They arrived in the lab and the Mayor walked towards one of the workers.

"Track down Toxic at once!

"Yes sir!"

As they tried to find him, the lights in the room started going on and off and the holograms were losing connection.

"Something is wrong with connection to the ship sir!"

"Well hurry and keep trying! We must find him and bring him back!"

"Where did you think he went?" Neon asked.

"He did go back in time so it's impossible to figure out how far he went back." Spice said.

"And whatever he did, it's affecting the timeline already. We need to do something fast." Blaze said.

"I can't believe my own brother is crazy enough to mess with the timeline."

"We were able to find him sir!"

"Good! Keep track of him as long as you can!"

The Mayor looked at Silver and the others.

"Do you have your gems?"

"Yup. Why?"

"You might need it for the mission. Just in case and I'm afraid that once you reach the timeline, you'll be on your own."

"How can we go back in time if he stole the time ship?" Silver asked.

"There's another one hidden here. In case of an emergency like this. But if we do manage to get our signal back, we'll check in on you guys."

"We better get everything we need because once we leave, there's no going back until we get my brother." Silver said.

"Let's do this." Blaze said.

"Awesome! A new adventure!" Neon said.

"Let's get going!" Spice said.

"Follow me." The Mayor took them to a different room with a bunch of technology and weapons.

"Take what you need and meet me at the time ship."

He walked away as they start getting ready.

"Grab as much as you can guys. We're gonna need it."

"What if we fail?" Spice asked.

"Then there will be no future. We must succeed."

They nodded and got everything they needed. They walked towards the Mayor as he started talking to his communicator.

"Zita! Unlock the hidden room!"

"Unlocking now!"

A digital door appeared in front of them. They walked inside and saw a bigger ship.

"Whoa."

"Good luck you four. The future is in your hands."

"We won't let you down." Silver said.

They ran inside the ship as Mayor Tech watched with a smile. They slowly walked inside and looked around.

"This is nice." Neon said.

They opened the drawer and placed a few suitcases inside. The ship's door closed and they sat down by the square table.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, We're going back in time." Silver said.

The Mayor walked in the control room and ordered everyone to activate the portal.

"Send the heros through!"

"Yes sir!"

"Getting ready to launch!" The robotic voice said as the ship started to get into position. The portal opened as the timer started counting down.

"10...9....8..."

"This is it guys. For our home!"

"For our home!"

"5...4...3...2...1..."

"Now!"

One of the workers pressed the button and the ship went flying towards the portal at a very fast speed.

They grunted a bit as they tried to hang on tight to the seat due to the speed. Once they went inside the portal, it closed behind them and all they heard was some slight thunder and lightening noises.

Soon the lights continued turning on and off until it finally went dark.
