breeze! She must of snuck in and burned the house down!"

"That sneaky wolf." Neon said.

"Now that they know we're close by, we need to be extra careful."

"Agreed."

With Toxic, he was looking at his holographic computer until Breeze showed up.

"Where have you been?" He asked.

"Out for a walk. That plan didn't go well as you think. They survived the fire explosion."

"Of course they did..."

"Why can't we just attack the town? Why are we messing with them?"

"Because you already saw what happened when I tried to do that. We have to start taking things slow before we move to the big thing."

"Well what's your next plan?"

"This one might take awhile but I think I might have another one in mind."

"It doesn't have anything to do with me being a pet again is it?"

"No. This will be different."
